It's an all organic pop up place inside of siesta day spa. I got a cafe de olla and a breakfast sandwich. The coffee is very good! The sandwich, a tad more salty than I prefer, but that is my personal choice. They have a detached grill that they cook on, so I think that is why my order may have taken a bit longer than usual, but that was not a problem. :) The siesta day club part was huge inside. From the outside, it looks small, but when you walk in, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Jose was someone that I briefly talked to behind their cider bar. Extremely friendly person!!!
