These guys really saved me from having to rely on SF's very unreliable taxi cabs from the Sunset district to SFO. Even better, they did so for less money than a cab. I opted for the cheaper Hybrid, which is exactly like a luxury car on the inside (which is the part that matters!). I actually think they were a little cheaper than a taxi, showed up promptly on time, treated us professionally, and even got us to the airport 15 minutes faster than usual. Early morning pick-up (4:30 am) for one way dropoff at SFO. Driver was a few minutes early. I requested a hybrid because it's cheaper ($44, tax/tip included) and was surprised to see a standard looking town car-type hybrid (I think a Prius is pictured on the website). Very roomy and small bottles of water inside. Paid with a credit card at the end rather than pre-paying. No muss, no fuss. I will definitely use them again. read more

Our trip was from Yountzville to San Francisco on different days, as well as for airport service to OAK. All three trips were on time, if not early, and the cars were great - more luxurious than we had expected. Sunny runs a professional service! Like all other reviews have said, they track your flight and call you when you are near. I also appreciated that the quotes provided included gas, tolls, and tip, unlike other companies calculate those "hidden fees" on top of their hourly rates (which are still more expensive than Limo 5 Star rates!). Don't waste your time (and money) - go with Limo 5 Star and you won't be disappointed. As soon as I switched out of "airplane" mode on arrival at SFO, text from driver, Jan, arrived. He was waiting at airport, asked me to let him know when I would be ready. I claimed my luggage, texted which Door I would be at, and he came to me within minutes. Very comfortable, clean car, with complimentary water bottles. My phone needed charging, so Jan offered to plug it in. No crazy driving, but Jan did have gadgets that allowed him to reroute around heavy traffic, so he didn't waste any time either.
