I had a really quick to Burbank and had enough time to find someplace to eat. I landed at the Burbank airport and walked 20 minutes to get here. Sat down, got a table and met up with my group. The menu was condensed but had enough options to give everyone variety. We all sampled each others food and enjoyed everything. I got the Bacon Jam burger and really enjoyed it. The bun was crunchy from being lightly toasted but still soft and firm. The burger was cooked closer to well done but still juicy and the bacon jam was sweet and salty to really bring it all together. The fried pickles were lightly breaded but not soggy at all. Each piece from start to end was crunchy and seasoned really well. The fries were breaded, crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The beer options seem ended here. Cold, minimal foam and refreshing. Water however is self serve. There is a lot of parking since this placed is tucked in the middle of a business park/distribution hub type area. The place was fairly busy with most of the tables occupied. Felt a little understaffed but they got the job done and we didn't have to wait too long. Stopped by for some breakfast burritos. It's next to the airport so convenient parking then hop on over for the flight! You can order at the table, at the kiosk or at the counter. There is a steady stream of delivery drivers getting delivery orders. Burrito was good. We got the bronco burrito because we wanted some avocado. It had a nice chipotle seasoning so no need for ketchup or hot sauce. Eggs the way we want it! Lots of seating but we can see if can get busy on game nights. Showed up yesterday for some beer and tots, it's the small things in life! I'm a huge fan of Dog Haus. I work in the area and have been coming to this location for some time now. Imagine my delight when I heard I was also getting a Dog Haus location near my home in Santa Clarita!! But, this location remains my favorite, particularly due to the staff. I always sit at the bar and all the ladies(including Isaiah) always make me feel very, very welcome. The beer is always cold and I absolutely love the food. A young lady named Jaysha always seems to go above and beyond. She is very attentive, nice and provides excellent customer service. I appreciate her service and attention to detail. She is a difference maker for me at this location. Well the food may be the same at all Dog Haus locations, the service is not. We were so excited to visit the Dog Haus. We invited two friends to come join us. We finally had our schedules together and wanted to catch up with good friends. We were ready to order our food and presented the card that I won at a fundraising event through a silent auction. The server told us since the restaurant has been sold to another owner that the new owner will not honor the card. I was so embarrassed. There was no expiration date on the card nor any type of terms of failure to honor the gift card. We were lucky enough to talk to the owner and explain the hardship we had experienced last year. He was an understanding man with lots of empathy. We had a great service from Jayshy and the food was cooked to perfection. We were delighted with our meal and will return soon. read more

I'm totally digging this location especially at night. It's a bit hidden in a business office area. Coming at night, businesses were closed, parking was plentiful, and vibe was low key and chill. Bar seating, dining tables inside and out. Great bar area with a hug selection of craft better. Service was laid back like the night was. Food is what it is. I stopped by this Dog Haus location to try their burger with Hawaiian rolls. I found parking easily in the plaza this store is in. I placed my order online and selected the pickup time I wanted. When I walked inside, they were not busy at all and have a separate window for pickup. They also have a kiosk you can order from if you didn't place an order online. This location has indoor and outdoor seating. The staff here are very nice and friendly. When I checked in at the pickup window, they said my order wasn't ready yet since I came early. Then after like 5 or 10 minutes, the guy working the pickup window asked the ladies to verify my order again. I ended up placing my online order at their other Burbank location in Olive and didn't notice. They said it happen all the time because the website isn't very clear. But good thing is that it's nearby like 3 miles away. read more

