Very poor customer service. I am trying to get new windows. I have called so many places and requested quotes. Their website form wasn't working so I sent an email (from the website) requesting a quote on fiberglass windows. I got a very rude reply by Richard saying he was "hung up on 4 times" and "I guess you don't want windows." ... he never called once- not my number. There are no voicemails from them. Just this one rude email. I suppose they don't want money. I for sure don't want to give them my business. read more

READ the POOR REVIEWS! I wish I had read them prior to ordering ours in February. Salesman Rich stressed honesty and made several promises. I understand supply chain issues but how about being "Sold" based on a pitch rather than the truth from the office or manufacturer. Windows arrived in August not May. I ordered all new windows and install of a new slider, i had a contractor and electrician scheduled and tried to coordinate with Lifetime, never got one phone call and was stressed that on install date they would not bring out slider and I would be left with an opening in summer. Monday morning day of install with both my contractors on site, the installers called and of course the slider was not on the truck. After a brief convo it was relayed that the windows were black frames when I had ordered all white. This was a disaster and terrible communication, follow up and general consideration especially considering the cost was $25k. Choose someone else, try using a contractor who will go direct to manufacturer, he saved me thousands and made educated improvements for window measurements and selections. My contractor got windows in 4 weeks, combined multiple windows into larger glass/windows saved me and looks much better. Do not use Lifetime Windows. read more

This company insisted that my husband be present for our initial meeting. I explained to them that my husband wants zero involvement in this project. Not to mention I am an interior designer, and I'm very familiar with these things. This didn't matter to them and they insisted that my husband be there, because otherwise "there would be questions that would come up and they would have to come back for another meeting." I am very upset by this entire interaction. It felt extremely discriminating and they clearly do not listen to their client needs. I had an in home estimate for window and sliding door replacements. Virgil arrived on time and was very knowledgeable with the products and brands. He did a demonstration with heat on the glass and answered all my questions. Looking forward to seeing the results when the installation is complete. The pricing was better than I expected. I would not recommend this company to ANYONE. We received their information from the home and garden show. We scheduled to have them come out and provide a quote on a bathroom remodel and new doors. We were promised $0 down, 0% interest, and 0 payments for 24 months, and it's available for all of our home improvement services (which is currently being advertised on their website). We were approved for financing and after our project was complete, we started receiving statements that payments were due. We filed a complaint with Lifetime Windows and Doors and they refused to help (typical "not my problem" response). We spoke with the finance company and they claimed that this offer was not available. We requested a review of our loan and it was closed out without any resolution or communication (zero calls or emails to discuss details). In the meantime, our credit has been affected because this account is currently being reported as delinquent. SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not fall victim to their lies. read more

I signed a contract back in June to have my sliding glass door replaced, i got a call on 7/25 that is was ready to install and i needed to set up a date. Awful service. They measured 11/12 windows incorrectly so only 1 window was installed on construction day. Despite a promise to discuss financial compensation, they have not returned my calls for the past 6 weeks. The remaining windows are due to be installed after they are reordered, but I already paid 50% of the job. I would not trust this company to install a windshield wiper. The service people were nice on construction day, but the management has proven totally incompetent. read more

Lifetime Windows and Doors installed two windows and a slider at my condo. The installers were extremely courteous and worked around my schedule, even doing the install on a weekend. They cleaned up after themselves. The one star removed is for a mix-up where the salesman promised to get HOA approval, yet that turned out to be the owner's responsibility. That communication miscue delayed my install by over a month. But now, months later, I have my windows and am very happy with them. Thanks, Lifetime! read more

Had 2 guys come out to provide a quote because the 1st guy was let go from the company. Second guy definitely seemed more interested in the company's bottom line then their customer. They seemed very eager to try to sell you windows right on the spot w/o much detail. Felt like a car salesman. My biggest complaint is that after I was able to get a written quote (which took 2 weeks of repeated attempts of getting a hold of the sales guy), they lump everything into one out the door price. When I asked to get a break down of the cost, they said "they cannot provide a line-by-line pricing because customers compare lesser quality products and in terms of price alone we tend to be a little more because of their superior products and warranty". Careful explanation of their product and warranties should alleviate any "orange to apple" comparisons. The lack of transparency really put me off this company. If I'm spending $30k on windows I should be able to see a breakdown of the window (material) cost, Install (labor) cost, etc... Instead the quote read: 8 windows for $XXXXX.XX. They were also reluctant to break down the price of the project per window in case I only wanted to do certain rooms. I would not recommend them. I ended up spending my $30k elsewhere. read more

