We did the Sherlock Holmes escape on Jan 1. We were 10 people in our group, and Chris was our host. Chris was very friendly and professional, and made the whole process of check-in very straightforward. He gave a very nice description of the rules, and explained our options. Our group had a few kids, and some of us had not done the Escape room before so the additional explanation made it comfortable. The Sherlock Holmes room was supposed to be on the harder side, and we did end up asking for three clues. We managed to finish it in 55 minutes! There was a lot of laughter an shouting when we cracked some of the puzzles! We all had a great time, and would highly recommend the place! read more

We did the Bank Heist room, and we thought it was a very fun, moderately challenging room. My husband and I have done probably 10 Escape Rooms, but we joined with a family of five, none of who had ever done an Escape Room. We all participated in solving the clues and had a lot of fun. Emma was a great helper as well, providing us clues when we needed it. She was very enthusiastic as well. I am looking forward to playing the other rooms available at Limitless. read more

Very cool escape room! I came with four other friends and it was a blast working together to solve all the puzzles. We finished with 11 minutes to spare! Yesterday for my sisters birthday our whole family went to limitless. The young adults who where running the shop where super polite and very patience with us despite a large crazy party . Visited this weekend for my very first time. Pirate Adventure: Escape the Kraken. I did not have anyone I could ask to go as most were out of town for shows. So I went by myself and was included in 2 very fun groups of people. We had a blast !!! They are so clever with the clues and even though we had a large group of people, EVERYONE was needed to get this moving along. We did need a total of 3 clues when we got stumped. Even the clues are in the form of a riddle which makes it extra fun. We escaped in 49 minutes. So clever and so fun !! I can't wait to go back and try the other rooms. Well done !!! read more

Great escape room! Amazing 'game monitor' Sienna, one of the best monitors we have had - great hints, upbeat and kind! Helped make the experience a great one :) We did the Sherlock room, which was challenging & engaging, but solvable with common sense and keen observations. I recently went for my 16th birthday with 6 other friends. we did the bank heist room and we did escape but even though we had fun, it was unpleasant at most moments. When we got into the room, everything was normal until we realized we could open the drawers that were supposed to be open by codes put in on the wall, which we did not do. We did those clues anyways . then we noticed that the key to get into the next room was not in the right place. We also notice that the box in the next room already had been opened before and a key was jammed into another lock. We had to use the walkie talkie multiple times to explain that this room was not reset properly. It was very annoying and took away from our experience. The person who was giving us clues was very annoyed and every time we said "this is broken" or "this wasn't reset" she got more and more annoyed and eye rolly. The room was also very dirty and uncomfortably hot. Thanks for having us, but this was insanely upsetting. read more

Very clean and organized. I've done other escape rooms where it's so disorganized and you lose focus on playing the game. The staff were helpful and humorous. They have a locker area that they let you put your items in and they give you the key. Great picture sent to us after as well! read more

We had a group of 9 in the pirate room last night and had a blast!! The room is challenging but it's definitely possible to solve everything and escape in the allotted time (though we did have to ask for a couple clues!). I'll be coming back to check out the other rooms soon! read more

This place is great for team building. I booked a private event for the Diamond Destiny themed escape room for 11 people. It was an easy process and the website was super easy to get around. When I had questions and called their number, the employees were very nice and patient. Also, when we got to the event, Wes was a very funny and nice employee! We came here for my sister's birthday and had so much fun! It was mostly made awesome by our "game master", Kayla! She was funny and friendly and kept us laughing! We had such a great time, in fact, that we re-booked to come back a couple months later. Kayla made sure that she was going to be working so she could be our game master again. First escape room. We did the Pirate Kraken room. It was 9 of us I believe. We didn't escape but that was lack of communication on the teams part. We only had one final puzzle and we failed. Forever sentenced to Davy Jones locker! The staff was totally patient and helpful, they had fun laughing at us all I am sure. We cannot wait to do it again. This was Sooo much fun! Did this as a work team builder and we chose the Sherlock Holmes murder mystery. It had great clues, the room was well designed and my whole team got to contribute to solving the mystery. The staff was friendly and fun and the atmosphere in the waiting room was open and relaxed. The idea of the game is great but I went expecting much more than I experienced. Being my first time I thought we didn´t had much explanation of what would be going on and the group was a bit lost in the beginning. The staff should give more detailed information for first timers. I did the bank heist with my group and we had 5 people really engaged in the game and we could not figure out the clues because they were impossible and at some steps made no sense. We spent too much time in one room, they should make us move more and go through more rooms. It´s kinda expensive for one hour of play and at the end all we get is a picture. They should give some type of incentive for losers so we feel motivated to come back. The birthday girl liked it and had fun, but I was a bit frustrated with the experience at the end. They need to do a lot of improvements. read more

Super fun!! There were two of us, so we got mixed in with a group of seven. We did the Holiday Sherlock Holmes, it was great!! We beat it in 51 minutes, but we did have to ask for a few clues. It gets a little hairy with that many people in the room, so you have to figure out a way to keep communicating and keep your clues organized. They say that kids under 13 can't go unless you have a private room booked for your group. They have a bunch of other puzzle rooms to do, so we will certainly be back! read more

I came here with a group of friends last week. We had enough people for a private session which was nice. Some of us had done an escape room before but most of us hadn't and we all had a great time. There are lockers when you first walk in for you to place all of your belongings and one person holds on to the key. The puzzle master escorts you to your room and explains the rules. A story plays on the screen and then you begin. We escaped with a little over 6 minutes to spare and accidentally hacked the room by figuring out a clue early. All in all it was a great time and we are planning on coming back to try some of the other rooms. read more
