Don't waste your time…read more I came to the shop with 3 problems: -A sound from the right side of my car. I gave them instructions on how to reproduce it, just drive the car on the highway -My car needed a regular service -I wanted to reset a warning light on the dash. They wasted my time and I left with more problems. They told me they would get to it that day on site. Then called me and told me they would not be able to get to it till the next. They don't even inspect it till the afternoon of the next day, and want to keep the car for another day. The next day they told me they were not able to reproduce the sound. I go in and immediately reproduce the sound with a tech in the car on the highway. They say they will look at it. I leave. I come back and they tell me they "aren't a shop specialized in fixing that problem" go to a different shop. Fine, I appreciate the honesty. They give me my car back. I turn on the car. Sound still there, Car regular service timer not reset - Such a simple thing, if they're cutting corners here what else are they cutting corners on? Warning light not reset. I go back in , ask them to reset both warnings. They come back, warning light needs a physical part and they need another part that they want to charge me for ~20 dollars, and for me to wait another few hours. They did reset the service timer. At this point they've wasted enough of my time. I leave, paying few hundred dollars for the service and them having wasted 3 days of my time. I go to a different shop. The fix is so simple they fix it for free in 20 minutes. Also they spam you with advertising texts despite never asking. In summary: They didn't fix any of my original problems, needed me to micromanage them to follow basic instructions to diagnose, are slow and incompetent.

The battery had died…read morewhile it sat in their lot over the weekend, they jump started the battery to get it in the garage and then they said they would not look at the air conditioner unless I replaced the battery at a cost of $500. Absolutely ridiculous pricing. It takes 15min or less to remove the battery. A new battery at auto store is $150-200. I said no thanks I will pick the car up and take it elsewhere . They then charged me $170 for their "inspection". I jump started the car to get home, took the battery out (took 10 min), took the battery to the local auto store where it was tested and the battery was still good. So here I'm out $170 for absolutely nothing and the air conditioner still does not work. I do not understand why they wouldnt just charge the battery and fix the A/C. And $500 to swap out a battery is absurd. Will never go back and dont recommend .

I would have never agreed to have the engine taken apart if I had known the quoted price would not be honored. At this point, it feels like we paid $650 for partial work that did not resolve the actual issue. The engine was taken apart, but the root problem was never fixed as promised. Additionally, the explanation provided for the increased labor cost did not feel justified or transparent. Overall, the experience left me feeling taken advantage of. I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and requesting an itemized breakdown before agreeing to any work. Based on my experience, I would not trust verbal agreements with this shop. Well, I decided that most of it sounded bogus, and took my vehicle to Lonnie's instead. Turns out, almost none of the repairs that Belle Tire said I needed were actually warranted. Lonnie's replaced my strut assemblies and sway link bars in the front within 2 hours of having the car dropped off, for only $625 total. I am so pleased with their service and professionalism. Unfortunately, within just a few days of getting the vehicle back, the same problems returned. After multiple attempts to have the issues corrected, it appeared that the diagnostic trouble codes had simply been cleared rather than the underlying problems being resolved. I eventually took the vehicle to my regular mechanic, who had recently acquired the equipment necessary to service this type of vehicle. After inspecting it, he found that the oil sensor was still the original sensor rather than a new replacement, the oil leak was coming from the manifold instead of the oil pan (which I had previously discussed with the shop), and the EVAP switch had been installed incorrectly, with loose lines. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop. I would encourage others to ask detailed questions about the repairs performed and verify the work before leaving. Unfortunately, my experience resulted in additional time, expense, and frustration.
