December 20' update l - the $200 pull cord dry-rotted and broke the first time that I pulled it this year. I've had pull cords outlast engines. Not only did they overcharge me, they also used poor quality parts.

My tractor/ plow needed repair as a gas tank unit broke during the previous storm . The manager, TJ, personally came out hoping to find an easy fix. It was necessary to pick up, order parts, and they might be able to fix it before storm and deliver. TJ just called to make sure I was going to be ok with this storm and is hoping to get it to me before the storm. That is customer service above and beyond. They are the BEST!!! He went over the different models and features, spending quite a bit of time with me. I bought a more powerful Echo trimmer, despite the extra weight. It is a superb machine. When I had a problem with (misusing) the trimmer head, he repaired it on the spot, at no charge. I cannot recommend this guy and his business too highly! He treats his customers like I do in my lumber yard, going the extra mile to build relationships!
