Reviews written on google are true. The care is lacking and the staff especially the director are fake.

Liz is a phenomenal teacher whose precision, attentiveness, and capacity to tailor her guidance to each student's body are nothing short of extraordinary. Her corrections are subtle yet transformative, and she leads with both authority and empathy, creating an environment of confidence, safety, and growth. It is regrettable that Liz's talents are not more broadly acknowledged within the gym. Her classes do not receive the same visibility or promotion as many of the more mainstream group activities--and that is a disservice both to her as an instructor and to potential students who would immensely benefit from her expertise. This is especially poignant during the season of Diwali, a sacred time in September/October that honors light over darkness, spiritual renewal, and the triumph of knowledge and mindfulness. Liz's approach to Pilates--centered on balance, breath, focus, and inner strength--resonates powerfully with the spiritual symbolism of Diwali. In fact, her class would have been an ideal program to promote during this period, as it aligns so beautifully with the themes of illumination, inner harmony, and self-transformation. Liz is not just a capable instructor--she is an extraordinary asset to the Pilates community. She deserves far greater recognition, support, and promotion so that more students can discover the profound value she offers. YMCA management needs to be open to your members needs. The diversity and age audience has changed. Idea - perhaps incorporating yoga class nights for couples while their children are being taken care of? Or maybe promoting Pilates evening class with "a thriller night with Pilates"?

As a parent, I felt really good about dropping off my kids here as I knew they were taken care of very well. The place is very clean and the curriculum is engaging. I can tell how much my children enjoy it as they do a great job of sending daily updates and photos which really help us get a good grasp of what they do all day. Also, my kids always left with a big smile on their faces. This only happens when the people who operate this place truly care about the children. I can say my experience was about as good as it gets and we absolutely plan on bringing the kids back very soon. I noticed there were some legacy negative reviews that were tied to the previous ownership - but speaking from experience I can say unequivocally that this daycare is absolutely pristine and the right place to send my kids to. We've had some good and not so good experiences with other options and Genesis is without doubt on top of the list as I feel confident they take great care of the kids and keep parents regularly updated with their daily communication. Highly recommended.

Simple secret : treat other people like what you want to be treated. The customer service are rude? Big mistakes. I know all of them. They are there to help, answer your questions. Let's talk about coaches at here. Different coach has different style of coaching : from strict to soft. Some parents are ok, some don't. But when their coaching style don't suit you, it doesn't mean that coach is bad. You may ask to switch to the other coach as long as have a vacancy. I suggest you be there during the class to see by yourself how is your child and the coach doing. Have a good communication with coach to know how is your kid doing after seeing yourself. This is one of our favourite places. We came here since last year, from 'stranger' become 'friend'. Totally highly recommended!!

