So many people here are so RUDE! They are argumentative for no reason. One of the employees named Tiffany was incredibly disrespectful and started raising her voice and fighting about ridiculous things. They also didn't even offer to wash my grandma's hair before a cut. They just assumed we didn't want her hair washed? And when we asked that they wash it (fully intending to pay for it) they rudely barked "FINE!" for no reason. It's like they don't want to have retuning customers and they don't value our business. I'm never going back here again, unless I feel like being harassed and treated like garbage. I strongly urge you to not support this business. There are plenty of other hair salons/nail salons in Orange County that deserve your money more. read more

I have been coming to Lilly's for the past three years. I came in on Sunday, September 8, 2019, at approximately 230 pm. I was patiently waiting for about 10 minutes when a father and son came in and sat next to me. To the best of my knowledge, I was next up to have my hair cut. However, Cindy came up and told the father & son to come back to get their hair cuts. In a not so pleasant tone of voice Cindy told me to wait for the next haircutter. She (Cindy) did not indicate that they had an appointment. Within seconds of this interaction, I decided to leave. When I got in my car, A female manicurist came out to my car and told me that some one would cut my hair in a few minutes. I acknowledged her and said thanks. Evidently someone deduced that I was upset with the way Cindy treated me. I am done with Lilly's. Too many people nowadays are too rude in the workplace. I feel sorry for the other nice haircutters that wont be getting my $12 tip for $8 haircut anymore. read more

Tammy is one of the best nail girls I have ever had she always has time and makes me feel like I've known her forever. She as well as all of the staff are friendly and very welcoming. What do you want me to say about a place that offers the last of the $8 haircuts? Whenever I'm in this area, I'll drop by and have them clean up the back of my head and my sideburns. Sweet people and good service for the price. Kind of 'hit or miss' with the fade unless I can find the lady that does a good job, whose name I do not know... If she is doing someone else's hair, and a less-talented "stylist" walks up and offers to cut my hair, I will usually act like I got a phone call and leave... only come back at another time and try my luck again... While I no longer get my hair cut here (I've started to do more fancy cuts and colors), I still come every month for a mani/pedi. I've been to many different nail salons - upscale, discount, you name it I've tried it. But I can genuinely say that there's really no better place to get a mani/pedi than Lilly's. Left w/ whole head layered, -3 inches do'-and a Sandra Dee lookin' pony Didn't go in w/ layers or even ask for them. :( Crying for 2 hours. Too upset to pay, my boyfriend had to take care of it. I've only gotten a pedi here, but I've been coming a couple of times a month for 4 years now. They are mostly set up for manis and hair, but I go for the pedi. Found them when my other salon couldn't fit me in. It's not posh, but it is clean. These girls do the best pedicures. And, only $14. They all know my name (and I am terrible at remembering theirs, makes me feel awful!) but they are so sweet. I am moving soon, and will miss this salon for sure! It is cash only. read more

I've just moved to this area and tried pedicure here just out of the blue without searching... When I got there, I didn't see any luxury pedicure chairs so I was disappoint it a little. So I didn't expect much of my service just out of my unreliable prejudice. Karry did for me and more and more she's doing my feet... I was so amazed how good it was. She was giving me a massage like professional, and took so much time for that. It was literally like heaven. I will definitely go back there again. read more

Super great small business! The Boelts family have been coming here my whole life. My father took his grandmother to get her hair done here 15+ years ago with the same owner. He then also takes his wife and 2 kids here as well! Great staff and clean business. $8 men and kids haircuts.... cheap but great mani pedis (though the color selection is a "small" compared to some bigger places the quality that they do here is phenomenal... and you can always bring your own polish. Btw make an appointment for nails and major hair plans they are busy ladies and sometimes don't have open spaces. If it is just a cut or trim they will most likely have time for you if you walk in. read more

I first tried out their nail salon when we moved into our house in the adjoining neighborhood. That was about 20 years ago and I've been pleased with this place ever since. Acrylics, fills and pedicures have all been excellent, and I almost fall asleep with my foot massage. The shop is clean, practical and far from fussy --- this is reflected in the very reasonable charges. Tammy has been my manicurist all this time. The staff are all relatives or very good friends and, except for one episode (in 20 years!), all the staff has shown consistent loyalty and seem to work harmoniously together. They all treat the customers with friendly welcoming acceptance (including greeting us by name), even if we're here to see someone else. While Tammy's schedule can get very full especially during the holidays, I'm usually able to get in the next day at the latest. Not the "day spa" experience but friendly, competent, warm and definitely more economical. I can make my own spa water at home if I want. read more
