I'm 83 and have been going to Life Line Screening since 1999 and appreciate the service.

My Life Line Screening was very orderly, enough workers, very timely and I was in and out in record time. Everyone was nice, caring and professional. Only one oversight, the technician, who did the Atrial Fibrillation Screening, did not carefully wipe the stuff off under the electrodes and it left a lot of big wet spots under my shirt, I noticed she was using thin small sections of paper towells, not acceptable! My first Life Line Screening, 2 years ago, saved my life but was not a good experience, short staffed and I was there for hours. What Life Line is doing is so very necessary but not always well put together as far as staffing and training. read more

they are a scam! I had booked an appointment and was clear that I wanted an ultrasound on the back of my neck. However, when I arrived, they performed a Carotid Artery Scan instead. I told them that I didn't need that test and that I only wanted an ultrasound on the back of my neck because I have a lymph node. They told me they don't do that type of test. So, I asked for a refund, but they said the test was completed and they can't refund me. read more

They scheduled way too many people at the same time. I didn't get into the first booth for my first 3 tests until 30 minutes after my appointment time. Then back out into the herd to wait for my other tests. Then another long wait for the rest of the tests. Took 2 hours total for the 5 standard tests. The employees were very nice and professional though and I received my results in a timely manner. read more

Screening went well. The problem arrived when the team was 45 minutes late setting up. Also I changed my appointment from 11:30 a.m. to 9:55 a.m due to a conflicting appointment at 1:00 p.m., I barely made the second appointment. Better set up practices would be helpful. read more

Very bad location very poor signage and other than the person who greeted us everyone was cold and mean it was a very bad experience

No one greeted me or told me where to go or what to do. I simply sat in a chair, hoping that my name would be called at some point (it was). The Intake man was not very friendly. Everyone else was super friendly, and I appreciated that. The SOLE reason I gave this screening low points was the upselling the Intake man tried to do. I had already decided to have a more extensive test done, which meant that I had already paid a lot more than the standard price for testing. For anybody to try to coax another person to pay YET MORE almost made me cancel the testing and walk out, requesting a refund. I thought about doing just that the entire time I was waiting for the testing to begin. For THAT reason, I am not inclined to recommend this screening to anyone. Some people do not have the strength of self-determination that I do, and they might be coaxed into spending money they cannot afford. That is especially true of people on Social Security. I would not put anyone in that position. It would be unethical for me to do so. read more

My first 2 appts with Lifeline were in 2025 & were terrific: from scheduling to screenings to results timing & quality. I have an annual membership. Today was only blood draw for 5 key factors & my experience was poor. I arrived 30 min early (grateful). I calmly waited until 15 min after my appt time & checked when staff appeared. I was told I'd be called at my appt time. Several full-service couples came & went for 30 min, I asked again. I was checked in, then waited for another 25 min. I finally had my blood drawn. No explanation or apology. It felt rushed. Problem with printer. I'm not 100% confident results were mine. I'm not sure I'll renew my membership this summer. read more

Had an 11 o'clock appointment, didn't get seen until 1130 then was told that I have to have three more tests done and they would call me when ready. Well I waited another half an hour and they still hadn't called me so I left. Time is important to everyone and it was a total waste of time waiting for this inefficient operation. When I got to the place they had a different price and how 4 instead of 5 services! I paid a deposit and they said I couldn't get it back! After 45 min of me calling and being disconnected I got someone to verify to the people at the site that my rate and services on my sheet was what I was supposed to get! The site will only give what is on their computer! After resetting their computer 2 times and the customer service telling them my code and rate on my letter from them they still could not get it!! The customer service said to write in their notes what I'm supposed to get and pay! Thank goodness I had my phone and the letter with me! The people there should have a way to contact LifeScreening! Very long wait. Initially told to just sit down and someone would call me at my appointment time. (I was 20 minutes early.). They did call me at appt time and then needed to fill out paperwork. ( Could have done this earlier but....) Technician was polite and I formative. Wait time came for sonogram ..was told they only had 1 machine so it was quite the wait. Tech was polite...this literally took less than 5 minutes. Total time for these tests was 2 hours....way too long for what was done. (No extra tests or blood work done ) read more

