The worst of it, and the reason for the 1-star. My friend witnessed a server pick up ice cream that had fallen off the bucket WITH HER HANDS and put it back in the tub. That's gross. And I witnessed a server toss food that spilled out of the buffet tray back into the tray before wiping down with an old rag. Another gross. So I stuck with eating the hibachi and not touching anything from the buffet line. This kind of hygiene is unacceptable.
