Love the chocolates so I stopped in. I noticed everyone was greeted with a smile and a chocolate. After my purchase I asked if I could also have a taster chocolate and the employees gave me a dirty look and talked about me as I left. I felt very unwelcome and won't be back to this location for holiday shopping. read more

This is the largest Lindt I've ever seen! Absolutely gorgeous inside. They have a ton of "barks" displayed at the front along with coffee, hot chocolate and milkshakes! The staff is super friendly and after chatting for a bit, I ordered the Cafe au Lait which was brewed coffee + hot chocolate and you got to pick 3 of your favorite truffles to be brewed into the cup! It was magical! I wish it was a bit more rich because it was a little watered down for my liking and didn't really feel like a treat. Great concept but you can probably buy the truffles while you're there and make something better at home! read more

I actually love Lindt and frequent this store often. However, today I got to the store at 5:55 and all the doors were already locked. I've worked retail and I get the employees want to get out, but if the store is posted as being open until 6:00 then the doors should not be locked beforehand. Poor management decision. read more

Shopping during COVID can be a nerve wracking experience for some people. With Lindt, they made me feel extra safe with having customers sanitize and put on gloves before proceeding into the store. If you are in the mood to shop for Lindt truffles, they have a large variety that is a centerpiece for the store. Depending on how many you are getting, you may hit some thresholds that may be cheaper when you get more. I ended up getting 75 pieces for $22 and it came in a nice gift tin which I was not expecting. Overall, it was a nice experience and gives you the chance to get a large variety of truffles that may not be immediately available in other retailers. read more

1 chocolate ball, 2 chocolate balls, 3 chocolate balls... god get me out of here quick before I turn into a chocolate ball!! This is a very small outlet location but their selection is really good. I don't think their prices are outlet priced though. They have a huge selection of pick your own lindor balls that you can either pay for each separately or by the pound... which no matter what you do they will talk you into buying a pound (this must be part of their training process!). They also have a great selection of pick and weigh chocolates that are deliciously European and unique. They do have a cool section in the back where you can buy just the chocolate shells from the balls... but something seems wrong with this... isn't the cream filling the best part? They always have the regular chocolate bars on sale... the fancy bars are always full regular store price. read more

The store has moved, and is now more than twice as large as it used to be. They are also one of the few places now selling the Lindt chocolate "bark" (plain, nuts, fruit). Logan went out of his way to make sure my wife knew which items were gluten-free, which we appreciated. They have Valentine's Day specials going on now as well. For the truffles I like (70% dark chocolate) and some special flavours you have to come here...they're never in regular retail shops. As opposed to parking in downtown Boston (the nearest retail location) it is much nice to come to Wrentham, esp when people like Logan are working there.!! We will be back again. read more

Chocolate!!!!!!! This was the first time I had been in one of Lindt's outlet stores, and was happy to see that they had the regular Lindor Balls (YUMMY) - which is what I needed - as well as many items discounted from their Spring lines (Easter, Mother's Day, etc). If you are looking for snacks for yourself and not a particular event, you can pick up chocolate at some great deals, but I actually needed the Lindor Balls in a particular color scheme for a party. The girl at the door was VERY helpful, and even on a hot day, who can say no to the sample upon entering? read more

Been to this Lindt Shop numerous times and decided to rate the store, the product, and the value. First, the store is small but is well stocked and neat. The staff is usually friendly and helpful and sometimes an associate will offer you a free sample,usually a chocolate truffle ball. The store offers a Lindt variety not available to other retailers. Every flavor of chocolate truffle balls (last count was close to 20 flavors ), miniature candy, a full selection of boxed candy, individual candy bars, and holiday candy are sold here. (Helpful tip. If you searching for an impressive gift buy one or two truffles of every flavor, especially the flavors not available elsewhere, and put them in a clear but expensive looking glass candy jar or candy dish.) Two, Lindt chocolate has a following.Some folks like it better than other expensive brands. My biggest complaint is that the the candy size has been reduced at least twice over the decade. The round truffle once the size of a golf ball is now the size of a large gum ball. The first size reduction actually allowed the truffle to better fit in one's mouth. The later reduction is quite noticeable as the candy wrapper is loosely wrapped and looks like a partially deflated ball which poorly conceals the much smaller size. Third, concerning value not only has the candy size been reduced but the price has risen. More disturbing, as other reviewers stated the Lindt store prices are often more than other full price retailers. If you are desiring the standard flavors of truffles Mashalls, TJ Maxx and often CVS and Walgreen will offer them at a much lower price. While the Lindt store prices are higher no complementary amenities are offered. When I request a Lindt signature logo ribbon to fasten my plastic bag of truffles I was told an addition charge of a dollar or two would apply. I declined but was offered was a plain two inch ribbon (it was measured) which was not enough to tie a bow. When I requested a longer piece of the complementary ribbon I was told an addition fee would be charge. To me if my purchase was a clearance item the additional charge might be understandable. In closing the Lindt Store clear advantage is the polite staff, and the large variety of truffles. Beware that prices are on par and often higher than other retailers. Only once in all my years visiting did I by chance enter the store and find a "flash sale" with half off most items. Enjoy but shop carefully for value. read more

The cappuccino truffles are fantastic. I also like the butter pecan truffles because they remind me of New Orleans praline candy. And the almond truffles because they remind me of Doberge cake. And they have the extra creamy Swiss chocolate bars of course. Try eating half a truffle at a time. You might enjoy it. I eat the almond ones 1/2 at a time. read more

Lindt is great! But this store in particular isn't particulary cheap or anything. I stopped in to grab some chocolate by the pound, $7.99 not too bad. However, I was eyeing the Easter chocolates--lambs, rabbits, chicks and I had seen them before at my local grocer... and they were twice the cost! :( That turned me off and I decided that I wasn't going to buy anything else there. Beware...the prices in this store are outrageous. The small individually wrapped Lindt squares are selling for $40/lb. Don't think because you're at the outlet mall that you're getting a great deal. The price on Amazon is about half of what it is here. read more
