Pole Poke Nachos, Spicy Ahi Poke, Mac salad

This was our first restaurant we tried after moving to Oahu. The poke was great and our favorite of the few we have tried so far. We liked the original poke nachos the best (what was recommended) but the spicy poke bowl was also good. The Mac salad was good, not great. We will be back!

@fortunefoodfinds: "When I gotta RUN errands, this is what I'm talkin' about! Half Spicy Ahi n' Half Kamakazi Poke Nachos on wonton chips from Poke On Da Run. My TO-DO list feels complete, when this is what I get to eat!" Staff: friendly Interior: good amount of seating Exterior: on main road Wait time: placed order n' literally received my food in like a minute Parking: street Overall comments: wish they were open on the weekend, but thankfully I was able to randomly make a visit during the weekday. For poke nachos, they're at the top of my list. Always feen for it! Great poke, saucy, n' super crunchy wonton chips. Def a must have if you want poke nachos!

I haven't been here in so long that I totally forgot about this place. My cousin treated me for lunch & suggested we come here. I got the spicy ahi w/ fried chicken combo. I love fried chicken and spicy ahi together. It's like my favorite combo. The spicy ahi was fresh and the fried chicken was so crispy! I have no complaints about this place. It was really good and I'm craving some now as we speak! Always gotta support small businesses and I can't wait to go again!

POKE! Definitely earned a spot in my top 5 places for nachos. The wonton chips were very fresh and not too salty. The poke made my tastebuds dance! This place is the definition of a hole in the wall that is definitely worth checking out. Once you walk in it feels as if you're inside the ocean due to its ocean like theme. Staff were great and the menu had many options. I just wish they had more poke options instead of 2, but boy do they give you your moneys worth! Will be visiting again for sure !

Tried this on a random Thursday and staff was welcoming and friendly! We ordered mini poke nachos and shared the 2 ahi poke with kamikaze sauce. My husband and I really enjoyed the poke nachos, it was great to us, the wonton chips were great and we loved the sauce that was on top of the poke. There a few tables inside for seating, we were able to find street parking. Would come back again!

Absolutely love this place. Small little poke shop with all the aloha! Felt super welcomed upon arrival and the service was quick. It does get busy around lunch time and street parking is limited. If you plan for that, you'll be good. I ended up getting the regular poke plate 1lb of spicy ahi and was not disappointed. The fish was as fresh as the vibes. If you're in the area, definitely worth the stop.

I've had Poke on Da Run bookmarked forever! We had a free morning so D2 and I made out way over around 10:30am on a Friday . Figured the wait shouldn't be long at all. We were right. Parking out front and only one other person in front of us. There were quite a few patrons already inside either already eating or awaiting their plate lunches. From what we saw, looks like we need to come back for one of those. We were on a mission though to try their Poke Nachos bc hello POKE is in the name of their restaurant. We shared the mini poke nachos and went 1/2 kamakazi and 1/2 spicy ahi. I love won ton anything, and their nachos are served over fried won ton chips. Win. The portion is perfect and the ratio of chip: poke is perfect too. Just enough that every chip had a generous portion of poke. Very simply decorated and cozy. I did enough seating for about 20-25 people. Will definitely have to return for a plate lunch and more nachos!

I finally tried the famous poke nachos! And let me tell you, YUM!!! So happy I did because the texture of their poke is a 10/10! Like butter! So soft and the sauce they use for their kamakaze is just perfection! It goes well with the poke. I got their mini kamakaze half and half poke nachos which was spicy ahi and their special kamakaze one. So so good! My bf got their Hawaiian on the run plate and that was super good too! The lau lau had good pieces and the kalua was moist and tasty. The service was great here. Super cool aunty working the front.

Probably my favorite poke spot on the west side. Coupled with their hawaiian and local entrees this place is definitely a heavy hitter. Treat yourself after a hard day or a good training sesh! Also workers here are super friendly!

First time here. Had to do the poke nochos. The poke was well flavored. The wonton chips were thick and crispy. That means it was soggy even though I took it home to eat. Definitely a good thing. At $16.95 I wish there was a little more poke. The other big negative is that there isn't any parking. The front of the store has a sign saying freight loading only. I landed up parking about a block away where I found one open parking spot. Overall it was good but the parking situation really makes it had for me to want to go back.

