Stopped in to get some oxygen related supplies. They had what I needed. Friendly, prompt service.

I was referred to them on March 29. I've called over 20 times (all calls go to phone tree and vm). Not one call back. I went on the internet and just bought my cpap supplies. Truly the worst customer service I've ever seen read more

My god. I have never seen so many bad reviews for a single business. And, after getting to know them, I understand why. These people are terrible. Horribly incompetent, and the person I dealt with was downright stupid. She really didn't know anything about CPAP systems or fitting. It is clear that this company exists solely to soak up healthcare dollars by providing the absolute least amount of service possible. I needed a fitting for a new cpap, and I was told that they will only allow me to try on a couple of masks. If I wanted to test out more than that, I need to go somewhere else. So, I'm stuck with this leaky piece of crap CPAP setup until I can find another place to help me out. If you have any choice, avoid Lincare. read more

I would rate zero if I had the choice. I cannot get Lincare to return my calls or deliver my orders. My Medicare pays them over $800 per month. I am going to change that soon. I only need a regular supply of cannulas. Why can you not even answer your calls??? This has been going on for about a year with me now. I'm quite angry with Lincare. read more

This company keeps charging me equipment. I don't have, they're billing me outrageous charges. I go down there. They say they removed the credit card nope. Two days later I get another bill. You can't get through to the billing department because I sent you to the Philippines, you could barely understand them. I'm filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau, medicare and whatever else I can find. Never give them your debit card cause I'll just keep charging you Do not use them !!!! read more

Absolutely the worst customer service. They just don't care about their customers. Needed replacement equipment is not pre checked to insure it works before they deliver it to you. Their oxygenator failed and I'm on the 4th oxygenator (each had problems) they brought to replace it. You'd think they'd insure each was in working condition before dispensing it, but no. Only poor service in all areas. Such a disappointment. They have a "we don't care about you" attitude. Been using them for many years. Angel was great, very friendly but is now in a different location. Jessica is also great, very friendly & helpful. Majority of the office is friendly & helpful EXCEPT for a certain person who failed to file my paperwork at least twice, didn't care. Was informed she is no longer there, thankfully (my words not the employee's) Almost positive it was Christina. Once again i.have to make another appointment to get the info needed. read more

I have been trying to get my cpap cushions since October. I've be told that they are processing the order, when I call back they say they are sorry, but for "some reason" it wasn't processed. Finally after all this, I was told a manager would call me back, still nothing. A rep yesterday said she was from "escalation" and gave me her number extension, it was not a valid number. This is a poorly ran company. They do not know how to bill correctly, getting supplies is a chore and they have poor memory skills or technology to support this. Case in point, I talked to a representative there named Kelsey on April 14th (I documented it) and today August 3rd she says she has no recollection of doing so or no record in her computer. Calling her a liar is going too far, but she is clearly incompetent because she didn't document our call. When I called back for the 2nd time since April she didn't want to talk to me (which was very unprofessional) and had her call center rep from who knows where (he was very good at his job), do so and relay her message that she had no proof that we talked in April. I have had issues with both my father and father in law on getting supplies, being told that there is no record of my account-TWICE for my father in law! met father has a portable O2 unit and it was overheating. I took it in TWO weeks ago and they stated they ran it all day and it did not overheat. I picked it up and the next day my dad used it and it overheated again. long story short, they DID NOT check it!! They did not update y dads account because medicare pays for the rental and they closed out his account. the most ridiculously rude, un-informed bunch of yahoos!!!! read more

Casey was the tech who instructed me on the BiPap machine. She was superb, explained everything in detail and answered all questions completely. If the performance of Lincare administration and operations achieved 1% of the professionalism of Casey, I might not be writing this review. If I could give them no stars, I would. I had a sleep study that resulted in an order for a BiPap machine being sent to Lincare in Sparks on 9/12. Because of their internal miscommunication, lack of communication with me and poor performance of their internal systems, I did not receive my machine until 11/19. They made me wait 2 months for what is now a contributing factor in addressing a heart performance issue. I was charged $192 which was supposed to be my co-insurance. I was promised an itemized receipt. It is now 12/24 and I have yet to receive a receipt. Mr. Alan Simpson the center manager promised me 2 times that he would send me a receipt. Most recently on 12/19, he told me he put it in the mail the day before. Must be those long holiday delays getting mail from Sparks to Reno. I was also billed for an oxygen cart that was returned after less than a month but they have no record of this. Calls to their centralized billing number requires hold times of 4-9 minutes and when you leave a message, they do not call back. Do not do business with this company. read more

They had my bipap in stock. I got in the very next day after calling (could've gotten in same day even!). The staff that fitted me were thorough and friendly. The insurance part was already addressed before I got there. I am extremely happy with it all! read more

I have been trying for over two weeks to get a simple pressure change on my CPAP machine.i have called, my doctors office has called and I even went into the Minden office which they are moving out of and no one knew what I was talking about. They couldn't find any information on me even though both I and my doctors office have been in contact with them regarding my case. Been told multiple times a nurse will call me and change my pressure. Once again today I was told I would be contacted but no one called! I would never recommend this company to anyone. I will be going into the Carson City office tomorrow to see why no one is contacting me or following my doctors order. read more

Actually, this rating is for NO stars. Poor customer service -- when they stopped regular deliveries, we often ran out of oxygen -- and they didn't seem to care. Then they ran off with the oxygen concentrator that belonged to us and wouldn't give it back. Difficult to work with management. Ingrid at Lincare is so helpful and so sweet. It's always a pleasure to deal with her. Overall the service has been amazing for my mom. If her oxygen stops working even in the middle of the night they are out here to replace it. If her nebulizer stops working they are here the next day. Just amazing service. read more

