Easy to book appointments via the LT app otherwise, you can call in. Danielle did an amazing job fixing a horrendous haircut. She listened to what needed to be fixed and was very detailed in her work. Letting me know what she was going to do and checking in to make sure I was fine with it. She also styled my hair to my liking. Previously, I have also had my hair cut by Rene and Trina. They were both equally great and sweet. I have also received services from Way and Derek. Both were attentive and friendly. I have always been satisfied with the service every time I am here. You can get a day pass at the gym if you purchased a service. I always get my haircut at the Greenway location but they did not have a time that worked for me that day so I decided to stop in the city centre location. Bad mistake. Front desk people were great and welcoming. When I got to my stylist I could tell she was not in a good mood. I asked for layers and to chop off about two inches. I left with my hair looking exactly the same. She didn't ask if length was ok or any questions.So disappointing, I'll never go back to this location. read more

If you are looking for an amazing hair stylist/colorist, you need to visit Natalie at Lifespa. I would have never thought of going to a gym for a haircut/color, but this location is really nice! It's conveniently located in city centre, but it's dangerous because all I want to do is shop after! Natalie is an expert colorist, who has left my hair looking and feeling it's best. She's up with all of the latest trends and will give you her honest opinions on what will make you look and feel your best. She's super easy to talk to and really makes the whole experience fun! A great spa at surprisingly affordable prices! I came here as a part of a bachelorette party where we got the express mani/pedi, massage, and facial package. All services were great and I wished I had booked longer times. I sent my mother and mother-in-law recently for massage and mani/pedis and they said they had an amazing time. Coming off a serious shoulder injury, I decided to incorporate some deep tissue massage into my overall physical therapy, so I made an appointment with Chris based on his reviews. One of best decisions I have ever made! Chris was able to pinpoint the source of injury and loosen the connective tissue. That night was the first night I was able to sleep on my left side without any pain in a very long time. Chris has great technique and great instincts. I highly recommend him. Update: At my next appointment, Chris introduced me to cupping therapy. I'm not going to lie, I was skeptical at first, but decided to give it a try. To my utter amazement, I felt IMMEDIATE relief as soon as I got off the table! I slept well that night and continued to feel the same level of relief into the next day. I work in education, and let's face it - the past year and a half has been tough. I decided to treat myself to a day of relaxation the weekend before students returned. I got a pedicure at my favorite nail salon, and I book a two hour massage with my FAVORITE EVER massage therapist, Chris Tognetti, at LifeSpa in Centre City.      This was the longest session I had ever booked, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Chris did not disappoint. I was still having some lower back issues, so he focused on that area for a bit. I'm still amazed at how he diagnoses issues during the massage. He found several knots in my thighs that I had no idea where there!      I mentioned that I was coming from a pedicure earlier that day. Chris decided to spend a little extra time on my feet, resulting in the BEST foot massage I've ever had. His ability to balance strength and softness is mind-boggling. My feet are really sensitive to the touch too, but Chris had me relaxed and totally into the moment. I also get this amazing foot scrub (sugar I think) at the same time that filled the room with this amazing berry scent. I didn't want that to end!      Chris asked me how I'd feel about trying a couple of new treatments that I hadn't done before since we had a longer session. I was definitely game after a head-to-toe massage and foot scrub. He proceeded to talk about all of the ingredients of the products and their individual benefits - as well as how they would be working together. He also walked me through the ingredient lists to make sure there was nothing in the mix I was allergic too. No one has EVER taken the time to check that for me when I've had facials, etc. in the past.      Once Chris cleared the products for my safe use, he did two treatments. The first was an Eminence Firm Skin Açaí Masque and Moisturizer. It was velvety soft luxurious on the skin, and the berry scent was indescribable - very sweet and sharp, like ripe summer fruit. It smelled amazing, but wasn't overly perfumy in that annoyingly cloying way so products can be. The second treatment was probably my favorite. It was a Citron Massage Soufflé. It had this fresh, bright, citrusy smell, and was thick and smooth going on. The only way I know how to describe it is that it just felt expensive. Really expensive and luxurious.      Every time I visit LifeSpa and Chris, I think that nothing could top the experience I have there. And yet, when I return they somehow manage to exceed my expectations. In addition to Chris Tognetti's sheer genius and skill, it's the little things from the moment you walk in the door until you leave that all add up too. Everyone that works there is so kind and gracious and warm. You feel like the most important customer they have. They make sure you have everything you could possibly want or need; they keep you hydrated with an addictive citrus-cucumber water that is to die for; and they never make you feel rushed. It always feels like they are working on your timetable, which is really special.      Thank you Chris, and thank you LifeSpa for helping me feel and look my best. read more