Debbie was great. all the staff was. efficient. friendly. patient. we arrived a few minutes before our appointment even though it appeared a little congested, they got us checked in, moved us along patient explaining the tests and the results that they could at the moment. We were in and out in record time.. if you know anything about the American medical system, nothing about it is designed to cure you or in reality prevent you from getting ill.. lifeline screening does the carotid and coronary artery screening and the tests that you need without having to see three doctors get Referrals behalf dead and pay thousands of dollars of co-pay on top of the tens of thousands of dollars that your insurance company is paying to check some of the most important health issues that your insurance companies just typically refuse to pay for. I strongly recommend that you get the screenings annually and stop wasting a lot of unnecessary time effort trusting your traditional doctors to keep you healthy. read more

They were quite unprofessional. The attendants did not seem well trained in medicine. Their equipment looked outdated and they applied it and removed it strangely. They did not use technical terms in their evaluations. Was this Candid Camera? I thought it was a joke. Never again! read more

The check-in process was not handled efficiently. No one could even say their name when they arrived. We were told to sit down and wait until we were called. A friend waited for almost and hour and finally went and asked if there was a problem. They found out she was not even on the list even though she had prepaid. Then it took 2 of their staff to try and straighten things out, putting everyone behind schedule - it was a mess! At least take our names when we walk through the door so we both know that we are on the schedule. The procedures were handled well and the staff were professional and friendly. read more

Registered on line, had an appointment for all the good it did. I was early, check in was late. Price stated in the e-mail had an add on - bait and switch. I have used Life Line Screening befor several times with reasonable results. They are getting more bureaucratic and rigid. I like getting the screening and results but I wonder if it is worth the agrivation. read more

Just fine. Attempt to upgrade us to other tests at the last minute is unnerving. A bit too much "cattle like" feeling. Small room...& We hear too much about other patients personal info at check-in..the older folks seem shaken by this treatment. read more

Could not register for their portal in Chrome or Firefox, had to dust off Edge to sign up. Very delayed confirmation of appointment and receipt for payment, so much so that I had to attempt contact on the portal (never got response.) Staff at actual screening were fine, no complaints. Next day got a call (after specifying NO VOICE CALLS) from a very rude guy who did not announce his company until I pressed. "It's LifeLife Community Health" Smelling a scam from the name change, I said "I don't think I do business with your company" He yelled "THEN YOU WON'T GET YOUR RESULTS!" and hung up. The results were already on the Portal. TLDR: Nice actual screening staff, everything else was a flaming dumpster fire. Proceed with extreme caution. read more

Not much time spent. Expecting it to take longer than 15 minutes. Didn't enjoy the Spanish speaking Chanel on the radio.

Staff members were very polite, hard to hear them when they called out names and they all had a very strong accent, so everyone waiting had a hard time when they called names out to go back. The wait time between scans were very long. I had my appt. at 11:40 and didn't get back to my first scan until 12:20. I just sat there waiting and I already filled all the paperwork out online. After the 1st scan, I waited another 10 mins. before going to my next scan, and again and again until my 4th scan was finished. I was there a total of 1.45 hours. Not ideal, but no complaints on the staff or the actual scans. Great job! Wish something could be done with getting us in and out of one scan to the next as soon as the 1st one is finished, on to the next. Going back and sitting down after each one isn't ideal. read more

