This place is lively the caretakers and the owner are extreemly thoughtful, kind, loving and attentive. When i come to visit i dont want to leave. Its truely a home away from home. Julia loves being there, and I believe the entire staff truly loves taking care of Julia and doing the best for her. I, her younger brother, took care of Julia for 25 years before she needed more care than I could provide her, so I know how difficult caregiving can be, and it was initially difficult to have her away from me, but I, too, have grown to love the Glen Park staff during my Saturday visits to see Julia and am very confident my beautiful sister is in a great, clean place and well taken care of, and that's what matters to both Julia and me.

The semi will be out there. Idling the whole time dropping the pallets disturbing the whole neighborhood. I've called and talked to the director and they were so rude and nasty, saying that's the only time that they could deliver. And I think they should've worked this all out before they moved into a damn residential neighborhood. So rude,so unkind, so inconsiderate. I hope this place goes out of business.

She is the best and doesn't charge enough for her services. She called to check in on me and the whole experience was lovely. I'd give her 10 stars if I could !

I'm unsure why there are so many superlatives. I had total knee replacement. All that was done…read more(basically) was bending my knee and measuring bend. Once in awhile a few other things added - nothing consistent and then was told to bike for a bit. My total appointment was 25 minutes. Didn't feel like I was receiving the care I needed so I discontinued them and went to Swanner - what a difference! At least an hour - they warm up knee with heavy blankets before they bend it (and massage leg) and many other things. Will add more under Swanner.

Third round of physio, this time for back problems, scoliosis mostly. I have been made aware, by a…read morefew Docs, that I need this therapy, but for some reason, have been resisting it. I was also in A LOT of pain at first, so it's been slow going. I can't thank and praise Kathy Doubleday and the staff enough for their kindness, and patience with me. I am realizing that physiotherapy is different for everyone. For some of us it is merely physical, and for others like me, it is at a deeper, psychological level where many of our wounds are physically invisible. We have had to wade through those levels along with a few physical exercises. It's taking some time as I become aware of some basics which I needed, like inner tuning to my body and what it needs now, at 73 , because the needs of an aging body are different from those of someone half my age. As I walk and sit, I am remembering a new posture which lengthens and straightens, and my intuitive awareness is kicking in. We're not finished yet, and I look forward to more of this kind of physio which works on many levels. Many many thanks to Kathy especially, who is someone I have learned to trust, which is truly remarkable, for me, as trust doesn't come easily.