My name is Chuck from Fountain Hills AZ. I need to start from the Windows installed last year. I had posted a review last year and I don't know what I rated them. I think a four and for last year that was too High. I encountered some subtle and not so subtle problems after writing my review. First the clean up inside my house was great, but outside my house was atrocious. I was sweeping up screws and nails from my driveway for a number of weeks. In fact, the rule of the house was to check the driveway before backing out the cars. There was a screen window installed opposite of how I requested it to open Note: Lifetime offered to replace, but I didn't want the mess again, so they discounted the window. Back to the outside, broken glass was still found nearly a year after the Windows were installed. We also had communication issues which was irritating. There were issues with a couple of windows not being installed in the rooms listed and the type of glass installed. This was eventually taken care of. But that was last year. Last year we had the windows replaced in every room but the Living Room. We determined this year back in April that we wanted to finish the house (Living room, two small bathroom windows and a window over our Family Room Patio Door). We had a couple of options, go elsewhere or stick with Lifetime. We decided to stay with Lifetime because the inconveniences encountered did not take away from the Price and the Quality of the Windows. The Infinity Windows are as advertised. The Electric Bills are down, the house is quieter and most importantly no Sunshades and I have "rediscovered" my Desert Views. We decided to have Lifetime out to finish the Living Room. Good Price again. The Second Time around there was no doubt they earned and deserved 5 Stars. Leading up to this second purchase we talked to many people at Lifetime and I trusted the second time around they would do their best to remedy the previous issues and they did. I need to mention and emphasize the work of the Installers Kenny and Chad. Wow! what a team. They were fast, efficient, took care of my house. They Cleaned up after themselves, during and after installation Chad even climbed up on the short roof I have over the garage and cleaned up last year's mess. They made sure that all the screws, glass or nails were picked up. They laid plastic on both sides of the windows. They used a blow torch to loosen up the glass where last year's crew just forced the window out causing a lot of breakage. This would Not have been a big deal to me last year if they would have Cleaned up after themselves. Going back to last year and to be fair Lifetime at some point took care of the issues we had. What was troubling they were issues that should not have happen. Because of the effort Lifetime put forth this year I am comfortable giving Liftetime to include the Installation Crew a 5 and overall including last year a 4.5. To summarize, the Windows for the money and quality cannot be touched. read more

We had an appointment for a quote for some sliding patio doors. Russell Holzer did not have a mask but....ok. We told me what we were looking for 2 sliding patio door. He barely attempted to measure the one door. Never looked at the 2nd door one. . Came in the house, we sat at the table. And then made the comment since you want to save money, the standard door, is going to be $8554.00 and that was with a 25% discount. And then started the pressure sales. The base price is $6,000 per sliding door. It was nice but not that nice. He didn't give us a quote in person, and was not friendly, personable, and was condescending, arrogant and high pressure salesman . He seemed put out that he had to stop past to give us a quote. When we said we needed to think about it he said well it will be $9454, because he took off a 5% discount. He seemed pissed that we had inconvenienced him and couldn't believe we did just jump on the 10 minute high pressure sales pitch he just took the time to give us. How could we pass up this deal?! It is only $109.00 a month.... Didn't bother to tell us for how long or that it would end up costing us almost $19,000 at the end of 87 months. With that large of an investment give us a chance to discuss the price. Geez. Then when we declined, he had an attitude and started packing up his sample to let us know that he was "out of here"... he was going to Vegas. Apparently we messed with his gambling money. Do not call this company unless you have money to burn. Management needs to realize that Russell is the face of the company and he gets a F for sales skills. read more

The crew that came to my house in Fountain Hills, AZ was excellent. Didn't know the framing was rotten , no vapor barrier etc. prior to installation. They not only took care of those extra issues but did it same day. I also felt they were more than reasonable price wise. If I could give 0 stars I would have. Called for a quote on replacement windows. Salesman spent the entire time on their top of the line product, Infinity Ultrex. At 200% above the price of very good vinyl windows. Think about it for a minute. The bulk of a window is the glass, not the frame, right? So why would I care that much about a fiberglass frame? Did the sales rep think this would be an easy sell to 1) a woman; or 2) a dotty old senior citizen living in a +55 community? Why on earth would I want to buy a window that may or may not last 100 years? I'm angry that I spent that much of my time with him. But the price quote didn't come until the very end of his spiel. Check out the internet on the very real differences between vinyl and fiberglass and you'll see why I was angry. Beware senior citizens. Proceed with caution and do your research. read more

