Unfortunately, there were few if any coffee houses in the Western Suburbs that served real Turkish coffee, until NOW! Shibam, brought back pleasant memories of my time in the UAE. From the moment we walked into the coffee house, it was spotless, and beautifully decorated similar to ones in Dubai. On both occasions I ordered the small pot Turkish coffee with a savory beef croissant and our absolute favorite Honeycomb bread. They don't agree but follow what the millionaire CEO says. But that tip is in my face as soon as I get to that window. That CEO is taking normality and common sense away with those standard items like they all do, and these companies are still thriving because we are letting them do it to us. No more tips Starbucks. I pay for my expensive drink which covers all the bs I guess. When that CEO changes so will I.