Best poke nachos and loaded too. Their other plate options are also really good. Aunty was so nice and just love the service. Got regular sized poke nachos with half spicy ahi and kamikaze. Both flavors are fire but favorite has to be kamikaze. Parking is very limited.

Came back today, 6/25/25. We have been dreaming of the poke nachos from Poke on Da Run and today was da day! Service was friendly with aloha. Restaurant was clean and offers tables for dine in. We got our poke nachos to go. We ordered the kamakazi and tuna 1/2 & 1/2 and another with kalua pork, kamakazi and tuna. Everything was ono just as we remembered.

The Pearl City location has tons of Musubi, poke, and snack options available for you to eat. But let's be real, most of us would love to just pick up some poke bowls and head straight to the beach right? The service was friendly and helpful and they even have signage that helps show you how to navigate your poke and rice options. The poke cuts were smaller than what I was used to but didn't detract from the flavor, in fact, it probably make the flavor better in that it helped with the mixing and you got a more balanced bite. I'm usually not an ocean salad kind of person either but they've changed my mind with their great flavors, don't be afraid to try that either. With all that deliciousness acquired, don't forget to find a great canned juice of your choosing to wash it all down. While the price isn't the cheapest poke that you can buy, it was definitely delicious and made with care that I truly appreciated and served out of a shop that makes you feel nostalgia. I will definitely be stopping by again when I'm in the area to see what other kinds of poke they've created.

A little rough around the edges, but cordial at the same time, true Vegas fashion is how I can best describe that service from him. As for the food, the calamari breading along with the salmon on the salad were both too salty for my liking. The calamari had big pieces to chew through and I was sad to see that the sauce for this dish was the same as the dressing for the salad (ginger sesame dressing). Super disappointed with the crazy service tonight…read more I placed an order outside using the kiosk for just a chicken katsu special at 5:52 PM since it was crowded inside and ended up waiting 45 minutes for that one plate. It wasn't just the waiting, it was the service and lack of communication that pushed it over. After placing my order, I entered the restaurant and waited on the side since there wasn't a place to sit and wait. The worker who was stationed at the front soon came back and asked "How can I help you?" and I mentioned that I ordered on the kiosk outside and she walked away without saying anything. Around 10 minutes in I noticed the worker mentioning to every person in line only after they tried to order that the wait would be 30 minutes for anything on the grill since they had a big order. The questions that came to mind every time a person attempted to order was "why wouldn't she tell them that they would have to wait 30 minutes from the beginning before they even tried to order so they could reevaluate if their orders needed the grill?" And "what items are not on the grill?" Every person in line would get frustrated as she wouldn't even show what items didn't need the grill.. They would say "Okay I want to order this instead" and she would keep saying "that's on the grill so you have to wait 30 minutes." Like they were supposed to know.. Who wouldn't get frustrated? Time went on and I found myself still waiting at 6:30 PM. When i heard her mentioning the chicken katsu wouldn't take long since it's not on the grill. No update, just me sitting on those high chairs obviously waiting for my order. It's worse because you don't get a buzzer for using the kiosk. I decided to ask about my order but still had to wait in line to talk to that same worker. When it was eventually my turn, I said "I wanted to check on my order" and showed her a picture of the kiosk with the order number because the kiosk didn't print a receipt for me and rudely responded with "Your order's already ready" and just handed it to me.. Excuse me? No one even bothered to tell me it was ready and she spoke to me like I was supposed to know it was ready. How long was it ready that I was wasting my time waiting there? Also, please fix the option on the kiosk when you select the chicken katsu; it should have the option or be defaulted with "White rice & mac salad" like your app. The kiosk is misleading and doesn't say you don't need to select "all rice" or the other up-charge options. So when she gave it to me and she said all rice I explained to her that I thought it was making me choose an option and she got defensive and said "No it doesn't." She eventually took it to the back to put mac salad then returned and rudely told me "Next time just don't select an option." Wow. It was not my fault that no one called me to tell me my order was ready. It was not my fault there was a flood of orders during dinner time. I like Oh My Grill but please do better with the customer service, especially with the person who's in charge at the front. I understand that it gets overwhelming when it's busy but the communication and customer service was just the worst. No one deserves to be treated like that especially when we come often. This was such a horrible experience.. Maybe won't come back for a while.
