Almost dont want to write this review so i can gatekeep this place! But this place is too good to…read morenot write one. I'm an explorer and i tried many massage places in the inland empire. From some near rancho cucamonga to west covina/pomona and ontario, but this one remains one of the best one and it happens to be closest to home. The masseuses are mostly female from what I've seen and they speak Chinese and english! They let you choose what pressure you want from light, medium, and hard. Of course you can ask for more or less strength during the massage and they encourage it! They checked in on me during the massage to see if I was okay with the pressure and despite it being abit too hard i loved it because i wanted to become a flexible noodle afterwards so i asked them to carry on and they did. My bf got medium and thought it was the perfect amount of pressure BUT he wished they focused on his legs more than his back. So after the AMAZING session we asked if it's possible next time to request to focus on one part more than the other and they said YES OFC! Enthusiastically. We gave a decent tip and became loyal customers of this place. No need to search further yay!

I used to like coming here - the massages were great and the masseuses were generally friendly…read more But for the past year, there's been a marked change in massage quality, customer service and management practices. The staff is rude, rush through the massages with minimal effort but are anxious to get a tip and move on to the next customer. Not cool. Have not been happy with the service and the treatment. It's not worth coming here anymore from where I live in South Corona. Will be looking for other massage options.

My daughter was in need of a massage and I recommended she go to Kneadz Work. I had read reviews…read moreand asked her to make the appointment. She went last night and had her first appointment with Jeremiah. She has chronic pain due to depression, anxiety, and a variety of other health concerns. Jeremiah set the tone by asking what her goals were for her massage, and allowing her to completely feel whatever she needed to feel while he worked on her pain through out her body. She spoke highly of the facility, the staff, and the care that was taken on her visit. I want to thank the staff and Jeremiah for having my daughter in such good hands and care. The trust this establishment cultivated with her was enough for me to know they care. Truly care. I'll be making an appointment for myself in the near future as I myself have fibromyalgia and deal with a great deal of pain myself.

I've had plenty of massages before and honestly most of them feel the same...a routine,…read moresurface-level experience where they just go through the motions. Lily is the complete opposite of that. She doesn't just massage you. She studies your body while she's working and somehow finds the actual source of the pain, tension, or imbalance instead of just rubbing where it hurts. There have been so many times I walked in with neck pain or lower back tightness, and she traced it back to completely different areas that were causing everything to flare up. That's what separates her from everyone else I've been to. Nothing feels scripted or routine. She tailors every session to exactly what your body needs that day. You can tell she genuinely understands muscle tension and body mechanics on a deeper level than a typical massage place. I see her once a month now and it's become something I genuinely look forward to because I know I'm going to walk out feeling like my body got reset. Not just relaxed for an hour...actually better. This is real therapeutic body work. The kind that makes you realize how much pain and tension you've been carrying around without noticing.

I want to cry! But tears of relief. I have been to many massage places before, and don't get me…read morewrong they all have been great. This time though it was on a different state of physical wellbeing. I had injured myself about 4 days prior and I couldn't get full range of motion on my left arm, I tossed and turned for 4 nights in pain. Trust me , I had already seen a doctor and nothing broken but possibly just the soreness from the injury. I was hesitant to go in and have a massage as my arm hurt so bad I didn't want anyone or anything bothering with it. It is Mother's Day weekend and my husband said to me, " It's Mother's Day weekend you deserve a massage!" I booked a 2 hour massage online , one for my husband as well. We both got there and even though we had different times, the nice ladies were able to accommodate both of us to try and finish our massages earlier than booked and pretty much closer in time. I did not give any info on what had happened Lisa my massage therapists only asked " Do you want medium pressure or deep?" I said medium . Lisa along the way of the massage must have realized what was going on with me that she truly worked on my left side of my upper body meticulously. This lady was and is in my book the best massage therapist I have ever encountered! And I've been through many different places both nationally known and those small business alike. I walked out of there crying! Not of pain but of relief! I had regained my full range of motion all over my body . I HIGHLY recommend this establishment . It is peaceful, clean, quiet and the staff is very attentive of your personal needs. I'm definitely coming here once a month to adjust my body . Regarding tipping, my husband nor I ever got asked or requested to tip anything, but as a conscious customer and person that I AM, I will and have recognized peoples hard work in providing a service, let's just say I tip accordingly, I was never asked how much, I am just conscientious enough to know when someone is truly giving their best service. I will not say how much I tipped as it's not a bragging game or post. I just say this to anyone, we all go day in and day out to our jobs and give it our best, it's nice to be recognized for doing so. And yes! I will say it, a Thank you at times isn't enough.

I've been to Serenity Massage several times and have always had good experiences, which is why I've…read morereturned and previously left a great review. This was my fourth visit with my wife. The massage itself was very good and relaxing. The reason for the 4-star rating is the tipping interaction afterward. I left my usual $20 tip, which I've done in the past without any issue. This time, I was asked to leave a higher tip, around 25%. I politely declined, but the request continued. I asked how much I should tip and was told it was up to me. When I said I was comfortable with $20, a $30 tip was then requested. I felt this was rude and uncomfortable, and it took away from what should have been a relaxing experience. It also made me think twice about coming back and consider looking for another place. I also noticed another review mentioning a similar issue, and the business responded by saying that tips are completely voluntary. That was not how the interaction felt during my visit. I believe tipping should be voluntary and not something customers feel pressured about. I hope management addresses this, because the quality of the massage itself is good and I would like to continue coming back.
