Highly recommended this place for professional tailoring, alternation, and dry cleaning. Anna the owner was able to professionally dry clean my Pendleton wool Board Shirt and military press them. At first I was a bit worried cause pendleton board shirts aren't cheap. But She did an excellent job at making sure my Pendleton shirts are military pressed correctly, no evenness unlike the last place I went to which did a poor job. I no longer go anywhere else but here, Anna is the best !! I trust her with my beautiful Pendleton shirts, even my absolute favorite shirts. Anna is also able to fix any holes and stains your shirt may have. She did an excellent job patching the holes on one my shirts and tailored my sleeves to the right measurements to fit me better. Best of all she help me tailor my rare vintage 70s wool long coat to fit me perfectly, can't thank her enough she always has me looking Great( i get many compliments) . I always thank her and leave tips for her amazing work and effort to satisfied her customers. I guarantee you'll be satisfied with her work no matter if your drive is far. Also really appreciate that they're open on SundaysI work all weekdays and don't have enough time to make it and A lot of dry cleaning and tailoring spots aren't open on Sundays. Best place to go to get your things altered. I am what you called, semi short so I need majority of all my items fitted. She does great work and most importantly quickly. I've been here 3 times to get pants and shorts altered. They do a really high quality job, very quick turnaround, and pricing is very fair. However I've had issues with their customer service/communication. The hours on Yelp are not accurate, currently they are open Tues-Saturday (according to the hours on their front door), but honestly I don't know because the hours seem to change week to week. I had one pick up on my ticket that told me to come in on a day that they were closed, so that was a little frustrating. Another instance I went to pick up during their normal hours and they had a hand written sign on their door saying "Sorry we are closed Thursday and Friday this week". I understand as a small business things come up, suppose I should have called to confirm they were open. Another time I went in to get shorts altered for $10, when I picked up I was told that anything less than $20 is cash only. I was not made aware of this when I originally dropped it off and I did not have cash on me. They did honor my price of $10 using my credit card which I appreciated. Long story short I would call them to make sure they're open whether you're dropping something off or picking something up. Like I mentioned, the quality of their work is A+ and pricing is great! read more

Took several pairs of pants for hemming plus a travel pants that I hadn't worn for 20 years that was not too big and the elastic had worn out. Hems were nicely finished. Disappointed in elastic used for waistband. Had to replace elastic myself with a "non-roll" elastic. The one Kent used was folding over. The gentleman I dealt with did not speak English, or so I thought. The person I spoke with on the phone understood English and replied in good English. Prices were very reasonable.
