My family has been coming here for over 4 years now regularly and have never been disappointed! The service is quick, the food is excellent and the coffee is always hot (and always freshly filled!)! The breakfast was good. Service was decent. We ordered a breakfast that came with pancakes but we didn't get them. We were wondering why it didn't seem like enough food. After we realized it, it was too late because my young twins were having breakdown and we needed to leave. Linda's refunded us exactly the amount of the pancakes which was $1.25 (included in the breakfast). I wouldn't have even mentioned had I known they'd have to void and rerun my credit card with two toddlers who wanted to leave. Will give it another shot. read more

We recently visited Linda's place and the food was good although the home fry's were a bit undercooked the rest of the breakfast was done satisfactory. but the booths need better cleaning as my wife sat down and the seat was wet and slightly sticky the table top was also slightly sticky although this is the first time we encountered this condition we may try it again. read more

Always friendly always reasonably priced and always good breakfast food. It might not be the healthiest place you can eat but you know your breakfast will be tasty and well prepared. Super friendly staff here and the locals are usually in a good mood and willing to chat. I enjoy sitting at the bar. Good local hangout place and worth a stop If you're on your way through Seabrook. Coffee is good and there's plenty of it. Breakfast sandwiches are prepared to order, hot, and very tasty. Decor is 70-ish but interesting to look at. Today I went to Linda's for the first time in a good 15 years. When I walked in it was nice to see the renovations and to not smell cigarettes (that's how long it's been). Rumor has it that the new owners are the same owners as The Morning Buzz in Amesbury, MA. I really feel that can't be true because the quality here does not even compare to The Buzz. I had a mushroom and cheese omelette, which is supposed to have 3 eggs...the omelet was so thin, there had to be only one used. It was overloaded with salty, CANNED mushrooms that I couldn't rip them out of the "omelet"fast enough....GROSS. The bacon was sooo fatty (but I guess that's a preference and I should've asked them to cook it). The potatoes were okay, but a weird spice to them, another preference thing. I do like that they keep the skins on. And, of course, the toast was bordering burnt...blackened edges. It appears to be a good place for the locals. However price is not reasonable for the (poor) quality. Also, it is so loud and echoey. I got sick of repeating myself and saying "what" to who I was eating with. We basically got sick of having to yell and repeat that we just stopped trying to talk after a while. read more

Food is always good here, waitstaff is not only polite but talkative and friendly, I've been coming here for years and have always been satisfied. The atmosphere is pleasant, a bit dated but tidy and clean. Prices are fair, they could probably get away with charging a bit more for many of their dishes. I checked this place out on here because I was going apple picking in the area so I figured I'd stop in for breakfast before we go. They had good reviews so I figured me and my girlfriend would give it a try. There was a little wait no biggie because the line was moving along. BUT when we were waiting the hostess skipped us and went to the next people to ask how many. They kindly said we were first so it was no big deal. BUT when she came to sit the next people in line..us. She skipped us and went right back to sit these people behind who again said we were first. We sat and waited and waited...watched the nice people behind us sit and get served before us soo it was a bit frustrating. I ordered the 2 eggs and home made hash with home fries. Everything was on the warm side. I don't know about you , but I like my meals hot. Home fries were bland and my whipped butter was to hard to spread on my cold toasted English muffin. Hadn't been here in over ten years. Thought I'd splurge and eat there again. This place is terrible. Let's start with that. I feel like McDonald's would have been a better choice. Cold building, cold people, cold food. The "omelette" I got could not have been further from fresh. The "hash brown" if it could be called that was a solid brick on my plate. The lobster Benedict? Ha! It's a joke. Shell all over it. hollandaise sauce? Probably not real. If I could do 0 stars I would. I've had better food in dive bars. Highlight of meal was the side of homeade corn beef hash (they also offer canned). Hands down the best hash I ever had. Very well seasoned and meat was tender. I had eggs benedict. Nice thick cut slice of ham. Hollandaise was a bit thick. Eggs cooked well. Wife had lump crabmeat omelette - not lump crab meat. She ate only half of it Kids had chocolate chip pancakes. They were happy. Service was very good. Only complaint was how loud it was in there. They need carpeting or something to muffle the sound off of the floors. Wow, reading some of the previous reviews, I was amazed. People rating a breakfast restaurant, based on the restroom? Really? No wonder owners and managers hate Yelp. It's like going to a car dealership for repairs and complaining about the crappy coffee and stale donuts. Unbelievable... With that in mind, My wife and I took our two young grandsons out for breakfast this morning. We had eggs, pancakes, waffles, home fries, sausage gravy and biscuits, bacon, sausage and toast. Everything was very tasty. The service was prompt and courteous and they checked back twice to make sure everything was good. Used to be a great breakfast place. Under new owners and I won't go back again. Sat at the counter because we waited to be seated for 10 minutes (we were the only people waiting to be seated). When we sat at the bar we were there for 30 minutes total. No coffee, no silverware, no acknowledgment that we sat. We eat at Linda's every year when we go to the coast for our anniversary and the breakfast is simply AMAZING. I've had Lobster Eggs Benedict, regular Eggs, Benedict, pancakes, and this year my wife and I had a Bacon Cheese Burger Omelet and it sounded weird at first because it has pickles and mustard on it. However, it was probably the best omelet I've eaten in all my 41 years!!! It's well worth the 1 hour 45 minute trip there on the weekend once a month for us to have breakfast there. read more

