They also had a great selection of local craft beers for $7, which was amazing. As a beer lover, I got to try brews from Dominion, Bellwoods, and Rorschach. I explained we had booked the Tiki Bar, the Triple Seven Lounge was empty and not themed the same, the hostess pretty rudely told us that was all she could give us despite their being an empty table available in the Tiki Room. When we asked about sitting there we were told that they held that table because someone else has a reservation. I explained again that we had a reservation, in the Tiki Room, not the Triple Seven Lounge. The hostess refused to seat us, my partner spoke to a manager and made some progress, but then we were handed back off to the same hostess, who told me I was threatening her when I said that I would post a review detailing they didn't give us our allotted reservation. Very disappointing and impersonal service. We left immediately after being called threatening because we did not want to cause that hostess any harm or unnecessary distress, but will not be back. Careful booking here, they don't value advance reservations. Remove the option to select which room you're in if you're not going to keep to it.
