I have to say my experience tonight at this location was a text book example of what excellent customer service should be. I was approached by Patty asking if I needed help - I let her know what I was looking for. She had some great suggestions and was a great help. We chatted for a bit and she was friendly and went the extra mile! I'm a bit old school and getting help in a retail establishment these days can be difficult. Recently tried to return an item I purchased as a Christmas gift, but they wouldn't refund my credit card, as it was just beyond the 30 day limit. Just about every other store gives you until the end of January- but not the Paper Store. Even when I asked if they could make an exception here - they told me 'No'. That example, along with others, has helped me make up my mind that they prefer to nickel and dime the customer for the short run, rather than keep happy customer's coming back to the store. No customer service- then no customer. They just lost another customer - for life - with me. Too bad really.
