To order, you stand in line to order and then pay. Be patient as folks in front of you make their selections and ask questions. Yes, there are others that live in the universe besides you. What tricks me up each time are the ordering lines. I don't dine here often enough to commit all of that to memory. When in doubt, I recommend asking a staff member. The hamburger is always a favorite of mine. Big juicy burger patty. The brioche bun is toasted. Fresh fixings. Pricing isn't outrageous. The banana coconut pudding parfait is another go to for me. It's vegan and dairy free and all so delicious! On my last visit, I ordered the red wine braised short rib. It was reheated as all their hot entrees are pre-made. It was not as tender as I anticipated it to be. But it did have a nice flavor. The interior has a modern farmhouse look with a family friendly vibe. The wall to wall windows bring in a lot of light and relaxing views of the town center. The dining room has a lot of seating. There is also an outdoor patio. Since this is not sit down service, there isn't any pressure to rush your dining experience. Another tidbit is that they don't have restrooms on site; the public town center restrooms are located 'round the corner.

The salad prices were around $17 with protein sources like chicken an extra $4-8 depending. I opted not to get a protein because I figured at $17 the salad would be a decent size and I really wasn't trying to spend more than $25 on a salad w/tip and tax to be accounted for later on. I ordered the green goddess which said it has broccoli, cucumber, avocado, and gg dressing. I have to say for the price it didn't feel like a good value (hence the 4 stars). It definitely needed the protein option to make it seem more substantial but then at $20+ the value still wouldn't be there. The service, the vibe, the beer was all great so maybe just don't order a salad.

It definitely was once a clothing store that they transformed into a coffee shop with tables, couches, arcade games, board games and even a pool table. The vanilla latte was a hit. The server was super friendly. He brought us our drink once it was finished too. This spot is a nice getaway from the crowds of folks shopping. It doesn't feel like it's located inside of the outlets which is a major plus. We love shopping at the Folsom Outlets and having a cool place like this to drop in and relax and recharge is going to be a life saver.

Their ambience and relaxing atmosphere are very calming and friendly and their decorations are very intriguing. Don't get me started on their taiyaki! Their iced green tea is even better and absolutely worth it!! It's extremely refreshing and light and pairs perfectly with their taiyaki! They have a lot of games and lounging areas and have jazz music that is there but not too loud! Very interesting place with very interesting aspects. Their service is also really good and the workers there are really friendly!! Come here for sure if you want relaxation and yummy treats!

Everybody was very friendly and helpful. I liked the place. It is a smaller area for seating, but they have a good menu. The food menu is a bit smaller, things such as breakfast, burritos, avocado toast, croissants, etc.... They have a good baked goods section, and they make very good coffee, as is their name. I got a box of macarons for Valentine's Day, plus one for myself, the macaron was tender, and had an amazing flavor. The person I got the Macarons for, she did like them. I also got myself a white mocha, which I liked very much. It wasn't too sweet, and the coffee was deep and rich. The price for everything was very reasonable. I want to come back and try more things, and I will definitely get more of those macarons next time also. Thank you.

We pulled in excited for both food and coffee... but quickly learned this is very much a coffee-first, food-optional situation. The coffee? Pretty solid. I ordered the honey lavender latte and enjoyed it. My daughter's iced vanilla latte also passed the teen approval test. Minor head-scratcher: I ordered my latte "for here" and still got a to-go cup. Now, the food. Oof. I'd strongly recommend sticking to baked goods (I didn't try them, but guessing that would be a better option) The avocado toast was a letdown. Imagine a teeny, paper-thin, cold piece of toast topped with a small smear of avocado that tasted more "packaged" than fresh, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, two lonely feta crumbles, and a sliced hard-boiled egg... served cold... on the side. It did come with a side salad, which felt like an apology. We also ordered a croissant sandwich (ham, Swiss, and scrambled eggs), which unfortunately did not sit well with my husband. The eggs tasted like they may have come from a carton. The staff was nice, but the service model was confusing. When I'm prompted to tip at checkout and there are tables and seating, I assume some level of table service. Instead, we picked up our own coffee, food, silverware, and napkins, and at the end, we also got the honor of bussing our own plates back to the counter. Full-circle dining experience. Bonus details: - They had one single packet of hot sauce left in the entire place - The salt shaker was completely solidified (we did ask for more, but the replacement had exactly one functioning hole) * And just to keep you on your toes, the front door pushes instead of pulls. A small thing, but somehow on-brand. Bottom line: Come here if you want a custom coffee. If you're hungry, manage expectations... or honestly, stick with good old Starbucks for consistency, fewer surprises, and doors that behave.

I liked my lavender iced latte and like the fact that they serve it in a large mug if you plan to drink it at the cafe, it had that extra, comforting touch that I love when hanging at a coffee shop. The room we sat in had a beautiful cherry tree draped in cherry blossoms as well as a cute neon sign, perfect for pics, as well as comfy chairs, a love seat and a table as well as a large window that brought in plenty of sunlight. There's another room on the left side of the cafe but I didn't have a chance to check it out since we left to get lunch at Belly. According to my friend, the room is gorgeous as well; I'll have to check it out next time I visit. They had a lot of scrumptious-looking dessert but they were a little out of my budget. They're beautiful though, and I'd try one for a special occasion (the coffee bean dessert cost $20). The cashier (owner, I'm guessing?) was welcoming and helpful when I said it was my 1st time there and pointed out a list of specials. I'll have to try the cherry blossom and banana drinks in the future! They have private shared parking with a bunch of other businesses; I found a spot easily on a recent Saturday morning. Thank you!

They serve organic coffee and I could really taste the difference. They currently have a seasonal menu and their regular menu included some unique options. The maple latte caught my eye; I ordered it with oat milk and it was one of the best coffee drinks I've ever had. Seriously! It wasn't overpoweringly sweet, but there was enough flavor so it actually tasted like a maple latte instead of a warm milk as many special drinks end up tasting from my experience. It's always disappointing to buy an expensive coffee that doesn't have enough flavor, but you'll get what you pay for here. They offer a few little snacks and there is tons of seating (indoor and outdoor!) with beautiful natural light, art and plants. The baristas were kind and helpful and made beautiful latte art. If you love it as much as I did, you can even buy coffee beans and merchandise as well. It's tucked away in downtown placerville and I would highly recommend Pachamama to everyone!

This particular one is in Placerville, right on touristy Main Street. Well It's actually tucked in a shopping pedestrian alley right off Main Street. The coffee is delicious. I've had their various drip coffees before, all terrific tasting. My usual go to's are their lattes. This time I was in the mood for a seasonal winter drink, wintermint mocha. Yum! I ordered it with oat milk and they don't up charge. The mocha had a smooth, creamy chocolate espresso taste. I even got a pretty design of foamed milk on top of my drink. Aww it was cute. No up charge for that as well and I didn't even ask them to do it Outside the cafe is an outdoor courtyard with bistro tables for folks to sit n enjoy their coffee or whatever. I say whatever because the area is open for all to sit a spell. The courtyard is enclosed with brick buildings around its square perimeter. The buildings provide ample shade and cooling temps in the summer. Plus there is a water fountain that provides a calming zen like sound of trickling water. The cafe also has an indoor seating area. The interior furniture includes tables, sofas, lounge chairs, and high top tables aesthetically giving off modern, minimalist Scandinavian design vibes. Luvin this look.
