Customer service Calling in to order any type of food depends on the line, sometimes it will put you on with a call center with people that are not educated about the establishment, to prove this statement me and my Father were offered a discount on the phone from the man in the callcenter, if the callcenter is linked to the establishment it should be known that it was given out right? No, there was no communication between this call center and the actual Pizza hut, in fact our order wasn't even placed by the man in the call center. Not only is the call center cutting on customer satisfaction, but it's also making orders more confusing for the workers. Food review Ordered a basic pizza, because that's what the place is known for, it was alright and bare minimum of a what I expected from the chain, it seems that the oven wasn't clean though because the bottom was still greasy from other pizzas.