It seemed like the staff was behind when I got to my appointment on time. Waited awhile for my turn. It seemed like they were disorganized - a lot of discussion among the staff. At one point overheard talk of computers being down. It was cold in the room. The staff was courteous and kind. I believe that the tech who took my blood pressure was new. She consulted with someone else a few times. She checked my BP on my right arm a few times & then changed to my left arm. She got critical readings on both arms & advised I to go to my PC. I was not alarmed or stressed. I took my own BP at home & it was no where near those readings. I am in no hurry to go to a Dr. because the weather is keeping everyone in & I feel fine. In all my previous years I have been satisfied with my Life Line care. Hope this was a just an off day for that group. read more

I got there 9am for a 9:05 appointment. They were still setting up and said it would be a few minutes. 15 minutes later thy started checking people in. Obviously not ready for their 9 o'clock appointments. Then the computers went down. Just one thing after another... Not the most professional atmosphere. I dont know if i will be back... read more

The workers who did the various tests were very knowledgeable in their fields. They were friendly and helpful. The only thing that was a concern was we did a lot of waiting between tests. What should have taken less than an hour from previous life line screening took 2 1/2 hours. We had jobs to get back to. The good, is that you had this opportunity in Tulsa, Oklahoma. read more

This is a mobile medical group that travels to various location to perform certain screenings. I had mine done at the main building at the Macungie Memorial Park, Macungie, PA. The screening is inexpensive when compared to the cost at the hospital. This was out of pocket costs of below $200 depending on your choice of tests. I had the basic screening, which one goes to 4 stations. The stations perform ultrasound of carotid arteries in the neck, ultrasound of abdominal region looking for abdominal aneurysms, blood pressure and ultrasound of arms and legs (looking for blood clots) and simple finger prick bloodwork for A1C and blood proteins. Results will be sent in approximately 2 weeks. These are basic screenings to determine if there are concerns. If there are concerns, then you follow up with your doctors for more advanced screenings. The staff was pleasant, well trained and made sure each person comfortable. Appoints are booked online and payment is required prior to screening. They sent text and email notifications of the upcoming appointment. My 1 issue with location, was the particular door selected for entrance. They used the side door, with 2 sets of stairs to get to the lowest floor of the building. Now, this point is more the responsibility of the building caretakers, as there is a double door along the side walkway (closest to the park) that could have been used, making it easier for those that have difficulty with steps. More than likely they chose the bottom floor, as it is the floor with the restrooms, if needed. I do feel this is worthy testing, especially if family medical history has shown these various issues. My husband had his done through LifeLine in the Whitehall area, several months before I chose to do this. His came back with concerns, which we expected, from his medical family history. He has since seen his cardiologist for further extensive screening. I don't have the same family medical history that he does, but I'm on a medication that has a side effect to create blood clots, so I wanted to know if were other things going on in my body to be concerned about. So I felt it was worth checking out. Keep in mind, this specific private scanning will not bill your health insurance. So if your health insurance covers everything, with absolutely no out of pocket expenses, then this may not be for you. If you end up paying a lot of out of pocket health expenses, this is much cheaper (by $2300 less) than the hospital extensive testing. read more

originally they were in a mobile bus- Now have set up convenient Local locations to to Process the Scheduled appointments. Most preliminary paperwork can be done Online which makes Checking in very easy. Pick a weekday when they are more able to process you quickly. The tests are professional and Non-Invasive. Results come back to you several days later. Any questions are answered before you leave. Very Re-assuring ! read more

After doing one of the tests, the technician tried to sell me yet another test. When I asked if she saw something that indicated I needed another test, she said "I am not allowed to say." So was this just a ploy to sell more tests? While the other techs were friendly and efficient, I found the check-in person abrasive. I would not go back. read more

A fair experience. There were no signs indicating the check in experience or how do it, so you kind of had to figure it out. There was only 1 station for each screening, they could have had 2-3 for each screening to help things move a little quicker. I was charged an extra $15 to have my results mailed to me. First t told the girl on line was fine. Second I was not told of a $15 fee to have them mailed. Since I paid the $15, I expect the results will be mailed to me. read more
