Customer service Calling in to order any type of food depends on the line, sometimes it will put you on with a call center with people that are not educated about the establishment, to prove this statement me and my Father were offered a discount on the phone from the man in the callcenter, if the callcenter is linked to the establishment it should be known that it was given out right? No, there was no communication between this call center and the actual Pizza hut, in fact our order wasn't even placed by the man in the call center. Not only is the call center cutting on customer satisfaction, but it's also making orders more confusing for the workers. I've ordered from this pizza place for 10 years and can't remember waiting longer than 45 mins for delivery, much less carry out. Generally speaking, carry out is ready within 15 mins. Delivery is usually closer to 25 mins (I live 6 mins away, so you can do the math). If a problem ever comes up, they have always made it right. Onto the most important issue for me, this is the only place in town that I order gluten free pizzas from. I'm celiac, which they still warn against, but I can get their GF pie with minimal to no swelling in my joints. Domino's will wreck me. Pizza Hut is safe but their GF options are cheese or pepperoni (BORING). This is the only pizza place for me, unless something new opens up in town. I give them four stars for the type of food they serve because I can't justify giving them more. I can't give them less because it's the best pizza option in town--they do what they do well.
