I'm done with this place, and honestly, the vast majority of this shopping center since the folks who run it do nothing to enforce the parking in the red zones. I'll be posting more of these businesses that violate the parking restrictions soon.

My Callaway golf pants were hem perfectly, and the price is very competitive $10. Other cleaners, small filthy tailor shops, in Westminster, charge the same or more without courtesy service at all. It has stretch stitch sewing machine to hem my Callaway golf pants with elastics fiber. Most of tailors in Westminster do not have such machine.

The most beneficial thing about coming here is that she also provides suggestions. Like the first time I came here I wanted to crop an oversized button up, she did recommend cropping the sleeves as well, which I can't guarantee other places would let me know about that. All my friends have been going to her and I can't recommend her enough! Her pricing is extremely fair for the quality they deliver and pretty fast turn around time. It's best to call or text her before coming in because I think it's appointment preferred.

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!!!…read more Even though I specifically requested that they not use pins to secure the train, they returned the dress with two pins stuck into the bodice, leaving visible holes. When I brought it back, they said it could be fixed right away, so I returned again a couple of days later to pick it up--but it hadn't been properly repaired. Only the lower part of the train had been addressed, while the most important area was left untouched. They then asked me to come back again a week later. When I finally received the dress, it came back with severe stains on the décolletage area that were not there when I first brought it in. Even after I complained, their response was shockingly irresponsible--they said they didn't want to touch the dress anymore. This is truly unacceptable service. I strongly advise against bringing your precious wedding dress to this place. I have worked in the wedding industry for over 25 years, and I have never experienced such poor service. Out of the five dresses I entrusted to them, two were returned in a condition that made them unusable.

I was a little nervous since this cape did have embroidery and heavy detail on the sides, so I knew it was going to be hard to do, but she said it wouldn't be a huge issue. But she did see it immediately and pointed out she could only take it in so much so it didn't ruin the embroidery pattern. She gave me a quote that was under 100 dollars (so, it was totally worth buying on sale even though I knew it was 3 sizes too big and would need altered) (she literally saved me thousands) She called me about 2-3 days later for pick up, and she knocked it out of the park I came back in for more alterations and I was immediately greeted by the owner,Kim, who is so warm and friendly. She's extremely honest about what CAN and CANNOT be done. And, gives you honest prices. She really aims to get the job done and up to everyone's standards to make sure everyone is happy. She's so professional yet so warm and friendly. I seriously love how talented, Kim is. I brought in a Gucci cardigan that had a little snag in it that was turning into a BIG snag. I chose not to raise concerns at the time, but it became a pattern that was hard to ignore. Most recently, I inquired about having a casual midi dress custom-made. The initial quote was $300 and I decided to proceed. However, the price was later changed to $400, and I was told there would also be an additional $100 fee for expedited service, which is a total of $500. This lack of clear, consistent pricing made the process confusing and frustrating. During a fitting, I experienced unprofessional comments about my body that made me uncomfortable. As a long-time customer who has referred friends and family in the past, I was disappointed by how the service and professionalism have declined. Watch your wallet because they will try to rip you off. I've been coming to this tailor for years, but unfortunately their service has gone downhill. At first, everything was excellent, fair prices, and reliable work. But over time, they've become careless and even unprofessional. One time I paid cash and they never gave me back the change. I brushed it off, but now I see the pattern. More recently, when I brought garments in just for steaming, they regularly wrote down the wrong sizes so they could charge me more. This happened multiple times, I don't want to keep correcting people. They used to be a dependable tailor has turned into a place that cuts corners and takes advantage of loyal customers. Be careful bringing your business here, double check your receipts and your change, because they will try to squeeze more money out of you. read more

I bought 3 new suits at Hollywood Suits in Westminster, including the suit for my wedding. I was referred to Kent Tailoring by my Father-in-Law for the alterations. I had extensive changes done. Suit pants were hemmed and taken in both in the waist and in both legs. Coat was taken in around the waist as well as in the arms. I picked up my finished suit a week later. Pants fit perfect and we're very well done. I was worried about that since I had bought a 50R suit to fit my shoulders and the pants were what came with it.. Suit coat was taken in around the waist but still needed a slight adjustment. In a couple minutes she moved over the buttons on the front of the coat and it fit snugly all for no additional charge. Don't trust them when they say they never had you as a customer. I have been a long time customer for this tailor but the lady owner is getting more suspicious with her pricing. I get a lot of my clothes hemmed here but the price slowly gets different every time despite it's the same materials. At first they were quick with services and fair with the prices, everything is upfront. Now sometimes I asked for the receipts and I caught some more adjustments on it so it's a bit more expensive. So disappointed that even the small business seems to be scamming now. I should've trusted the bad reviews about them. read more

I alway need to use dry cleaner services a wrinkled shirt and set of my suit were not going to fly for my upcoming event. Suit in hand, I got there on a Tuesday. Anna at the cash register was so kind and assured me everything would look great. By Wednesday my clothes were pressed professionally and ready. I'II definitely use this place again! read more