I always liked Lindas but unfortunately avoid it because everyone else does too. There is almost guaranteed at least a short wait to be seated. Considering the amount of volume they normally have the service is surprisingly very good. The wait on the food can sometimes feel like forever but it's understandable. The only real complaint is the noise. Sometimes I feel like I'm packed in a colloseum, not the place to eat after a heavy night of drinking. Really delicious food and friendly staff. Used to come here a lot for breakfast. It was great and the wait staff was awesome. Maybe because we were there for lunch, service was very poor even though it was fairly empty. It was redecorated so it has gone from homey to generic. It was always loud but since they removed the center wall it is much louder. Not a pleasant dining experience any longer although the food is still good with large portions and the menu is quite abbreviated. No more daily specials! read more

Simply amazing. I wish i could hivevit mMy husband and I haven't been here in over 15 years and it's the same maybe even better than we remember. It was definitely worth the 7 hours of travel time. I got the biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs with bacon a cup of grits with butter and a Belgian waffle with fresh strawberries and whip cream and every morsel of the meal was phenomenal. I didn't finish it all of course ;) we brought the leftovers home with us :) my husband got fried eggs and sausage and he loved it. And believe me he is picky about his eggs lol. The staff amazingly friendly. They make you feel comfortable right from the way in to the way out. The coffee was good too. I can't complain about a single thing. This place was PACKED when I visited with my grandmother and mom. We had to wait to be seated, which isn't a big deal we just didn't expect it. I ordered a waffle with whip cream and strawberries- the portion was generous and my meal was delicious! The staff I experienced was very friendly and pleasant as well. It was louder than you'd expect, but wasn't unmanageable. I noticed once we were seated at the booth that there were still crumbs on the table. I'm assuming it's because they feel rushed, as soon as one party leaves they need to sit the next one as soon as they can. Not a huge deal though. I'll be returning soon! Gave this place a few tries and I think I have given up! The food comes out correctly, yet never very hot! If I get one particular waitress the service is ok but whenever I have gotten ANY other waitress there they act as though I. Inconveniencing them by simply being there. The owner herself (linda I believe) is quite nasty to her employees and not afraid of the customers seeing this, which made us very uncomfortable. Good little breakfast place right off Route One on the Seabrook/Hampton Falls line. It's all too easy to miss, but worth your while to stop by. Prices are great. In fact, I don't know anywhere else that you can get a complete breakfast meal with decent size portions for under $10. Seating readily available and generally fast and personable service. The place is kept up with very well, too. Is it five star food? Definitely not. It is good food for your dollar though? Without a doubt. One of the only breakfast places on the New Hampshire Seacoast where you can get breakfast for a great value. read more

This was a great breakfast place. Getting a seat was a wait, and there were 4 empty tables and line out the door. One lady, I think she was cleaning tables, was walking around with a towel draped over her arm, I did see her clear a table, but she was trying not to brake a nail. No ambition!
