Divine was a great re-introduction to my practice with a heavy emphasis on physically expressed personal spirituality. If you like the more earthy-crunchy woo-woo Aquarian stuff, kundalini may be a great fit. I felt right at home. On a more practical note, my incessant shoulder pain was made much more tolerable by the arm-heavy kria we did that day. They helped me rather a lot.
