They tried to find a button for my jacket, steamed my dress shirt one day for me in 10 minutes bc I don't like any wrinkles when I go to work:) I also have a very busy life and sometimes forget things, they remind me so kindly. They work so hard and take pride in their business, and have fantastic prices. They are clean and get all my food stains (from work like ketchup coffee etc.) out of my clothes. I have nothing but positive things to say about them, both in terms of service and value. Staff is courteous, flexible and for all that, the price is defintiely on the reasonable side. I haven't tried their alteration yet because I haven't needed it since I moved but based on the experience at Bayside branch, I'm pretty certain that they'd do just as good as the Bayside. I'd definitely continue to patronize their service.
