They did work us in and gave a decent pedicure. There wasn't top coat used on my nails but the other tech did use it on the person who was there with me. Her polish did last longer. Staff were nice. English speaking. read more

My favorite place to get a pedicure! I am in absolute shock looking at the previous reviews. I love this place. The employees are very friendly and extremely flexible when trying to get an appointment. I've never not been able to get in same day. My pedicure and massage never feels rushed or incomplete. A pedicure with regular polish is $25 which you surprisingly can't get much anywhere else. The salon is clean, quiet, and color variety is huge. Please don't be scared away by these reviews. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Update: they have re done the place and it looks fabulous! Service is still great as always. read more

Love Lucy's Nails! I call and request Mia every time and she does a great job! She is the best of the best when it comes to designs! Every time I get my nails done, they last at least two weeks without chipping. They typically don't take appointments, so I would recommend going on a weekday if you can. read more

The owner is hilarious. Don't let his flirtatious manner fool you though, his wife is right there working alongside him lol! Business is clean (enough?). Staff is friendly having both female and male technicians (they're Vietnamese). Fair prices. A mani/pedi is about $40. My technician took great care with his work and my hands and feet look great! They also have massage chairs and hot stone for the pedis! The ventilation at the store may not be the greatest since you smell moderate polish when first walking in. You get used to it after a few minutes though. I also don't like when nails are grinded off next to me that I'm breathing in what's floating around. But anywho i walked in without an appointment when all staff were busy and walked out 2.5 hours later. I'd recommend making an appointment but I'm not sure if they're good at keeping them. read more

This is my 1st visit and I liked the place. I had dip polish and it was time to remove it. One of my nails had cracked after 4wks of wear. That's normal. (I had it done elsewhere.) I made the apt today and was seen at my scheduled time. I was there an hour for removal and redip. The selection of colors and services were varied. They have gel, dip, acrylic, mani, pedi, etc. The staff were friendly, there is a tv to watch, and the bathroom was clean. Overall, I give a 3 because the place could be cleaner from the nail shavings and dust. I'd prefer to see the tools coming from a sanitizer or something. We got right in which was great but they didn't take the time with us. I took my daughter for a mani/pedi. All's they did was paint my daughters nails. Her mani/pedi was both complete in less than 20mins and yet was charged $40. I got a classic pedi which was $30 and then I was charged an additional $20 for gel polish. Very disappointed! read more

I made an appointment on Thursday for Monday at 10 they only had two people working and there were about six people there clearly they could not take me at 10 AM not only were they very rude the sign for pink and white fill said 25 yet he repeatedly told me 45. Then he said his machine was broken and he only accepts cash I honestly don't believe him so I just walked out don't waste your time on people that don't appreciate your money go to V nails a few minutes away not even a mile, nicer techs and way better prices just make sure to set an appointment! read more

I rate the tech who did my nails as excellent, I wish I knew her name but the verbal berating I witnessed to one of their patrons was unlike anything I've ever seen. They yelled at her and behaved in the most unprofessional manner. The manager which was a female did a poor job on the other customers manicure and she was unable to handle the criticism. The owner who was a male also behaved in a very juvenile manner and yelled across the room at the lady, only escalating the situation. I couldn't get done with my services fast enough to pay and leave. I will never return. read more

Horrible service here. After the sugar scrub,my legs broke out in a rash before any paint or massage. My legs were burning and red and itchy. I had to leave as soon as possible to get the mixture washed off and the lady wouldn't let me leave the chair. After I attempted 5 times to get up and finally free myself I still had to pay $25 for a half completed pedicure. I understand my sensitive skin may not be their fault; however, to still make me pay full price is ridiculous. Plus, I've been getting pedis for 10 years and never had a similar problem. I paid $25 for soaking, partial callous removal, and cuticle clipping. Should've gone to my normal place-perfect pinkie that always gives wonderful service. read more

I love this place, Leana is the best nail tech I have ever come across, and I have been to many many places. However, the owner and his wife are assholes. They talk to you like you're an idiot and then talk crap about you in Vietnamese. I understand the language and heard exactly what they were saying...and it wasn't good. Also, don't worry about making appointments because it doesn't matter. You walk in even early for your appointment, and it's 30 minutes before they even start on you. I went in for a very simple acrylic removal, had never been before but I just got back from vacation and had to get my nails off before work the next day. Walked in and one of the employees was literally asleep in the pedicure chair. The other two didn't acknowledge me for a good five minutes and nobody is there. When the guy asked what I wanted he was very rude. And then he did an absolutely horrible job. There was still a whole layer of the acrylic dip/glue left on my nails, they were uneven and rough, and I had to peel the rest off at home. Definitely wasn't worth $10, I'll go to my regular from now on. read more

As someone that has suffered with ingrown toenails, finding Nina on my very first attempt to get help in my new town has been AWESOME. She is amazing. The entire place is so genuinely kind and skilled... though I have to say that the scheduling and overall business "fluff" that you might expect or be accustomed to in a "big city salon" is lacking... yet I will go nowhere else nor will anyone but Nina manage my toes. I've been going to Lily Nails for over a year. I always get excellent service. Lee and his wife are the nicest, friendliest people and have trained their staff well. I have walked in and have also made appointments. Parking is always abundant as they are located in Kroger Shopping Center. I get silicone overlay with gel polish and pedicures with special attention to possible ingrown toenails. Lee has an awesome sense of humor....a little on the dry side....which is why I get it.
