I've been a member here since October of last year. I really wanted to get back into shape after…read moresurgery, and I stopped in to book personal training. I was referred to Andy Ferguson, and he has been laser focused on getting me to my goals. He's knowledgeable and precise in his approach, and has a wholistic perspective that has been very effective. Trophy is also a very good gym, this location is just the right size, is clean, and has good equipment. The staff are friendly and professional - Greyson, john, Gina, and the entire staff is friendly and warm. When I need help they are responsive. I've been to many gyms/trainers, from Los Angeles Equinox, to San Antonio Golds Gym, and Houston 24 hour fitness, but Trophy has really honed in on what makes a gym great and has fair pricing. Plus, parking is convenient and free.

I stumbled upon this gym when I first moved to Dallas and it was the best find imaginable. First…read moreoff the staff is incredible here. From day 1 every single person on staff was welcoming and personable. One thing that was abnormal about this gym was the community within the gym. I moved to Dallas knowing no one and found this to be a very social gym. Majority of my friends came from meeting other members and trainers. The classes are motivating, the free recovery sessions are a game changer, the trainers are SUPER knowledgeable, and the amenities of a hot tub, sauna, and steam room are the cherry on top. If you are looking for a gym, look no further. Joining Trophy way the best decision I made next to moving to Dallas.

This is the type of gym that you come too when you are looking to get there- wherever there is…read more Strength, Endurance, Weightloss or whatever your goal might be. I'm about to complete my 1st month of workouts at The Sweat Shop and I have to like it to keep coming back. It's extreme coming from doing nothing but I'm still here. I've came by twice and passed by A LOT before actually trying it out. From the jump- it will make you second guess your choice. You have to tell yourself that you didn't come here for nothing. It's gone be hard, uncomfortable, and absolutely right back to hard. I have to say it makes you want to get better to do better. The Sweat Shop is a bootcamp style type of qym. That's means expect the unexpected. (Can't explain that any other way). Running, jumping, from weights to body weight exercises, drills, abs, etc. Something will surprise you and again you will second guess your decision but don't quite. You will workout with people more advanced than yourself but you didn't come to THE SWEAT SHOP(Not at this gym) for nothing. Get it at your own pace but don't give up. You can do it. Tip for you and a reminder to myself. The Sweat Shop Trainers: I so far have only really worked out with Joshua Corona whose the owner and a Navy Veteran. (Thank you Young Sir). He has been so helpful in this short amount of time that I've been there. So far he has been really nice and hasn't waverd from it. Anything I have inquired about or needed to know he has helped me with it. I did hear however he can be extreme too. In a getting the job done kind of way. One class with Trainer's Joel and Jordan who was very nice as well. (They aint no joke either) Don't know their training styles as of yet but can guarantee you will have a WTH moment with each of them. Services: bootcamps(which is a little of everything), step class, weight class, zumba class, twerking class, and on Thursday they have a MEN only class. It's something for everyone at The Sweat Shop. Please go to their website or Facebook for fitness schedules. Highly recommend you to try it. P.S Happy Father's Day June 19, 2016