I got 3 30-minute hydra facials for my teenagers and the final cost was almost $600 (with tip). We were told we'd get a 20% discount with our hotel stay and it was actually only $20 each. And then they added 10% for a Saturday appt. None of this was disclosed when booking. That being said, the girls said they enjoyed the facials but I don't think a 30-minute facial should cost almost $200. read more

I made an appointment for my nails about two weeks in advance, arrived to my appointment on time only to be told by Wendy the nail technician she had another appointment after me and didn't have time to do my nails and I would have to reschedule. If she was overbooked on appointments, the right thing to do would have been to give me a call and let me know. Absolute garage service and not a way to treat clients. Did not reschedule and canceled my upcoming facial here because of how I was first treated here. read more

I have visited LifeSpa Salon three times since January 2017. My first two visits were great. Both of my stylist did a great job. They were very attentive and carried themselves in a very professional manner. On my third visit, my stylist delivered a great service yet again! However, another hair stylist at LifeSpa, Freida (sp?) confronted my stylist in front of me in a very rude way to clean her bowl/space back in the room where they mix their hair color. Now, granted, that this is something that needs to get done, confronting another peer/stylist in front of a client is unprofessional and disrespectful to clients. I was shocked and appalled by this behavior. My stylist kept her composure and politely told her colleague that she will take care of it and apologized to me. Obviously, this stylist Freida, needs training on team work and good customer service. read more

I had a knot under my shoulder blade that was keeping me awake for a couple of days. I booked an appointment for a deep tissue massage via the lifetime app. There was a variety of both men and women massage therapists to choose from. It had been over a year since I had a massage at lifetime so I just took a chance and booked an appointment with May. The massage was great. May asked where my problem areas were and worked out the knots. They pain was gone and has not returned. I highly recommend booking an appointment with May. read more

I wanted to give a shout out to Chris at LifeSpa City Centre. I've had three massage sessions with him and they keep getting better. I've gotten massages at least once a month typically every 3 weeks for the last 15 years. Chris's welcoming attitude, technique and level of experience is clear from the beginning of the session. I am grateful for his level of knowledge as he's found sore spots and knots in my back I didn't realize I had, and I walk away feeling relaxed and rejuvenated....even days afterward! Chris T's massages are well worth your time. I highly recommend at least 90mins. He takes a genuine interest in his clients, and throughly reviews the intake form to ensure the client's needs are met without a doubt. Chris welcomes feedback if you have a particular issue you want him to focus working through during the session. He has a great variety of techniques to achieve relief. The environment is clean, peaceful and relaxing. You are not aware of the hustle going on outside the treatment room. Until I met Danielle one of the stylists at LifeSpa. As a college student, I enjoy getting my hair done as I use the time to relax. She makes the experience so wonderful. Bonnie the hair stylist there is one of the best stylist I worked with. She has shown me special attention and as I notice she did that to other clients that were there. I was there for a wedding and she made my updo look beautiful. The front desk really worked hard to squeeze me in and they did! I Dan went to Sephora to get my make up done and return to show them how my make up and hair look together as I was pretty excited. Bonnie came over to me and touched up my hair which was really over and beyond what I expected. If I were to suggest a spa and stylist to go this would be the place. A regular mani lasts at least a week with no peeling or chipping of polish. The SpaRitual products are wonderful and made with quality ingredients. I went against my better judgement and did waxing here. For two items it took 1+ hours and I left with one of the services incomplete. I got home to notice 3 bruises and unfinished waxing in a certain area. For these two services the bill was $150 ( i had a giftcard here) and it was time consuming and painful. I usually wax at Beautique (town and country) and one of the services I am out in 10 minutes. I usually wax myself and now I regret coming here. I had Courtney she was nice and friendly but the service was unnecessarily long and I have never had bruises before! read more
