Marco is the kindest, most professional, punctual, and communicative person I've ever worked with. I was able to get a next day in person quote (quick process) and then schedule a next day carpet/rug/couch deep clean. I also scheduled an additional appointment for him to come back the following week to clean the tile and grout in our showers. Not only did he show up the exact minute my appointment was for, he managed to get both services done the same day so we didn't have to have him come back. Marco works SO hard and takes great pride in his work, he's so detail oriented (and I'm super picky). We will absolutely be using him again and I've already texted his info to a ton of friends. We had previously called a corporate place who quoted us $150 and then tried to slam us with a $500 revised quote once they arrived to our home. It was criminal! When I spoke to Robert, he said unfortunately, our experience is a common bait and switch and vowed to help us, despite our tight timeline! Robert gave us an approximate quote over the phone after seeing a photo of our sofa, and it matched what we ultimately paid upon the completion of the service.
