The fact that out rates (two units) have more than doubled in a year, and not maintaining the property/units is not acceptable. We have spoke with many other tenants while there and they are equally or more frustrated. We have heard a couple stories much worse than ours. As we were packing we discovered the amount of items we needed to store were expanding. Judy realized they didn't have a 3rd unit and called several other local storage facilities in an attempt to help me locate one. When that didn't come to fruition, Judy emptied the unit they use to store their items for the facility and rented that to me as well. The place is clean and secure. Easily accessed.