We are in Burbank for a wedding. This place is next door to our hotel. I was a little bit skeptical about breakfast here and I am so glad that I was wrong. Both of our burritos were phenomenally delicious. I got the wurst burrito with kielbasa and scrambled eggs and she got the pastrami burrito with scrambled eggs. There was plenty of kielbasa on mine and plenty of pastrami on hers. No skimping here. And the flavors worked together perfectly. The lady who served us was very friendly too. Back in 2024 I visited this place while it was ran by another owner, it had ZERO customer service, everything was done online, and it was nearly impossible to flag down an employee because there were so few, and they were impossible to be found. The new and current owner has seen my review, apologized for the previous conduct, and promised me that since he was now in charge, things would be different and would be ALL ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Cut to the present, and I take a colleague here because I was craving their food and was curious if the service had actually changed. As we walked in I notice the QR code and paper note with sharpie scribbles on it greeted us. Along with seeing maybe 1 employee moving something near the back. Strike 1... Obviously customer service had once again fallen to the wayside. Since no one told us where to go or to pick our own seats, we chose our own, day down, and tried to find and speak with one of the wait staff. Into the bar walks Deven; the only shining light of this awful restaurant experience... Sees us trying to have any sort of human contact, says hello and offers us physical menus instead of the QR code we would have to scan on our table. She then comes around and speaks to us.. Where I ask about the owner and if he's here. Which I am told that he is "seldom here at best." STRIKE 2... Already clocked out of running the business. I guess the remote work is just as good as a QR code menu to someone without a smart device. Either way, we ordered from the normal menu and Happy Hour menu... Then proceeded to "@$wait. The Reuben tots were all sauce and no pastrami. The pastrami that WAS there has enough salt to properly salivate a fresh water lake. The wings were heavily breaded, sauce was slathered in sugary sauce. The 6 chopped cheese were alright, though immensely lacking meat. I also like this one better cuz it's much bigger in size and their menu offers more than just hotdogs. This particular branch is close to the airport. There's a lot of free parking available. It isn't particularly busy during early mornings so service is pretty fast. I hardly wait for my order. Staff is always friendly. Lots of indoor and patio seats available. They have 17 tv sets for view your favorite sports. Unlike other locations, this branch offers wine and liquor. read more

I have a few other Dog Haus locations closer to me, but I still prefer coming to this location. It's by the airport and a little hidden, but it's worth the extra drive. With other locations, my order is always missing items, it's the wrong order, they can't honor birthday deals, it's always something. I've been coming to this new location and I've never encountered a problem so far. The staff is great and always checking in. They have a good happy hour menu. The owner has made an effort to come out and talk to a few patrons the times I've been there asking how we found them and just making sure everyone is having a good time. It's been so long since I stopped by a Dog Haus but I'm glad they're still a solid place for great food and service! Ordered the fonz with a side of onion rings. The Hawaiian buns are soft and tasty. The sausage has a good snap and so juicy. It's topped with lean tasty pastrami and gooey cheese. The onion rings are crispy with super soft onions. Walk in and no one is in the lobby. I have to call the phone number for someone to walk out from the kitchen. The water is over flowing behind the bar and coming out of a container being over filled. I order a breakfast burrito called the würst and it's favorable. The eggs are running and it is a solid 3.5/5. The sausage is non existent which is disappointing since opened it up to peek inside to add some salsa I had at my house. The bag contains napkins and the burrito with no salsa or chips. The woman who took my order was very knowledgeable and was able to take phone orders with no problem navigating the menu and entering it. The wait time was about 12 minutes but I was the only customer there. The parking lot is huge but from the outside it looks like they are closed. It's not until I placed my order and was waiting that they put the signs outside. Maybe I'd come back to this location but I doubt it for months. I didn't like the vibe and it had bad energy in here. I've had heartburn all day. I don't appreciate Dog Haus calling me back on a number that has profanity on the caller ID number. Bad Ass Burrito should change their caller ID to Dog Haus instead. My family and I got to watch a basketball game here during dinner and we had our dogs so we were happy they had outdoor seating! You order from your phone by scanning a QR code at the table and they bring you the food. I've had their haus dogs and sliders before and they were super good!!! This time I had their hot chick salad bowl and I loved it! It was a big portion that I actually got to take half of it home. The wings and the tater tots were both so flavorful! What a hidden gem! I had no idea there could be such a cool restaurant/bar in this area. It just opened recently and everything was fantastic. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive. It felt like they really wanted to be there and take pride in being there. The food was delicious. I was a bit hesitant to order a salad at a spot known for hot dogs/fried foods but it REALLY delivered. It's so nice to have a healthier option that's less heavy. Although don't get me wrong I will always say yes to any burger/sandwich between Hawaiian rolls and that's what they do here. Chefs kiss for the Hawaiian rolls. I watched them build this whole Amazon complex beginning in March 2020 because we live about 4 blocks away. The Dog Haus sign went up around 2021 and we waited 3 more years. I saw lights up last week and called today to hear they're open! Yay! It's a Biergarten kind of Dog Haus so it's different than the other DHs we've been to. It's really like a sports bar. You go in and sit at a table and order from the QR code. BUT what if you like to order something that's no longer on the menu? I asked and we were able to order from a server. I got the Scott Baioli(that's on the secret menu), Haus slaw. He got 3 cheeseburger sliders. Everything was delicious as at the others. And the staff was all very friendly. We just ordered this via door dash and ever since Dog Haus franchised out, it's gone downhill. I'd have to say this was the most disgusting food we've ever had. The hot tots were over the top with the spices. Picture every single tater tot smothered in hot smoked paprika. They were inedible. The veggie dog was equivalent to dog food and was also inedible. The Soooo Cali came without the aoli on it and the coleslaw was flat out disgusting and didn't taste right. The only things that were good, and were shared, were the onion rings and the cheeseburger. Everything but those two items were thrown in the garbage. We also paid for four sauces and only received two. It was a complete waste of money. I'd love to give this location no stars if I could. We will not order from here again. This franchise hasn't been good at any location we've tried, other than the Pasadena location, since they got rid of the curry ketchup. read more

