Since this was a Saturday many car care places were closed, I happened to find Sinclair after a quick search of finding someone who was open on a Saturday afternoon. Sinclair was quick with their service, but also took time to answer questions and explain what the problem was with my vehicle. When I followed up with additional questions they clearly explained things in a way I could understand. They also took the time to show my husband and I what was the source of the issue. We also happened to share that we had a nail in the tire that we noticed when it was loaded up on the tow truck prior to our arrival, mentioning that we would need to go get the tire taken care of after we left Sinclair. They then went above and beyond to taking care of the screw that was in the tire. A day later they called to see if I made it back home safely. Thankful for the care they showed even after we left! We are beyond thankful for the customer service, attention to detail, communication and reliability! We plan to be back!

Was instructed by U-haul this was the closest drop location for my rental truck. Dropped off a U-Haul on Veterans Day as scheduled and they were closed. Called U-Haul to confirm drop off was done and left keys in drop box. Woke up today to see these liars hit me with a $70 surcharge!!! An extra day rental even though the truck was dropped off the day it was due. I guess they think they can just charge an extra day because they're closed. Not the way it works. Not only that but an additional "coverage" charge, to add insult to injury they charges an additional $10 for gas!The truck was to be left with 9/16th a tank of gas, so just a little bit above half. Which I left it exactly at 9/16 but they think they can just scam you for another $10, $70 in extra fees these dishonest thieves tried to hit me with. Well unfortunately for them I took tons of pictures and have already initiated the complaint with U-Haul and demanded a refund as well as reported them to the Better Business Bureau for scamming. The quoted estimate was $1500 for the pads, brake calipers, drums, brake rotors, hardware kits, fluid, and labor. I had seen my car on a lift before taking it to Advantage Auto, and after inspecting the wheels, I knew the brake job was going to be involved (which is part of the reason I didn't want to do it myself). Jason loaned me a car for the day, which I greatly appreciated. AA worked from 9:00 till around 5:30 (they had delays in receiving parts from across town), and got me out of there the same day. My final price of $1300 was lower than the estimated $1500, as they didn't charge me for all the replacement parts. The brakes have been working as needed over the last month. Was it a lot of money?
