My mother , my best friend and matriarch of our family passed away suddenly back in April. If you are close to your mother then you already know how devastatingly painful this can be. I never in a million years would have thought that my mother would only live to be 61 years old. To have her ripped out of our lives like this is simply indescribable. I'm So happy that we lucked up and got it right. When I say they did the body!!! They did the body. Sacred funeral home exceeded our expectations not only as a family but as a daughter who deeply loves their mother and only wants what's best for their mother. I am telling you this is the most professional staff that there is when it comes to funeral services. Every single person in that building is kind, professional and human. I felt there was no phony shield between the staff and I. They never once were annoyed by our entourage when I'm telling you I know we were being annoying. Lol especially writing that obituary and swapping our photos every 5 minutes. Or even having too many freaking photos. Not to mention showing up with almost 10-15 people each time we came. Not once did they complain. My mother was so important and everybody wanted to be apart of her last moments. They didn't shame us for this. Myron was like my right hand man. This man is a Jack of all trades. The daughter. We had a special moment together daughter to daughter. She allowed me to privately view my mom before my other family members arrived. She just understood that I needed that time alone with my mother. She understood that from a daughters perspective. None of us talked. Complete silence but in that moment she understood. No words were needed. Mr. dedrick restored my mother back to the point where it was hard to believe she was even gone. This man has the magic touch. He was made for this. It just felt like I knew these people, I felt like they were giving us special treatment but they weren't that just how they are, isn't that crazy? Then the singer/keyboard player I think his name was Jayson, omg he was like my best friend, he was funny he was kind he was compassionate. He was the absolute best. I love these people so much and I am so grateful for the service they gave us. I know for a fact my mother is beyond happy with the service she received. God bless

We had to carry his coffin past the cigarettes, which was quite disgusting. If we hadn't paid for this burial plot ten years ago, I would never come back here. It is completely managed poorly. Linda texted us and let us know that there was a plot available near my mom and dad but that it was the only one. Linda kept saying how this was meant to be because she had been trying to sell this for three years and had someone almost buy it 9 months ago. We purchased the plot and when we went down to look at it, someone was already buried there. We immediately called Linda down and showed her. I would think since she has been trying to sell it she would know it wasn't available since the death date was 2016. We have been waiting for two and a half weeks for the Amex charge to be reversed and something stating the contract was voided. Linda will not give us contact to corporate or send us the items requested. We have logged it as fraud on our credit card. Linda was trying to take advantage of us at our most vulnerable time. She shows no urgency in getting things corrected. I believe we will need to seek legal counsel to get money back and a cancelled contract for a plot Linda sold us that is already in use. It appears this was an intentional act on her part that she is now trying to cover up. Losing my mom has been extremely hard, this only made things worse. I do not recommend this business to anyone.

Not only did Gerardo, get out of his vehicle to help us, he also dug up and washed the vase for us to put flowers at my grandparents grave. To do this, Gerardo had to walk to a water source that was farther away from the site because the water pipe near us was not working. He then brought over the clean vase and went to his truck to retrieve a brush so that he could clean the site.
