Lida and her team are so wonderful! Extremely professional, timely, friendly, and thorough. When I arrived at the office I was promptly greeted by the receptionist and didn't have to wait at all to see the dentist. The environment was very calm and inviting. Lida was super helpful with answering all of my questions and addressing all of my issues. I could tell she was very knowledgeable and I trusted her diagnosis. She pointed out some problem areas in my teeth that I had no idea about and gave me helpful solutions. She was also friendly and warm and made me feel so comfortable during my time there. Dr. Behnam LISTENS, explains, and treats - all with gentle compassion and an abundance of knowledge. She extended my dose of antibiotics when my doctor wouldn't. She immediately fit me for a night guard to relieve the pressure I'm putting on that joint and gave me home care instructions regarding anti inflammatoriesand ice. She was extremely helpful, patient, kind and very attentive to my fears and did a great job of addressing all my questions and concern issues. Their new Dental Assistant, 'KEVIN WIN' was thoroughly courteous, gentle, very professional and detail-oriented updating my dental x-rays explaining the prevailing health of my gums and teeth in general. I'm sure I'm not the only one, but dentists and dentistry work intimidate me and cause some serious anxiety. However, from my initial phone call to make an appointment to my visits this office has been incredibly kind. The staff is wonderfully warm and knowledgeable. I had an issue with a crown that suddenly fell down without being broken or anything. However and despite the fact I came right away to see my previous dentist to set it up back on place, she did not want to fix it but replace it from scratch ... and a lot of money!! I refused and talked about that with friends. One of them gave me the name of Lida who fixed it easily at a very good price. Even if I will have to change it later one, at least it will financially be planned and honestly so far, all works very well for me and my crown :)) Thanks to Lida for being a good dentist before a business woman. I went to Behnam's office because I had a loose crown. She x-rayed the tooth and sent me to a root canal specialist. I informed her I wanted to extract the tooth as its already had 2 root canals and my insurance wouldn't cover a third. She gave me antibiotics since the tooth was infected and told me it would be best for a specialist to consult with me. I went to the specialist, got a second x-ray and was told he could do nothing for me, the infection was in my gums not the tooth. I scheduled a follow up with Behnam for the following week. Behnam rescheduled me for 2 week later to the day before thanks giving. I cancelled. I felt like I was being scammed, 2 x-rays and antibiotics later, my tooth was still loose and has since fallen out. Now I have a crater where my crown used to be. I was contacted them for a follow up cleaning, and when I explained over the phone what my situation was they scheduled me to have the tooth extracted. I showed up and wasn't even on the schedule. At this point, I felt like I was being sent in a loop of referral scam. They wanted to take more x-rays. What for? to bleed my insurance dry? I didn't feel comfortable for a follow up visit. I cancelled my next appointment. Disappointed overall. Still looking for a dentist that will address my needs in a timely manner and not make me feel sold or taken. read more

WORST dentist EVER! Do not go here! She put in a temporary while waiting for my crown. The temporary stayed in less than half an hour. She reglued the next day. Less than an hour. She told me to go to CVS and buy some tooth bondo and keep reapplying myself. The crown she didn't use a long enough post. Came off 3 times!!! In a year! I should get my money back. Went to a new dentist and the temporary stayed in for 3 weeks. Imagine that. read more
