There were 2 very friendly ladies who were ready to work when they arrived. This was a post construction clean that they were aware of beforehand. There are some things they did a great job cleaning but many other things not so much. We did a walkthrough at the end but there was so much to look at it was hard to see what needed more work. Some examples of additional things that could have used more attention are the faces of the cabinets in the bathrooms, the top part of the microwave door, the outside of the oven still had dust on it, and the shower floor could have used more attention to the dirt and grim in the cracks. The main thing that made me take a closer look was the soap bottle in the guest bathroom....it still had construction dust all over it meaning something simple wasn't even wiped. I am sure for a routine clean they do a fine job, but this intense deep clean they just missed the mark by a little. ETA: yes, there were things left behind that needed to be moved. I was promptly moving those items when I saw them and was told not to that they would. I was appreciative of it but it was not asked or required of them. While yes, there was touch up painting being done the dust I am talking about had been caked on for years. This isn't just a simple dusting that needed to be done in the end. We are taking in the cracks and grooves of cabinet doors, the grooves of the shower floor, and such. It was a nice bright day and there is a big window in the bathroom. I was able to further clean it with the right tools in the same lighting. It seems like they just got in a rush towards the end of the cleaning.

I canceled at 8:07, not 8:01 as claimed by the business owner. Afterwards, was informed that there was a scheduling conflict and they were running late. I hope this situation was a good learning experience for them. Arrive when you say you are going to arrive and be communicative with your customers. After reading the unfortunate response from ownership, their unprofessional behavior and refusal to accept responsibility for mistakes forces me to advise against hiring this company for your home cleaning needs.

And the price was very much in line with other quotes I had received, competitive even! The floors and countertops are literally sparkling. The bathrooms look beautiful. The blinds are spotless. They even tackled all those little areas that often get overlooked, and you could tell it was done with real care and attention to detail. Every appliance looks brand new again.
