We ordered a plate with 1/2 pound shrimp and 2 whiting filets with fries. Decided to share the plate and ordered an additional piece of fish and some hush puppies. It was enough to eat and save a little for later too. Wait times can vary depending on how much you order, but we didn't have to wait very long for everything. I absolutely love Linda's (whispers even more than Bobo's) every time I come to Savannah I have to get a low country boil!!! This time I tried a fried devil crab with it and omg I was in love!! The thing I love about Linda's is it's like a "hole in the wall" eatery. Like you get what you get no fake smiles or attitudes just quick to the point what do you want and the food does not disappoint. So if you've never had a low country boil it's potatoes sausage shrimp corn on the cob and crab (usually blue crab) all seasoned and boiled. Then topped with more seasoning and comes with hot sauce and butter sauces. Nothing is worse than over cooked shrimp (disgusting) but I have never had that problem with this spot. It's always served piping hot steaming and it was even still smoking when I got back to my hotel the crab was great even though I always forget that it's in the box. Now the devil crab I thought was going to be a fried whole crab but actually it was a super big crab cake!! I can't quite tell you what's in a crab cake because all crab cakes are made differently but it was delicious as ever!!! Linda's will always be a 10 /10 would recommend! In a predominantly black neighborhood, I know plenty of white tourists who would not venture inside, but there are a lot of people in this world who never step outside of their bubble. Quick preparation, no frills, and the styrofoam containers have small triangle holes cut in the top to let some steam out and for easy identification. Is this the best seafood ever?
