Hit up, Chuck! 702-748-4033 I called almost EVERY water…read moresoftener company out there to get multiple quotes for the size and filter I wanted for our home. I know the water out here is VERY HARSH, EVERYBODY I talked to wanted more than what H20toGo was offering or was similar, but they were using different, lesser product brands for their systems. Also, when I did my research, they say Nugen is the way to go for water softener systems, because they are the gold standard and are almost bulletproof. Hence why we decided to go with H20toGo. I first wanted the basic water system and R.O. system because most people online were saying that is plenty for your home and go bigger than smaller. After talking to Chuck, he did let me know that if I didn't want to void my tankless water heater warranty, I would need the next model up for a whole-home filtration system, the Custom DB 3-stage. So we ended up going with the Custom DB and CDS R.O. 5-stage with mineral filter. Even though our home came with a spigot for the R.O. system, they replaced it with a MUCH nicer one for free since it was included. They ask what color your sink faucets are so they can match it. They also fill up the salt tank for you and hook up your fridge line to the R.O. line. They also give you a free spigot in the garage to hook up a hose line too if you ever wanted to wash your car. Ray came out and did everything VERY quickly all by himself. He was very efficient and told me how to work the system and how to flush the R.O. system every time we change the filter. This results in a lot of wasted water, so make sure you place a bucket and water your plants or something with the flushing water. It requires you to drain the R.O. system for 10 minutes every 30 minutes, I think 5 times. After a while, one night around 2 a.m., when the system regenerates when it's about to be low, I went to the garage to check on the system, and I noticed a small leak during regen. So I took pics and videos and sent them to Chuck the next morning and contacted the main office. They were able to send out Ray again the next day to fix the leak for free. They do recommend checking the system every once in a while to see if there are any leaks. For the R.O. system, my home inspector recommended I get a rubber mat off Amazon so it can accumulate any water if there ever is a leak, which I did. Thankfully, no leaks so far in the R.O. system. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CSPKSCP2?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1 For salt, when I did research, people didn't recommend pellets for bridging reasons and whatnot. When I talked to Ray, he recommended coarse salt. I asked Ray what about the salt from Costco since it's cheaper at Costco. He said if we want to use Costco salt, be sure to use up almost all the salt in the reservoir first before adding a different type of salt. So to avoid all the headache, I went ahead with the salt the guy who's been working on these systems for YEARS and went with the salt crystals here: https://www.homedepot.com/pep/Diamond-Crystal-Solar-Naturals-Water-Softener-Salt-Crystals-100012454/100172669? All in all, love the system, no issues other than a small leak. Every time we shower, we can't tell if there's still soap or not from how soft the water is. Chuck is a super friendly and nice man. He even told me about a company that does garage coatings for CHEAP since he was getting his new home coated as well. Chuck was so patient with me; he waited over 3 months for us to get the system installed, but I NEVER felt rushed. He would ask how I was doing and said yeah lets wait until your garage coat is completely dry before we go in there with this system. He is VERY understanding and compassionate. Can't recommend Chuck enough from H20toGo!

After hearing from the warehouse manager on why their products are superior to others, as far as dealing specifically with Las Vegas water, we scheduled our installation. Btw - while we had a tech out to see what system would work best for us, the tech, Tristian, I believe, checked our main water valve and said we should have it replaced, since the pressure to our house was dangerously high. No other company bothered to check that. As far as how our installation went, Jordan came out first thing in the a.m., after we received a text, letting us know of his arrival. Met with a smile and an explanation and he went straight to work. He was later joined by Dominic, and the two proceeded to complete the job. They did experience a hiccup during the install, but quickly remedied the issue. Nice to know that these guys know what they are doing. They tidied up the install area, fully explained how the system works and what we need to do, signed some forms and they were on their way. Efficient, courteous service on a 105 degree day. Couldn't ask for anything more. Thank you LV Water Works, you have a satisfied customer in us.

There were signs that it was approaching time for our hot water tank to be replaced and Las Vegas Quality Water Works was able to schedule us in as early as the next day if we chose. When it came to installation, Jordan was on-time, clean, efficient, and incredibly professional. Jordan took the time to verify and explain the replacement process without any high-pressure sales or hidden fees. He hauled away the old tank and tidied up the entire workspace before he left. We now have clean and reliable hot water. If you have any water servicing needs (hot water tank, reverse osmosis system, water softener system, etc.) we HIGHLY recommend calling Las Vegas Quality Water Works. Their prompt response time and exceptional customer care is truly a rarity to come by these days.

I put a request out using Yelp's quote feature, and Good 2 Go was first to respond and ready to give me a free estimate. Bill came by and knew the problem immediately, the smell was from a corroded anode rod in the water heater, and he assured me it would be a simple fix. I put down a small deposit so he would order a powered anode rod to fix the problem, and he contacted me as soon as it arrived to set a date for the install. Bill came back with the new electric anode rod, and in about an hour, the new rod was installed and the water was already much better smelling! He even took the time to flush the system, retighten the straps holding the water heater in (something the original builder did a poor job at), and ensure the heater and expansion tank was in top shape before heading out, even taking the time to explain what happened and maintenance moving forward. I felt like his service was above and beyond, and they will even call me for the follow up when it's maintenance time again, so I don't forget. Wholeheartedly recommend Bill & Good 2 Go for any water heater service and repair needs!
