They ruined my dress and would not admit any fault. I came in to ask if it could be fixed or reimbursed as the dress was new with tags and they refused to even acknowledge taking my dress even though they recognized me as soon I walked in. They said they don't remember the dress and since they take your slip and only cash I could not prove they did. They did not offer any solution and just kept denying and would not help in anyway. They are dishonest and I am no longer going to them. I do not recommend going to them for any dry cleaning needs. read more

Went in near closing to pickup ~505pm, technically closing 5pm they were still working but don't want to push it next time timing wise. This is my go to place for alterations as they always do a fantastic job and have reasonable prices. The reason why I am only giving them 3 stars is out of the 4 times I have used them they always promise me a specific date and it's never ready. Each and every time I come in, its never finished or even started on. It's frustrating when I work the same hours as the alterations shop to find time to run in and pick up and have it not ready. Not only is it a waste of my time but an inconvenience as I am rushing on my lunch or coming into work late to pick up alterations that are not even ready. That being said I do not want to knock them down as they are fantastic at what they do and have loved all my pieces they have altered, just please work on keeping your word or at least give me a call letting me know my pieces aren't ready so I am not making useless drives down to garden grove. read more

This is my first time going to use dry cleaning services so I didn't really know what to expect. I went to a couple of places before this but they all turned me down saying that they weren't able to complete my order because the blue would fade onto the white for my banner. When I stumble into this store, I was greeted by a friendly man with a warm smile. I told him my situation and said sure and told me to come back in 3 days. I absolutely love this tailor! I was looking for some place affordable near my house since I know just how expensive getting anything tailored is. I figured I'd give this place a shot with 2 summer maxi dresses that just needed hemming. I was a little worried considering the rundown strip mall it's located in, but don't let that deter you from their quality of work. The husband & wife team are great, my dresses were done in a couple of days, and I believe I paid only like $15 or $20 for BOTH dresses! When my wedding was coming up, I felt confident enough to have my husband's full suit tailored here, and even my sister brought in her expensive bridesmaid dress, as well as the flower girls' dresses. All my other bridesmaids who paid 3x the cost for their dresses to be fitted could not believe how affordable hers was. My sister was equally impressed and continues to drive from Corona just to have items tailored. I haven't personally used their dry cleaning services, but my husband is happy with it. I would not recommend this place to anyone else. I was sold to use their service after reading all these good reviews from yelp. Unfortunately, my first experience with this cleaner turned out to be really bad. They have ruined my brand new $2000 worth burberry coat. The experts at the official burberry store obserbed that they have washed (instead of dry claening) my coat and used harsh chemical on it. After, my coat got permenately damaged. The color faded out so much so it looks like ive been wearing this coat for more than a decades plus all the wrinkle and bubbles on the collar and the coff cant be reversible. I was so sad to loose my beautiful coat which was a gift from my old friend. I have asked the owner Dominic to recover the damage or to repalce it because the damage was 100% at their fault. Dominic keeps refusing to taking the full responsibility instead he offered $100 cash for $2000 coat. I am persuing to take this issue to small caim court and it is reported to Better Bureau Business already. I am ready to take this case further unless Dominic admits their fault and indemnify for my loss. Thus, i suggest anyone who wants to use their service, run away as far as possible. Do not let them take care of your valued and beautiful garments, because you might be the next victim of their neglectful actions. read more