Do not use this company. I ordered a door in June they installed on August 31st it was installed incorrectly they advised me it was a manufacturer air and would have to reorder. The door is scheduled to be replaced on December 28th of 2020. There was no follow-up by lifetime Windows and doors I would still be sitting here without a door if I would not have called them the first part of December. all Holly wants to do is sell she does not even take any consideration the style of the door and what would be appropriate for the house. lifetime Windows and doors does not warrant anyone's business I own three properties and I surely would not have any windows replaced by them. read more

Had all of our original windows replaced by Lifetime Windows and we couldn't be happier. The entire process from initial consultation to final inspection was superb and stress free. When installation day came, the crew brought in all the windows and I was very impressed by the quality construction of the windows. I cannot overstate the difference between the Lifetime windows and the terrible original windows. I was also amazed when I tried to lift even a small window and how heavy and solid it was. Everyone that has seen our new windows tells us how fantastic they look and ask who we purchased from. Likely the best upgrade we have made to our house! ***DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** Placed order with this company on 10/4/2019 for two exterior patio doors. They told me it would be 4-6 weeks before they would receive the doors. Some how they ordered the wrong door, it was caught and what they left off required an additional two weeks. Requested update in November still waiting on manufacturer. Requested update in December and was told that the glass in one of doors glass was broken and they are trying to get an ETA from the manufacturer. The replacement door were supposed to arrive first week of January. Finally got confirmation the doors would arrive 1/21/2020 and they scheduled me for install 1/23/2020 between 7-8am. They no show the day of the install with no notification via phone or email. I tried to cancel in early January, but they wanted to keep some of my deposit. So I visited their office this morning to speak with their sales manager and he informed me they sent an email stating the work couldn't be completed and I would be refunded. He couldn't tell me when I could expect the refund. Through the nearly four months several phone calls and emails were sent due to their lack of communication which was crickets. I will definitely do business with Lifetime Windows & Doors. For one they are a Arizona-based company which is great because I support local AZ businesses. We had Greg come over and give us a demonstration of what the different types of window frames are or what they have to offer. There is no pressure to buy and when you're ready he said just give them a call. Greg was very professional at all times and made me my wife feel comfortable about asking questions. If you're looking to get some new windows on a new build, customhouse build or just replace the old ones like we're looking to do in your older home, then I would definitely suggest using lifetime windows and doors. read more

Overall I had a good experience with Lifetime. I was concerned at first with the pricing, because they were still more expensive than other companies even though I was using a buy one get one 50% off. But at the end of the day, I liked what I read on Marvin windows and felt, although the price was not a bargain, it was worth it to get a quality product with a double lifetime guarantee. The installation crew, Mike Nyberg, Nick, and AJ were all professional and cared about doing a quality job, and finished installing 5 2nd story windows all in one day. They were careful about protecting my home during installation and cleaned up everything very well. I have only had the windows in for 2-days and so far am very pleased! read more

Don't do it - not this company. Got estimate for whole house windows but liked a different companies windows better. Bought Lifetime Slider doors. Salesman was very helpful and attentive. Totally different story after they got the order and our money. Follow up is horrible - no communication, doesn't return calls or emails. Got the doors long after they were promised. Once we got them, there was an issue with the seal and we weren't happy with the product. After repeatedly calling and leaving messages, the manager finally came out and agreed that the glass should be replaced, and that he would make it right but that he'd have to go through the motions with the manufacturer. The screen doors were also very hard to operate and we were promised new screen doors. He claimed to be the "new sheriff in town" and he was going to do things right by his customers (even if he had to absorb the cost), so things would go better on his watch! Well, someone came out and replaced the seal, (helped a little bit) but they refused to replace the glass or the doors. Oh and the new sheriff still hasn't replaced the screen doors. Had this company come out and quote me and my wife for some new windows. Salesman was nice showed us our options and we decided to buy them. That's where it went downhill fast. Once we were called stating the windows were in the installers came out with 3 of the 7 windows frosted glass like windows for a bathroom. Not what we wanted on the front of our house. They installed them stating they would order just the glass and replace them ASAP. Almost 6 weeks later we called because no update on these mistakes. They said they just arrived. Um the glass took longer to get than a whole window? They came out the next day and again problems. They only had 2 of the 3. REALLY??? They installed the two and wow one pane is scratched. I can't wait to be done with this company. Will never recommend them and also I am thinking of contacting HGTV because I found these guys watching a commercial on the network. ZERO STARS read more
