Looking for a new colorist given my prior one has left their salon and would not return here. Have been so disappointed/frustrated with how my hair looks ever since I got it 'done', especially for the cost and most of it being done by the salon assistant anyways. My hair got badly over processed here. While the color job looked nice, once I got home and washed it, it felt awful. Now takes me an extremely long time to get all the knots and tangles out of my hair everyday and causes tons of breakage(this was not happening before). The owners themselves were nice overall and offered to give me a treatment to help the damage. The stylist I worked with however, lied saying we had a 'thorough' consultation prior where she told me my hair was previously 'compromised', but this was never told to me otherwise I would not have proceeded with any color service. It also wasn't previously compromised and even if it was she should not have done the color to begin with. I don't want to go back for a treatment as I don't trust this salon at this point. Truly just wanted at least some of my money back after getting my hair ruined for 500$ and now having to pay to deal with fixing it elsewhere. However, they've taken every opportunity to say there was no mistake on their end and that my hair was overly damaged before I came in. Wouldn't recommend, but if you do go here, be careful which stylist you choose because you can't get a refund through the actual salon since all the stylists work independently, and thus there's little to no accountability. read more

I have never in my life been told by a hair stylist they couldn't help me. I have had the same hair stylist for 15 years, but due to covid shut downs she moved out of state. I finally decided to find another stylist since my hair was longer than it ever has been. I normally just do partial highlights, but I didn't do my homework and agreed to a balayage. It just seemed faster than a foil highlight and thought it was essentially the same thing. It ended up starting to turn yellow a few days later. I'm used to an ice blonde blend and less blonde around the front. Usually more of a blended look. I used purple redkin shampoo to try to tone it and isn't working. I called this salon and left a message since the reviews were so high. I got a text from Juliana to send her pictures of my hair. I don't hear anything back, thinking I scared her off or she sees fleas or soemthing, I texted She says, "Unfortunately I don't like I'm the right stylist for you. Good luck on your search for the right fit :)." ..... I guess either my hair is trash or they are not as expert as they lead on to be on their website testimonials. Kelly Bradley is a miracle worker and the balayage queen!! I came in with pretty damaged, bleached hair a few years ago, and she was able to restore it to health -- the color has never looked better.
