In response to your comment regarding the wrong address, first, the address given on the mailer for the specific set of screenings is naturally assumed by the participants to be the actual address where they will be taking place. It has always been that way with previous screenings in my area. This time, the address on the mailer I got for this particular set of screenings was wrong. When I, and others who had signed up arrived at that address, we were redirected to the actual location of these screenings, which was in a building several blocks away. Even the receptionist with whom I registered acknowledged this confusion. Your statement that we somehow "choose" the location is totally foreign to any of my previous experiences, and it doesn't make sense to me. We don't choose where the screenings take place -- we are informed of the location when we receive the latest mailers. That's where we're told they will be held on that particular date when Lifeline Screening will be in our area. As to your advice that we read the e-mail confirmations we get after signing up to determine where the screenings will actually be held -- the same address was given in my e-mail confirmation as was on our mailers. There was no different location indicated. I'm staying with four stars for you because the actual procedures (when I was finally directed to the correct location) went off smoothly. I have had this done in the past. This time I felt like we were cattle being moved quickly thru a milking station. I felt rushed and truly did not feel like I received thorough services. I don't think I was there 25 min. From check in to all 4 stations. The only station that it seemed spent the longest was the one checking for any aneruysm in the belly area. My testing was on time and done with friendly faces who were professional all the way. The test procedures were explained effectively and carried out without difficulty. If I had a complaint it would be that the bone density used to be included in the basic testing and I get a boat load of emails, texts and I even got a mailing encouraging me to have the testing done in the mail today even though I had the testing done Friday. I decided to go to Life Line Screening at covenant Church Fairmont West Virginia. because I was having some chest pain. I had gone to one before and it went pretty good. I'm sorry to say that the experience this time wasn't even close to that experience. They were rude, and the quality of care was terrible. They also kept wanting me to get more test done, that I not only couldn't afford but also wouldn't trust them to do. While there an 88 year old woman fell. The provider (nurse?) didn't know what to do. I got out of my chair in the waiting area, went around the screen and instructed her on how we were going to get her up. I called for a gentlemen waiting to help steady her when we got her up. She was bleeding and all the had were finger bandages. I would be concerned having an elderly person getting on and off the tables. They are not prepared. read more

The staff was friendly. This was my 4th Lifeline experience. Seems like there were equipment problems and when I had my. Blood work done I had to be poked twice due to a bad batch of test strips. When I registered at the beginning I was asked if I wanted to purchase an additional test for $60. I said no. For the most part, everything went well. Wait time was maybe 10 minutes before I got to see my first tech. However, once again, the gentleman that was taken down my information when I came in was trying to push other services on me that I did not want and would have cost me more. Once I got him to understand,that part of my visit was OK. After the tech started my ultrasound, another tech came in discussing some internal drama with him. Not sure what it was all about, but the tech that came into my area, told him when she left, "We're all adults here". I could sense that this statement had upset him a little. Then, a couple minutes later a different tech came in, showing him a picture of a fish on her phone and ask him what kind of fish that was. This is all during my procedure. I think this is unprofessional and distracting to the person that was doing my ultrasound. Not blaming my tech for a lack of professionalism, but the others two for barging in and asking unrelated questions or having a conversation that had nothing to do with my procedure. The whole reason I was having these procedures done was to look for any medical anomalies that would need further attention, and I feel that full, undivided attention should have been given to my tests without interruption. read more

I have had several screenings with Life Line. However, this time around it was not a smooth appointment. The Life Line team was 40 minutes late arriving to the facility. When they finally arrived, they did not offer any apologies and needed to set up which put all appointments behind by 1 hour. Life Line did not reach out to any of us to inform us of their tardiness. The technicians were pleasant, however, the check-in person needs to have a course on customer service politeness. What's interesting is that Life Line clearly states they will charge a participant $50.00 for not showing for an appointment or cancellation less than 48 hours. Their tardiness caused a complete rearrangement of many participants schedule for the day with no compensation offered. read more

Everyone was very nice; however, the process was very long. My appt was at 10:10am and it was after 11:30a when I finally got out, even tho each test only take maybe 5 mins max. I feel like they could stay on schedule better if one practitioner did all the screenings for one person instead of having multiple stations. read more

I love using Life Line Screening for the tests that insurance will not cover every year. They NEVER waste your time, and are very efficient. The setup is lean, and only a few people are there, but it doesn't seem to keep them from delivering excellent service. read more

