Fresh tropical fruits, fresh drinks, desserts, and unique food finds! Jackfruit is one of my fave fruits, but I don't have a knack for picking the sweet, ripe ones. Not to mention cutting it up and taking the pits out. Too much work. I rather pay for the ready to eat stuff! My go to drink is the seasonal longan pandan drink. Sadly it's not offered year round. However their other drinks are just as tasty. Some can agree the prices are a bit higher than your average Asian market prices for fruits and goods, but these are special imported/seasonal items. Come and grab yourself a sweet treat or a refreshing drink!

THE BIG: Located in Bellaire and in the heart of Chinatown. Tons of different fruits that you wouldn't be able to find in an HEB along with some toys and other snack goodies. No indoor seating and plenty of parking in the lot. THE BLACK AND WHITE: Lines are long here! But it does move pretty quickly. Essentially a maze as you walk through the store looking at all the fruits and goodies before standing in the smoothie line for your drink. We got the dragon coco, the detox, mango coco, and the super fruit slushes. All were pretty good to be honest. The mango coco had mango that was super fresh and a nice creamy coconut milk blend. The dragon coco was probably the most refreshing since it was just coconut water and pink dragonfruit essence. THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall we spent around $33 for everything. Great fruit selection for tropical fruits if you're ever nearby!

I came across Linda's Tropical Fruits many times on my Tiktok before my trip to Houston, so I knew I had to add it! It's located in Chinatown, which was cool to explore as well. I actually think I enjoy Houston's Chinatown better than the ones in California like SF or LA. Linda's Tropical Fruits is not only a little store where you can get produce and groceries/snacks, but also in the back, they have the drinks and acai bowls! I ended up getting the Super Fruit Slushy, which came with red and white dragon fruit, soursop, Thai banana, and sugar cane juice. It was so delicious and really refreshing! If I got the chance to come back, I would definitely want to try another one of their smoothies and try their acai bowls since those looked so amazing and aesthetic! Definitely a hidden gem :)

Exotic fruit smoothies and bowls! The menu is pretty extensive. The sugar cane, coconut juice was good and quite simple and not too sweet.. Dragon fruit was one of the main colorings in my super fruit juice. There are so many smoothies that I wanted to try, even the bowls seemed quite fruitful. I do wish there was a way to know the ratios of each because I felt I had a bit too much Thai banana that overpowered the other flavors. There was a long line but it went pretty fast when it came to ordering. The staff was helpful but they did seem very full and crowded with everyone waiting to hear their number called. Also pretty cool that some of the staff was dressed up for the lunar new year! Note: there is also a separate section for picking up certain fruit bowls. Would definitely come back again and get more exotic fruit!

This is my first time back since it opened and I don't know why I waited so long. You can follow Linda on Facebook for any updates to what they get in store. Their juices were so yummy and I recommend using the kiosk to order as the line gets long. It's a smaller store but I love seeing all the produce they have to offer.

Freshest fruit and fruit drinks in town. As soon as you walk on the sweet scent of fruit will greet you. You can order on the kiosk or in line. We like the fruit cocktail (Che trai cay) with durian, jackfruit and pink guava. I ordered the sugar cane with kumquats and it tasted differently than the ones I'd get in California. Took a few sips and couldn't finish it- almost had a sweet bitter taste. We always get the fruit cocktail here it's a hit for sure. Has delicious fruit and nice balance of sweetness.

Came here for the fresh soursop and they all were pretty mushy so I opted for the fruit pulp in the canister. The store was quite busy with people mainly buying fresh pressed drinks and fruit bowls. The atmosphere was inviting and had a large variety of produce. I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety of potatoes and frozen fruit popsicles. I'll probably return to get some fresh pressed juice and smoothie.

Now I get what all the hype is about! Fresh, exotic/tropical fruits that you'd be hard-pressed to find, blended/juiced fresh for you to enjoy. This place is tucked away at the far end of the plaza from the street and gets extremely busy on weekends. They have a store area where you can purchase fruits and other snacks that you need to walk through before ordering drinks/smoothies/bowls. They do accept CC here and the drinks do take a little bit of time to get to you, but freshness is worth the wait.

Linda's Tropical Fruits in Bellaire is a hidden gem I discovered thanks to my Facebook group Chow Down in Chinatown - Houston... and honestly, they had me at fruits . I'm a huge fruit lover, especially tropical and exotic ones like rambutan and durian, which are not exactly easy to find at regular grocery stores. I sent photos of their açaí bowls to my bestie and she immediately said we needed to go ASAP. We're currently on an açaí bowl kick, so we drove straight over after work. The regular side of the store (where they sell fresh fruit and goodies) wasn't too busy, but the prepared fruit, snacks, smoothies, and açaí bowl side was popping. Service was quick and straightforward, and the prices felt very reasonable for what we got. The only downside is that the store felt a little cramped, especially walking through the aisles we kind of felt like we were in the way at times. That said, everything moved fast and the overall experience was still great. If you're looking for tropical or exotic fruits or need a solid açaí bowl fix, this is absolutely the place to be. We'll definitely be back

Oh I absolutely love this little tropical gem! Stopped by here one day while in the area and they have way more than I anticipated. I love the variety of fruits you can find here, along with many other items. I've had their delicious sugarcane juices and the smoothie bowl. The Linda's Favorite bowl was really good! It was given to me frozen, so I had to wait until it thawed some. I was slightly disappointed that I couldn't eat it right away, but overall it was good. Service was great. This shop is small but they have so much to offer. I really want to try avocado ice cream next.

I decided to come here and try the ube delight. It was quite delightful. It was filled to the brim with coconut milk! The dessert had ube pudding, coconut jellies, ube paste, mochi, and ice! It was delicious!! Definitely different than my normal dessert, but I enjoyed it. It can definitely be made for two. It was very filling so I was unable to finish it. I love that they have different fruit juices and smoothies as well. Definitely check them out!

Have been wanting to try Linda's tropical fruits for a while and finally made it after work one day to pick up some coconut juice and sugarcane. The menu is pretty extensive and have many options for drinks, smoothies, fruit bowls, Che. And the store itself has many fruits and other items for sale! I got sugarcane and sugarcane-coconut combo for my family who say it's the best in town. I personally got the coconut and kumquat which was the perfect blend of tart and sweet. Price is fair, and you can pay an extra $2 to fill the cup to the top if you don't want ice. Staff is friendly and quick to get the line moving fast. Will definitely come again!

Recently, I got the fruit cocktail drink, which had chopped fruit and jellies in coconut and whole milk. You can get ice in or on the side.

Houston Flea Market is the definition of "you get what you pay for." It's overcrowded, disorganized, and feels like a maze of the same vendors selling the same cheap imported products over and over. The aisles can be dirty, parking is chaotic, and customer service varies wildly depending on who you're dealing with. Prices aren't always the bargain you'd expect either--many sellers charge close to retail unless you're willing to haggle. The food is one of the better parts, but it isn't enough to make up for the overall experience. If you're hoping to find unique antiques or hidden treasures, you'll probably leave disappointed after digging through piles of low-quality merchandise.