Lowest price in Orange County or at least that is what I think. As the other customer mentioned the parking could be crowded or inside could be a little messy, but I do not live in there so I don't care. I went in and took my dress I need to get work done for a wedding I have coming up in June. She asked me to put the dress on and told me what could be done and what could not be done and also helped me out on what fabric I'm going to need for her so she can fix it. She took her time explained to me in every way and more than anything told me she wanted to see me happy with the outcome. I've never written a review for any business in my life but this one felt necessary. I left a white dress shirt with the owner that I wanted tailored with the exact measurements of another dress shirt that fit me perfectly. I even let him use the dress shirt that fit perfectly as a template for the white shirt I wanted tailored. He said he could do it and told me to come back in 2 weeks. 2 weeks was oddly long to me, especially for a dress shirt. I came back after 2 weeks and I try the shirt on, it didn't even fit perfectly like the template dress shirt I let him use. I confronted him about it and he kept telling me the shirt had the exact measurements of the template shirt used. This was not even remotely true because if it had the exact measurements it would've fit the same as the original. He even stated that if you put the two shirts over each other that they would overlap perfectly. They didn't. Then after, all he said was that there was nothing he could do and just gave me a blank stare. It was like he didn't even try to fix the mistake or offer assistance. Imagine waiting 2 WEEKS and paying full price for a tailor that wasn't even done correctly and the owner won't even fix it. Stopped by to give a local tailoring shop a shot which I found through Yelp. It's a small mom and pop shop operation located in the corner of GG and Harbor. When I first walked in I was pleasantly greeted by an older Vietnamese gentleman. His English was good but when I spoke to him in Vietnamese his eyes lit up. I'm sure he would have been just as friendly if I spoke English but he seemed enthused that I spoke Vietnamese as well. His wife was working on a project at her desk. I told him I needed 8 curtains hemmed from 90 inches to 63 inches (Ikea only offers long curtains!). He charged $15 for a pair of curtains which totaled to $60 total (they accept cash only). He said the curtains would be available Thursday on the dot and they were! I checked the curtains and they were all the same length at 63 inches professionally done. I am definitely coming back! 5 stars for the friendly and prompt service. I'll most likely be getting a suit hemmed for my next visit. I'll be sure to update my review then. read more

Their prices are affordable, great honest service, after talking with Dom and his wife you can't help but want to support their business. I got a lot of denim I want to taper and leather moto jackets to be altered in the future, I'll be coming in frequently and will update with pictures. I had the bright idea of trying on my bridesmaid dress 2 days before a wedding and realized it needed to be let out around the waist. I mean I could have let it be, but I thought it might be important to be able to breathe..and eat...So I frantically brought my dress in at 3:30pm, needing the dress to be finished before 10am the next morning. I could see how busy they were but the couple who runs the shop were SO nice and promised me they would have it done in time! Not to mention, for an amazingly affordable price considering it was a long chiffon bridesmaid dress! And they didn't even try to charge me more to have it rushed. To my surprise, I get a phone call 2 hours later that the dress is finished and ready to be picked up! I had to make sure he had the right person because that was just freaking amazing. The couple who runs this place has always treated me fairly and bent over backwards to make me happy. I don't think I could ever find a better place than this, or a better value. N Tailor saved my butt this week. My best friend's wedding is this weekend and I'm a bridesmaid and unfortunately even with dieting my dress was still a bit too small. I took my dress in on Monday evening, right before they closed and they said they could take it up a size and make the dress much more comfortable for me all around by also fixing the lining of it. I brought spare similar material and asked if they could also make a shawl for me so it would match the dress. They were super friendly and went above and beyond to help me. I picked it up tonight (Thursday) and it fits awesome and looks great, as does the shawl. For all of this they only charged me $40. I used to go to original hems in Santa Ana but they're really overpriced and the last time I took my husband, he got 1 pair of pants hemmed for $35 AND they did it too short it was embarrassing, he was so unhappy. So we decided to try this place out since it's close and has great reviews. My husband got 2 pants hemmed and more thin, I got 3 designer jeans hemmed and one of them let out (7 for all mankind shrink in the waist, and I've had to let go of my favorite pairs of jeans because of it) . LOVE THIS PLACE! The best cheapest tailor I know around. I once took an expensive suit I bought from Nordstroms to their recommended in-house tailor and they did a bad job. Then I bought a cheap suit and took it here and she did way more alterations and it came out perfect! ...and for a fraction of the price.
