Julie was constantly involved and checking in as well. She made me feel like I was her only client when I know that is the furthest from the truth. They just worked with me when we had to deal with (a rare) ill or unavailable angel, to get coverage. I do trust the owners, and spoke with them directly about our needs and about individual caregivers. While it was outside my bailiwick, I only wish they provided benefits (such as healthcare) to their workers, and maybe that is something the agency can consider in the future.