I wish I could give this center zero stars to rate it. Despite having a long-standing good…read morereputation, they show no interest in working with the kids scheduling or enrollment. Despite of working according to their schedule, they're unwilling to provide the available times or days. I've been pursuing them for over a year now. I've tried to manage my time and day accordingly, but they always come up with some excuse or the other. Recently, I've been trying to enroll my five-year-old for over a month now. They said spot for 5 year old will open in April for certain day/time and that they will confirm once we enroll but enrollment shall be done on 31st not before that. I emailed them on 31st if I can begin enrollment and that spot is still open. They responded next day, that now the class is for an older group. Could you please explain why you advised me to check for enrollment for April? Few days prior to 31st, I checked again with you about this months enrollment, and you advised me to wait and check on the 31st only, not before that. You could have informed me that we don't have a class for that age group, period. If you were to add classes for older kids, why did you ask me to get assurance with you about April enrollment for that very day and time? Oh wait, you must have decided on the 31st itself to open classes for older kids for the same timing? Correct? Why didn't you communicate that to me well in advance especially when you know a parent is checking for the spot on the day and time that you only had mentioned? Mind you, this is just one month of experience. I've been trying my luck for a year now, and I have all the relevant emails to prove. There's no apology, no remorse, and no attempt to work with the client's schedule. Neither they anticipate that the client is trying to join the center, but they're not prepared to cooperate. It's tiring to be honest. I've already mentioned to them that I don't want my daughter to be coached by coach Irina. She spends more than half an hour near the trampoline, sitting on one side and never getting up. All she asks the kids to do is jump, without teaching them any technique. One time, she had just two kids, and my daughter got hurt. She couldn't even take care of just two kids in her class. Even after repeatedly mentioning to not give my kid that coach, he still suggests that I attend her classes only and that the only availability is with her. How ignorant can they be? If they don't want to enroll my child, simply tell me in my face rather than playing games to come today, check tomorrow, and enroll day after. They have taken this complaint very personally I must say. There's this person who sits behind the email and causes trouble for the potential family who wishes to enroll their child. They don't have a face, and when we visit the center to talk about this. There is this lady who tells us to speak to the person via email regarding scheduling. Whenever I agreed on a date and time for my child's enrollment that you offered, you somehow come up with ridiculous excuses to prevent me from enrolling. Well done! Keep up the good work. But again, it's useless to discuss matters via emails without a name. How safe are you, Aren't you? You have my phone number in previous enrollment form. If you have responsibility, you should be calling and resolving this issue, which is what customer service entails. You have lost business here, take it somewhere else and enjoy mocking other parents. I don't need anything to do with Us gym leonia from here on. This is completely preposterous and ignorant. And if the new enrollment parents who don't know this center already had one shameful case one of their coach who does not work there any more. But it was bad and pretty public. You can certainly google and see for yourself what is this case about. I am certain that after reading my comment, they will respond by stating, "Our scheduling and cancellation policies are meticulously crafted to ensure that spots in classes are accessible to all interested participants. Holding multiple spots would inadvertently prevent others from enrolling but also we are flexible for you." Horrible! Horrible and Horrible!

We emailed back and forth about what schedule and payment preference. Didn't hear anything back after a day so I texted. After 3 days from the original email asking for the enrollment documents and information I got an email with an attachment for payment authorization and payment breakdown. Ms. Monica wanted my bank account information and as of this still post never answered or sent anything about enrollment documents. I never had a daycare ask for payment before sharing or giving me the documents I needed to complete. I was not asking for my child to start before I paid. I just wanted to know all fees I had to pay up front and what documents needed to be filled out. Not sure if she asks for payment first from everyone. The email interaction lets me know all I need to know about this place and I'm glad it happened because when you go there everyone smiles and says the nicest things. I can see from the reviews and the way I was treated this place is not about kids. It's about money. I'm very happy I will not be spending my hard earned money at this place. Yes, Ms. Monica my hard earned because I would have be paying out of MY POCKET. and if you didn't think I could afford it should have said that. I wouldn't have wasted my time.

I had to remove my daughter from this school after I popped in unannounced and saw something that was completely unacceptable done to a child. I reported it to management and Brianne handled it so poorly and was very dismissive about the entire thing. Im not sure why they continue to have her in management after so many negative reviews about her. My daughter started April 1st there and every day I would drop her off she would cry hysterical and beg me not to take her to that school. I thought it was just her having trouble adjusting to a new environment but when I would pick her up she would have tears dried on her face like she's been crying the entire day. Once she saw me she would get up in a panic and run to me and say mommy let's go home now and I didn't realize how serious it was and how traumatized she was until I took her out of this location and put her in another location. She has been in her new school since May 1st and has not cried once during drop off she even asked me if she could stay longer when I went to pick her up which never happened in 4 weeks of her being in the Hackensack location . She told me she doesn't want to go back to her old bubbles and friends school because the teacher is mean and that her teacher will get really mad when she cries . She says the complete opposite about her new teacher so clearly the problem wasn't her adjusting it was the environment and teachers in that location. I'm thankful I randomly popped in that day because if I didn't see what I saw I would of probably kept her in this location for longer thinking it was just her adjusting but seeing how happy , excited and comfortable she is in her new school I know that it was not her having trouble adjusting she just didn't feel safe there. So parents if your kid is telling you they aren't happy there please listen to them.