I was very disappointed in the care I received this time compared to the first time I went. I ended up have stents put in my heart on May 29 2025. The test I received said nothing about the blockage. I asked them it there was something serious then said no. I FEEL LIKE MY MONEY SHOULD BE REFUNDED. read more

I think Life Line is a fantastic way to very easily and at a very good price get tests easily that your doctors won't do. It truly saved my best friends life! The process went smoothly and the employees seem nice. Not over-the-top nice, but fine. The problem I had with this company was the aggressive salespeople, calling us more than once, before our appointments to try to sell us more testing, and then again, while we were checking in for our appointments. A real turn off. I would advise the company to rein it in a bit! It seems they have been trained by the same folks who train time share salespeople! UGH. :( read more

Lifeline Screening is a very relaxing venue for multiple health screenings with very personable professional staff! When my doctor retired twenty years ago, I could not find a new doctor. I discovered Lifeline eight years ago and comeback each year. The results reports are thorough and easy to understand giving me confidence that I'm doing the correct things to stay healthy at age 75. This was the worst experience ever. They were running 45 minutes late, with no apologies. One guy said they were late because they were short staffed because one team member couldn't come because she has a cat and can't travel. Also said that they all hate traveling. Grumpiest group of people ever. No smiles, no gratitude, just so rude. Medical tests are no fun to begin with, but throw in bad attitudes from the staff and you have a very dismal situation. I tried making small talk with these grumpy, inhumane people, but it just was not possible. One guy told me to lie on the table that was covered with blood draw supplies, so I made a joke that he needed some lunch, since it was past 1 p.m. He just stared at me. Seriously, this must be the worst company in the world to work for because it was obvious all 5 of these people clearly hated their jobs. I would not recommend this company under any circumstances to any human being ever. It was a total shit show. Serves me right for going someplace that advertises in the newspaper. The Makers Warehouse location was very nice and also convenient for parking and accessibility. The signage was not clear. When entering, though. There were tables and chairs in front of the screens where testing took place. The screend hid where the sign -in medical person was sitting.. The sign said to sit in the lobby after checking in with medical personelle. Since he was hidden from where the sign was, people just sat down until the person from desk came looking for people he was expecting. There were usually 2-3 others also waiting.That slowed things down. All the people doing the tests were extremely polite and asked often if I was ok. They were understanding of my taking more time than others to get comfortable on my back due to my protruding vertebra. read more

I found everyone I worked with to be very helpful, efficient and courteous. There was a little more waiting that I expected. I was told about an hour and I think we were there an hour and half. However, if your Canadian, like my wife and I are, you can't access there Portal so you can't get your results. They said they would email it to me however, I received notice 5 days ago that it was available on the Portal but we still haven't received our results. Bottom line is the booking staff knew we were Canadians and they should have told us that we would have no portal access and that we would have to chase down our results. However, then we wouldn't have got the tests...all about the money! It should be noted had I been able to access there portal I would have given a 5 star review. read more

Only one staffer at desk to sign you in, but only at your assigned time...even though I was early and very few people around. I noticed the reason for this, is that he had to do double duty, man the desk and run to do the blood lab test at the same time...The techs were just doing their jobs, some more friendly than others...accuracy is very important, I can't tell if the machines and graphs were current or old technology with or without updated software, no one says much...with the low pricing, they are probably bare basics or older technology...You get what you pay for...at least you get a baseline to start with. They type of service they provided was good along with the conditions of the place of service, however, the quality of care from every one of the LLS employee's were very disappointing. I never received eye contact from one person unless I addressed them myself and I was treated with very little respect as if I was an object, not a human being. Hello, I was the first appointment and taken right away. They were organized and thoughtful and friendly. Being in healthcare for 30 years, I have only one request: For phlebotomy, also get a chair or table we can lie/sit back in with an arm holder so we do not have to sit in a flimsy chair with our arm straight down on our lap. Was uncomfortable and unconventional. I have never been in this position to have to hold my arm straight downwards and not move. Having drawn blood before myself, I did assist in the procedure by removing the tourniquet which she was greatful for. Although I do not mind to watch, most people I think would prefer not to watch. Life Line had lots of tables for us to lay on, but not a proper Phlebotomy table or chair which they have in every hospital and blood drawing stations. They just need to get one more table or proper blood drawing chair with a dedicated place to put your arm (usually straight out higher than your waist). read more
