I first came to 100% from their Groupon deal they had. I was interested in getting some chiropractic work done because my back was giving me some problems with prolonged sitting so I gave it a shot. Upon arrival, Stephanie was very friendly and provided outstanding service. Dr. Josh took me to the back to get my initial x-rays done. I had been dealing with chronic body pains for a year and went to multiple specialists, acupuncture, physical therapy, another chiropractor, and nothing worked. As Josh knows my schedule is all over the place figuratively and literally, but their system makes it super easy for me to get in and get out. At first I had a few reservations about the facility, I really like my privacy and I thought the open setup of the office would bother me. So pleased with the level of personalized care at Life Giving Chiropractic. Dr Josh knows each of his patients personally and engages with each patient personally really seeing, hearing, and caring for them as a whole person. In addition to adjusting us for correct alignment, he also takes the time to also hear concerns and educate about root causes and habits that can cause those symptoms which helps us to become aware of and change behaviors that cause the symptoms. I have seen such a difference in my thirteen year old son since he started treatment at the beginning of the year. He has become so much more aware of his posture and how that affects how he feels. I know that has so much more to do with the conversations he has had with Dr. Josh than anything I've pointed out to him. After being charged on a monthly basis ($175), I decided to cancel the service since a month has gone by and not much has changed for the amount of money wasted on these services. The remainder of the month was refunded on a very skewed calculation (2 treatments cost $110?). While disputing the charge with my credit card insuring I'll get the rest of the deposit back, Dr. Josh bombarded me with more guilt on continuing "care for my health." In any case, my credit card company got back to me with notes from Dr. Josh stating: "cardholder never cancelled services with us." WHAT A LIAR! I explicitly called in to cancel prior to disputes saying that my schedule will no longer allow me to continue their services. I don't know if those words mean cancel, what will? I came here to fix my back pain problem. They took X-lay and said that I had serious neck issue, too. After a couple adjustments, I started feeling another pain on my neck, and it did not get better during the adjustment period of two month. I finally quit coming back here, and the neck pain is now gone! What kind of adjustment was that? The "Hard-selling" was kind of annoying to me, too. They forced me to come back a couple times a week for a couple months, then after that once a week for about an year, insisted that my neck pain requires massage therapy (I had two massages, which did not fix my neck fundamentally), one time tried to get me a nutrition questionnaire (why nutrition at chiropractic office?). Each adjustment took only 15 minutes every time; when I checked my insurance's claim report, I was amazed seeing that the doctor's office sometimes charged "Body Movement Therapy" treatment fee, which I never had from them. The therapy charges were covered by insurance company, so I never realized it until I checked the insurance company report. Do they abuse the insurance coverage, adding fictional treatments on charges?? I eventually found other way to fix my back problem. There is a reason why this office does not do customized chiro practice (everything is a routine). It was a waste of time and money, I don't trust this office any more. read more

In my life, I've probably been to half a dozen chiropractors since childhood. The way Dr Josh works with me as a client is just more effective in solving back/neck issues that I've experienced from various daily activities. Dr Josh, takes a more holistic method of spending the time to listen and work the client's body with the subtle adjustments versus pervious chiropractors I've seen who relied more on machines to do the work for them. I started seeing Dr Josh as a result of two cars colliding with my car while waiting at a red light, he was efficient in getting a consultation and treatment scheduled to start the healing process. I've stayed a regular client because I've found his work to help correct the daily damages that incur from all the basic things we do (sitting at a desk, long car commutes, carrying heavy bags, etc etc). An additional bonus of Dr. Josh's methods is he is time efficient when it comes to treatment time. While this might not sound like a big deal to some people, to me it's huge to be able to have an adjustment and have my back/neck/body feelings right on path in an average of 10-15 minutes versus typically an hour of treatment time with other chiropractors I've seen in the past.
