A solid first stop for the RI Food Fights August Ice Creams! The mint chocolate chip was creamy and delicious with a perfect mint flavor. Lincoln Creamery has the classic ice cream stop feel, and it was perfect stop after hitting Lincoln Woods. The service was the only issue we had. The line was long, which was expected, but each window was taking upwards of 5 minutes to order and get the ice cream, even for just one person. I was expecting a little bit quicker service, especially knowing they had a long line. Still, it was worth the wait!

The photos are of two of the smallest sizes we could get and the portions were massive per usual! You certainly get what you pay for! They don't cheap out by any means! Also their ice cream is always amazing! The flavors are delicious whether hard or soft and they have to coolest shakes around! They are always up on pop culture and have cool features! The swiftie ones are always my fave! The service here is always exceptional as well! I don't miss living in Lincoln, but I do miss being right around the corner from this spot. They're one of the best ice cream locations in all of RI. Thanks for another great experience!

I looove Lincoln creamery! I am absolutely one of the "front street faithful" and patronize this joint all the time during the open season. They've only been closed for a few weeks and I miss them already. My one gripe is that there is sometimes a long wait time, but I can't blame them for being busy: they're delish. 10/10 recommend the black raspberry chip froyo, it was my go to last summer.

Really great ice cream! Always wanted to try this spot after passing it so many times. They have a good assortment of ice cream flavors. A lot of them are unique compared to other shops. The service was fast even with a line. There's parking and picnic bench's to sit at. I ordered the cappuccino crunch, brookie dough, and blueberry cheesecake. That order is also what I thought was best. The cappuccino crunch is a must next time I come back. $10 for three scoops, nuts, and chocolate drizzle. Pretty good price for an ice cream shop. However, I wish they had a traditional ice cream cups so people don't have to dig through the top scoops to taste the bottom scoop. Overall, great spot.

We were in town for a lacrosse game and stopped here for some ice cream. They had a wide range of flavors and the 3 Coens that we had were huge and so good! There was a line when we arrived but it moved quickly. There is ample outdoor seating.

There were so many flavors to choose from at Lincoln Creamery. This is clearly a local favorite because when I arrived on a Monday evening there was a long line and many people enjoying the picnic table seating. I ended up getting a scoop of the Girl Scouts Thin Mint ice cream as part of the RI Food Fights Ice Cream month. I thought it was a generous single scoop and it was delicious. I was torn between a few other flavors, including one I had never seen before, PB&J caramel cookie dough. I may need to go back to try it. The seating area was really nice with picnic tables and string lights, and the people working at the counter were very friendly. There's also a large parking lot, which is very convenient.

I came back to Lincoln Creamery for the 6th Annual Search for the Best Scoop Shop RI with RI Food Fights. I had their strawberry cheesecake ice cream in a cone and got a cup on the side since it was melting and easier to eat. It tasted really good and it was very creamy. I liked it more than the pineapple dole whip soft serve that I got last time. Service was wonderful as always and there were a good amount of people there. Plenty of tables though so there's a seat for everyone.

My second time coming here, the first time we got regular shakes & they were very big & filling! What we got this time was even better! The sundaes here were so filling & worth the price, $8 each for these specialty sundaes, thats a good deal to me! Staff there know what they are doing for sure! It's like ice cream art, haha. This place is also usually busy but fast paced. There is parking on both sides of the building. They also have a large variety of other flavors & diff types of sundaes. (i did not take a pic because i was so into the ice cream art). Just check out the menu when you get there because it's definitely worth a visit!

Fast and timely service, many different flavors. I ordered the radical raspberry and vanilla moose track. It was very delicious. Many flavors and unique ice creams. Will be back!!!

Graham central station- 2 scoops with chocolate dipped cone for 25 cents

Graham central station is both a great play on words (speaking to the New Yorker in me) AND absolutely delicious trifecta of graham crackers in different forms. We came here on the first day it felt like spring and I can't wait to come back over the summer. The scoop portions are massive & for less than 5 dollars, you are most certainly getting your money's worth. They also have 2 vegan options for hard ice cream (vanilla + cookies and cream).

Large menu and had some vegan options. Line moved pretty quick and decent amount of seating. Parking is absolutely awful though, fair warning! Like, awful! I often resort to parking across the street on the main road. That being said staff is very friendly! Ice cream is fabulous, for real! I got the white chocolate raspberry and it had little raspberry filled chocolates - soooo good! 100% will be back!