As with the majority of reviews here, I agree - I wish I could give them no stars. What a joke...this place is ridiculous and I can't believe they're in business. Was told by a Lincare rep that they'd received the order from the doctor's office and were just waiting to hear back from the insurance company so they could begin processing a CPAP order. It's been 3 weeks now, so called again and was told the same thing. "Your insurance company hasn't authorized the order." Called the insurance company and ohhhh, what a shocker! They were never contacted by Lincare. How totally characteristic of them. Anyway, insurance rep calls Lincare to find out why it hadn't been submitted and is told that they're WEEKS behind schedule and likely won't even be LOOKED at for another few weeks. Keep in mind, these conversations are like 20 minutes apart. Lincare tells us it's the insurance company...Lincare tells the insurance company they're behind schedule. In the meantime, person needing machine to stave off a little nothing of a condition like HEART DAMAGE is being lied to. Exactly how difficult would it have been to just say, "Hey guys...we're not able to assist you right now, so we're referring you to..."? Too many words? Lincare is one of the toughest to deal with if you don't fit in Their system forget it

This place dose not call you when your supply's are in, they didn't deliver them like they were suppose to. 6 months later I call to get more supply's, and they tell me to call another company to get supplies released then call them back to get them. I have done this and called Linacre 3 times. Once each week and still getting the run around. I left this company in 2010 for poor service, I am going some where yet once else again. read more

I cannot give high enough praise for Ingrid. She is so knowledgeable and helpful. The other people in the office were nice enough though I do not remember any of their names. As is so often the case, I remember the best and the worst people's names. Dane is definitely the worst. I have never encountered such a rude, obnoxious individual as he is. I called the office and let them know I never want that man on my premises again. Their computer system concerns me. They never seem to find me in their system and I don't know what the deal is with that. The drivers from their office in Gardnerville or Minden were wonderful to my brother so I am hoping things work out. read more

Poor service. I am O2 dependent and work outside my home. It's been over 2 weeks that I've requested more oxygen canisters for my back pack and they cannot get the size right yet. I now have 10 oxygen tanks in my studio apartment that I cannot use. I've called 5 or 6 times now and now I am supposed to wait 5 days for the "genius" delivery person to bring me the correct size oxygen canister. And the only thing they could say was well the tanks we delivered are only over a lb. weight difference. I want them to try and carry the extra weight around all day and try to breathe and tell me it shouldn't be a problem. They are a pathetic excuse for services related to oxygen needs. They are the worst company and I am searching for a better company to supply my much needed and required oxygen. And they never return your call. read more

Stunning incompetence would be a complement regarding the service of Carson City's Lincare. I would also add rude, unprofessional and uncaring. The reason for this I suspect is that they are constantly being hammered, criticized and complained to by those who unfortunately chose Lincare as their provider of medical supplies and have come to learn of their incompetence. Here is what they do well. continually mess up my medical supplies by providing the wrong stuff or fail to include what I need. Even after calling them both at Carson City and headquarters to complain and get the order right, they again send the wrong supplies. When I called to inform them of the problem they couldn't even tell me what my supplies were suppose to be. Here is some good advice for those who are smart enough to read the reviews before picking a provider...Pick someone else. read more

Stunning incompetence. They've botched, confused, and entangled orders for a CPAP machine now for over nine months. The left hand clearly has no idea what the right hand is doing. It is astonishing that insurance companies and medicare allow them to stay in business. Call one day about the status of an order and you'll get one answer. Call the next day and get a completely different answer. Nine months to fill a simple order (and still not done!) is the worst! I have been a client for nine years and their service has gone done hill every year. I have been trying to reach them for two weeks regarding a new order from my doctor and they will not even answer the phone or return my messages. It isn't like this type of equipment can be purchased off the shelf at CVS. They have their clients over a barrel and they know it. If I could make that star less than a one I would. We have a concentrator at night for my wife's oxygen they dropped it off in 11 12 2015 they didn't service it until February 26th of 2018 my wife suffered from allergies for year-and-a-half. Had to get allergy shots over the counter medications along the prescriptions come to find out the machine exposed her to mold and God knows what now they expect me to pay for a machine that made my wife very sick they never returned your calls customer service is non-existent they don't live up to their contract I suggest you think twice before you do business with Lincare by the way since they service the machine my life no longer has allergies read more

If I could give a zero rating I would, this place has had one screw up after another. First off, my doctor sent over my order in the beginning of December, it's now the beginning of January and they still haven't even contacted my insurance company yet. I agree with Ron H. in his review. "Stunning incompetence" is right on target. I go further to say the staff in this office simply has zero customer service training. Melissa, the manager, is terrible at customer service herself so it is obvious she offers no motivation to her staff to be customer friendly. While on the telephone with her trying to work thru my CPAP order from my doctor, which she simply refused to fill at first and then very reluctantly talked directly with my doctor to work out the issues she felt remained in the order, Melissa told me she could not transfer my call to the necessary department to move things forward. I would have to call back which of course necessitated the multiple "punch 1, 2 3 etc" options to reach the right extension, then the music while waiting for an "available" person. I finally just drove over to the office to try to meet with someone personally. The office is just one small room with all the staff sitting right next to each other, talking, doing nails, eating snacks etc. There are no "departments", and certainly no issue in transferring calls. They all share the same phone system and are able to also talk to each other face to face about a customer issue if they wanted to. Rather, they seem to thrive on making it as difficult as possible for a customer/patient to obtain the service needed to move forward. Simply a horrible experience. I am moving my support service requirement to the Sparks Lincare office in hopes I can be better served. It certainly cannot be any worse. read more
