I never feel pressured into making a decision and I always feel informed and confident about my treatment choices. Every visit feels personal. She listens carefully, answer questions patiently, and genuinely cares about her patient's well-being. It's clear that her priority is what is best for the patient, not what is most profitable. After 20 years, I still trust her completely with my dental care. She's honest, knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly puts her patients first.

Christine and her team are all so nice, and it doesn't seem like a rotating door here - the staff here are consistent and welcoming! Christine takes her time to listen to your concerns and what's key here is that they're always on time. I've never had to wait in the waiting room a long time unlike some other dentist offices (looking at you Anaheim hills dental group.. )! Also never felt pressured to do any treatments I didn't feel ready for. They are pretty kid/toddler friendly as well. My daughter's first dental experience was here and it went great; she has no fears about the dentist and loves the little treasure box she can pick from after her check up.

My husband texted their number at 10pm and Dr. Kim responded the next morning asking if I could come in at 8:30am. Dr Lee does…read morenot feel comfortable providing even a basic cleaning to 1st/3rd trimester pregnant women despite all major guidelines including American Dental Association and ACOG (ob gyn guidelines) ensuring it is perfectly safe and strongly recommended. It's extremely important that pregnant women get routine cleanings during their pregnancy as they are at increased risk of gum disease. Dr Lee chooses to go against all major guidelines and enforce his own policy denying pregnant women important dental care that they need. I find this to be a red flag, if he's uncomfortable doing a basic cleaning for someone who's pregnant, I wonder if he is truly confident in his skills as a dentist overall.

Cady Brender, the hygienist, made the biggest difference for me. She took her time, checked in with me throughout the cleaning, and explained what she was doing so there were no surprises. She never made me feel rushed or judged for being anxious, and the cleaning was thorough but gentle. Usually I'm counting down until it's over, but this time I actually felt more relaxed than I expected. Dr. Laura Bodnar was also great. She took time to explain what she was seeing and walked me through everything clearly. It turned out I have an issue that needs specialized care, and instead of making it stressful, they were very compassionate and helped me understand my options and what comes next.
