The location is very neat and organized and clean. When you first walk in, you have the bakery. The bake goods are made each morning and once they sell out, that is it. I love their pastries that remind me of my trips to Europe and my German friend absolutely raves about their pretzels. The produce section always has fresh items and I have yet to see anything wilted or that has gone bad. Overall the prices of everything are very comparable to other grocery stores and in some cases cheaper. Make sure you do bring in your reusable bags though or you will have to carry your items out or get a 12 cent bag. (they do have others to choose from though too).

The physical store setup is terrible, which is why I am giving this a one-star rating. I came in expecting a smooth, premium shopping environment, but looking around was an incredibly frustrating experience. The layout is completely backwards, and the aisle organization makes no sense at all. Instead of an intuitive flow, it feels like a maze where you have to walk in circles just to locate basic items. The signage is useless, and the overall setup completely lacks the clean, effortless navigation found at competitors. Beyond absolutely awful. Whole Foods is much better.

She had to call to the 1 cashier half way across the store. They seemed surprised by the fact that someone was actually wanting to check out. This was at 8pm and I had a full cart of groceries (including produce) so self-checkout wasn't an option. I just moved to NC and had heard Lowe's stores were very nice. This is a nice store but if this is the normal service, I'll be shopping somewhere else.

Looking for something specific or random ask and they will help you out by walking you over to the area. Grills, they got them. Gun safes, yep they sure do. We bought some fried chicken in the deli yet they were not the best and a little salty. We stocked up on soda drinks at this food lion and other beverages. We liked that they had local wine and bought a few bottles. I also got some ramen for a quick bite to eat. My experience at this grocery store was fair or good yet not great or excellent.