This is a new location near the airport, so the interior is fresh and clean. There is barstool and table seating. The service is friendly and attentive. The burgers were good. The fries were great. I just hated the ordering system. No menus, you scan the barcode on the table, then add what you want to your cart, kinda like an Amazon order. It's just time consuming. If you want to pay cash, the bartender has to put your order on his iPad. I would prefer just giving my order and paying, like the other locations. They also have drink specials and trivia nights during the week. Plenty of parking. They also have plenty of T.V's and a patio. Breakfast burritos served all day. read more

Stopped by here on a Sunday before my son and I headed to the Burbank Airport. Cool place to hang out and watch sporting events. Since it was Sunday we got to watch some football. Service was good 8/10. Full bar and tons of beer selections. I ordered some chicken wings that were nice, big, juicy and crispy 8/10 and Onion Rings 8/10. I finished my entree salad before the last person even got their food. It seems to be a bit of an issue at this location, but it's never been that egregious! I chalk it up to a possibly short-staffed holiday? So, the way the food comes out at different times to a table is irksome and keeps this from being 5 stars, for me. I usually order food on their website to pick up and bring it home. Every time that I've gone it's in the morning and the restaurant is empty. For mobile orders you have to go up to the window and ring a bell and every time I've gone up to the window to ring the bell I'm usually there standing for minutes before they come up to help. Today I order my food on the website around 9am. I arrive at 9:15 and a group of men also arrive at the same time as I do. The group of men sit down at the bar they ordered there at the restaurant. I sit down and wait because my order did say it was going to be ready by 9:25. By 9:25ish I go to the window to the ring the bell because again it does take a while for them to open up the window to attend you. I waited and nothing so I eventually sit back down hoping I can wave someone down whenever they come out from the kitchen. By 9:35 the group of men who arrived at the same time I did and ordered there at the restaurant is now being served their food. I go up to the window I ring the bell and nothing. I gave it a few mins and nothing. At this point there's another woman who comes into the restaurant and is standing at the window. The waitress comes out again to finish serving the men at the bar. I say excuse me and she didn't acknowledge me. I brush it off because maybe the waitress didn't hear me. But the fact is that there's two people at the window waiting for them to acknowledge us. I also understand how it is to work in the food industry and it doesn't take more than 2 mins to acknowledge someone to say "I'll be with you in just a second." At this point I'm upset as I ordered my food at 9am I've gone up to window and nothing. Another man walks in to walk up to the pick up window and now with three people at the window they finally open the window to attend us. I finally get my food and I asked the girl does it always take this long? It's upsetting because the food that I ordered at 9 am I'm officially getting it by 9:40. I grab my food and sit there to eat. Eventually the waitress makes her round to ask how are food is. My burrito was cold and I told that to her. My food was sitting there for a long period of time that it got cold. Even though I tried to ring the door bell to get their attention to receive my food. Their breakfast burritos are good and that's why I return even if I have to wait at the window for a while. But today was really the cherry on top of their horrible customer service.