Excellent ice cream from a busy "stand" on the corner of a purely residential block and a main thoroughfare. I was pleasantly surprised to see several signs about parking appropriately to respect the neighbors, and to see customers being careful to do just that. There are picnic tables on the Front Street side of Creamery, along with parking on both sides of the building. Most of the order windows were around the block, but there was at least one on the Front Street corner. There were several roped order lines and they each were long, with some wait at every window because many folks order the specialty, gorgeous (and huge and) elaborate ice cream drinks or showcase concoctions brimming with whipped cream, cookies and other toppings. We got just a small ice cream cup - but it was too much for the two of us sharing it. When I got up from the table and approached the Front Street window to ask for a cover (since the line there was shortest), a staff member (the only male I saw working - maybe the manager, maybe an owner?) immediately approached me to see what I needed and to subtly ensure I wasn't cutting the line. I appreciated both the quicker service that got me, and the attention it showed to serving people as efficiently as possible in an orderly fashion in the busy environment. Can't wait to be back next summer. Maybe inside seating will once again be open for customers. If not, a picnic table on a summer night is fine, even if a bit buggy!

    Fluff-n-udder
    Karla M.

I came here a lot when I was young but found that it was too sweet. I gave it a try again today and I was very pleased. I had the fluff-n-udder and it was a great choice. I loved the generous amount of peanut butter swirls in it, almost resembles the one in peanut butter cups where it's compact, a hint of salty, and creamy. It also had chunks of pound cake (I think) which I thought was unique--other places have never included this. It's a vanilla based ice cream but you can also taste the marshmallow (fluff) in the background. Their portions are big, so if you just want to fulfill a craving, one scoop is the way to go and it's only $2.85+tax. They have a parking lot and side street parking and there's usually a line especially on sunny days so be prepared to wait a bit. Most of the staff are high school and college students so they are very friendly and quick.

I'm pretty fussy about my ice cream and there are definitely lots of great options around and I'd put them right up at the top in RI. If you go here often enough you'll have some great batches with lots of fillings and flavors and some OK batches with a little less, but it's always good. Rich and creamy without any artificial feeling. Lines can be long and sometimes they go slower than others. I'm not usually in a big hurry when I'm going for ice cream so it doesn't bother me. I also don't find it any slower than other favorites in the area like Lincoln creamery, Wright scoop, west end creamery....etc. Last time we visited we had black raspberry Oreo and strawberry cheesecake and they were both great. It was a cooler night with a few drops so it was pretty quiet and we were in and out quickly.

I was hoping to get something basic like strawberry ice cream, but as I walked in, saw some shortcake and knew I wanted that instantly. Kinda cool that you can pick two flavors for the Strawberry Shortcake and a cherry on top. So good, I devoured it instantly. The lime rickey tasted too watered down, so nothing of note there. They do have windows outside to order like other ice cream places, but I guess they weren't opened until a later time? Instead, you can walk into the shop and order from there. There's actually alot going on inside, cake, candy and obviously ice cream! If the race happens again, this will definitely be part of the routine.

After placing our order, an employee asked what other dessert we might have chosen. My partner said mint chocolate chip, and the employee surprised us with two mini mint chocolate chip sandwiches on the house. We took our treats to a nearby park. They were very cold (in a good way), and we were advised to wait a few minutes before eating them, which was perfect since it was such a hot day. We didn't talk at all while eating our ice cream sandwiches , they were that good. It's also great to know they offer catering. A must try spot. I chose the red velvet ice cream sandwich this time which had red velvet ice cream swirled with cream cheese frosting stuffed between two chocolate cookies and partially dipped in white chocolate coated with cookie crumbs. They do tell you to wait about 10 minutes before eating it since they are really frozen, so in that time, my friend and I drove to the pedestrian bridge to eat our ice cream by the river. I wish the cookie could be soft, since it does make biting into a little tricky in the beginning. They had a slightly dark chocolate flavor with a hint of saltiness. The ice cream was really good, but the frosting made it even better. I thought it was the white chocolate dip that was added the additional creamy and sweet goodness but it was the frosting the whole time. I enjoyed everything about this flavor. My friend got the chocolate taco. I am personally not a fan of chocolate ice cream, but it was still decent to me. The toppings of shaved coconut and nuts was tasty.
