So, here's my experience with these folks: These guys are THE best thing since sliced bread! I took my Jeep Wrangler to another shop in town to have a sensor that was giving me a brake warning light replaced. Next thing, they told me they'd have to replace the wheel assembly. Next thing, they told me they had broken off a bolt in the axle & I needed a new axle. Next thing, they told me it was not drivable. Then the price doubled because they had priced the axle wrong. Next thing, I got cranky & pissed them off. Suddenly, it was drivable and I should come pick it up. Oh, and by the way, it would be $100 for their trouble. I pissed them off some more & they told me to come get it & never darken their door again. I said no problem there! Just by dumb luck & some fairy godmother looking out for me, I picked these guys off of Yelp. Called, told them my story. They said you bet, bring 'er in! They looked it over, sent me photos of what they found, along with calls and descriptions and answers to my questions. Turns out, no broken bolt. No need for an axle. They communicated with me about every step. Sent pictures. Were pleasant, straightforward and gave alternatives when appropriate. They gave me rides to/from home and I didn't even have to ask! They offered! Amazing!!! They pulled the fat out of the fire for me and I am soooo incredibly, over the top, off the charts THRILLED to have blindly stumbled into a nest of bright, honest, honorable people who actually seem to give a damn about their customers & the reputation of their business! Can't thank them enough! As long as they are open, they have my business & my praise for everything they have done!

Bobby Toll (the service representative) never notified me about any damages. Even when I went to pick my vehicle up, he never said a word. I got home and realized and had to wait until the next morning to call. Bobby was aware of what happened but stated he got busy and forgot to let me know what happened but assured me he would make it right. I've spoken to SEVERAL different people, Aldin Zukanovic (service manager), Billy Kirchhofer (general manager) and they all assured me that Neil Huffman would make right, but it has yet to happen. While Neil Huffman did do some repairs, the repairs completed did not bring my vehicle back to the condition when I dropped it off for service at Chevy. I do NOT RECOMMEND anyone to take their vehicle to Neil Huffman for any type of service. Since I've shared my experience with others, I have not heard good things about this company.

After an hour wait for a Works oil change, I was told that the rear brakes were bad and needed replaced. The price they gave me seemed pretty high. I called around and found that their prices were about $100 higher than other Ford dealerships. Long story short, took it somewhere else and found that the info from Crossroads was wrong. I also do not like that about 1.5 years ago I was shopping around for a new car. I had taken one of my cars into service here and asked if a loaner would be available as they needed it for the day to work on. I was actually told no. We only provide that service for people who buy their cars from us. (3 of 4 vehicles I own are Fords from Ohio). I was killing time looking at vehicles on the lot waiting for my ride and not one person ever came out to ask me I needed help or had questions. I was curious if that was a one time thing so I drove onto the lot again and had the same result while looking at their inventory. Needless to say I went back to my home dealership in Ohio & bought my new car.

BUYER BEWARE if you're coming from out of state…read more I was working a deal on a truck, had a deal sheet prepared for me, and got far enough into the process that i started to apply for financing. Took the credit hit and I started shopping for flights to Kentucky. Then the a relayed message from the "manager" came up telling me they wouldn't sell the truck to an out-of-state buyer. Wouldn't even speak to me on it. Disappointing to take the credit hit but good thing I didn't book the $400+ plane ticket first. Here's what doesn't make sense: if you have a policy against selling to out-of-state buyers, why advertise your inventory nationwide? Why spend time working a deal and preparing paperwork only to pull the plug because of where the buyer lives? It feels like either the dealership doesn't know its own policies or they don't value customers' time. Either way, it was a frustrating and disappointing experience. A simple "we only sell to Kentucky residents" at the beginning would have saved everyone the wasted time.
