Booked here after seeing a few decent reviews, wasn't sure what to expect. My main thing was wanting a cut that wouldn't require a lot of effort on weekday mornings. I'm usually running behind. The stylist actually asked how I normally wear my hair before jumping into anything, which I appreciated. I told her I don't really style it much and she suggested keeping the length but adding some longer layers. Honestly wasn't totally sure what that would look like, but it came out the way I was hoping. She also showed me how to dry the front so it kind of falls on its own. I've been trusting Patrick with my Japanese thermal and keratin treatment for over 15 years now since the Groupon days (!!!) and without his expertise, my hair would be a nightmare to manage! He knows exactly what my hair needs, and is very attentive. He doesn't just apply, turn on the timer and then wash it off. He carefully checks your hair strand to make sure it doesn't damage your hair. I'm always impressed by how smooth and healthy it looks and feels after every session. Recently, I had the chance to try the collagen treatment, and I'm so happy with the results! My hair has never felt softer, and the ends are incredibly smooth. What really stands out is that my husband commented that he noticed that there was no hair falling on the floor lol, all thanks to the collagen treatment! The last thermal I had with Patrick was almost six months ago, and had the collagen treatment almost 2 1/2 months ago. The collagen treatment complements the thermal treatment perfectly! Amy was amazing! I was traveling and was desperate for a hair trim. I looked online and saw that your salon was close to my hotel so I booked it with whoever was available. It is very risky doing this sort of thing but, I couldn't be happier. She did a great job and the salon was clean and inviting. I wish I could find someone like her where I live in Las Vegas. I needed a keratin treatment at the last minute and Steven was very accommodating to squeeze me in to his schedule. I have very special needs 3b-c curly hair. A lot of it. Steven listens, he understands and takes the time needed to get results w/o damaging your hair. He was able to de-frizz and soften my curl pattern, not wipe it out, and used low heat to prevent yellowing my silver grey hair. He spent 4.5 hrs to make sure it came out perfectly. I've been going to Tania for all my color and cuts. She is fantastic, she is like an artist with coloring. She did an amazing job today on my hair (red balayage), it looks amazing. She even added some violet to the ends which was a nice touch and really balanced out the look. The salon is also aesthetically pleasing; it's a nice clean environment.
