Aroma Joe's is a New England coffee chain with a location inside the Wrentham outlet mall, and as a quick caffeine stop while I was shopping it served its purpose. I walked up to the counter and found the coffee straightforward. The line moved at a reasonable pace even when it got busy, which mattered when I was trying to keep a shopping day moving. Staff were generally friendly and the service had an easygoing quality to it that made the interaction pleasant enough. The coffee itself was decent but not something I would go out of my way for. It hit the mark for a grab and go order without doing anything particularly memorable. I found the espresso drinks to be the more reliable option over some of the other menu items, and sticking to the basics yielded better results than venturing too far into the specialty drink territory. The one thing worth knowing before I went is that this location does not have indoor seating. The space has room but no tables or chairs, which makes it purely a take away stop. If I had been planning to sit down and take a break from shopping, this would not have been the place for that. It worked fine as a pickup and keep moving kind of stop. For a chain coffee option inside an outlet mall, it is a reasonable choice when I need something quick. There are better coffee destinations in the Boston area worth seeking out, but as a convenience stop while already at Wrentham, it does the job. read more

Very convenient when shopping at the Wrentham Outlet stores. Located at the back end of one row (off the main parking area), where it interects with the back row. Staff are super nice. Service was quick. Coffee was good. They offer several coffee and non-coffee beverages, hot and cold, along with donuts, muffins and the like. Store was clean. No restrooms - customers us the Outlet Mall public toilets. It's a bit of a walk from parking if all you want is a coffee without shopping. read more

After a long night of shopping I needed something refreshing. We stopped in this coffee shop that's located inside Wrentham outlets. They serve a variety of drinks from coffees, to energy drinks, to these handcrafted sodas. They also have food on the menu which I did not get this time around. I ordered a soda and was told I get to pick a flavor, which was mostly fruity, and it gets paired with seltzer water. I chose to combine strawberry and vanilla and added their cap on top which was like a cold foam. This was very refreshing and I liked the customization aspect, although sometimes that's daunting. She did show me their specials and said those combos were popular. They also have a lot of energy infused drinks which I did not get but are apparently popular. Overall a nice stop while shopping and I'd be back to try something else. read more

Would've been a 5-star visit, but some angry little twink was screaming at a poor employee for absolutely no reason. Dude, take a chill pill. If you're going to publicly throw a tantrum, at least wear deodorant--he was incredibly stinky. He was also wearing impossibly tight skinny jeans and looked exactly like Gru from Despicable Me having a breakdown. Shoutout to the staff for dealing with a smelly cartoon character with grace. Give that employee a raise. As for Gru: shower, change your pants, and calm down. read more

We were craving something warm on a cold day at Wrentham and decided to give Aroma Joe's a try. The cafe does not have indoor seating, but there is plenty of space to stand and eat. We ordered cappuccinos, veggie egg bites, and a Swiss and egg croissant. While the food had decent flavor, it was not satisfying. The items were clearly frozen, including the croissant, which was unexpected. Using frozen eggs? I understand, but the soggy croissant was not it for me. The cappuccino was enjoyable, with plenty of flavor options. Despite the food not meeting expectations, the service was excellent--the servers were kind and welcoming. read more

I got the green alien and my friend sweet and tart. Both were great. The service was nice and quick. The place was quit but it was a Tuesday afternoon. Cute out door seating to people watch. Will be trying coffee next time. read more

I have actually never been to this particular Aroma Joe's. I've been to several others. They all have really happy employees and support staff. Everything is always fresh and made fresh. I never tire of trying new things there. My favorite though is probably the peppermint latte at Christmas. I really love the mix of the coffee and the peppermint and chocolate taste of it. I'm not sure why, but the Aroma Joe's location at the Wrentham Outlets needs to be examined. It's like they take all the trainee failures and assign them this location. They're friendly and seem willing to work, but I'd say 95% of the time I to there they completely F up my order. This most recent, I caught someone making it wrong, and they knew they were doing it wrong and even shrugged as if to say, "hoped you wouldn't notice." This is NOT on the staff. How could it be? I love Aroma Joe's so you can only imagine my excitement when I stumbled upon this one in the outlets!! I ordered the witches brew with toasted marshmallow and white chocolate sauce and it was perfect! The team here was very friendly and helpful and the location was clean. I even saw the owner behind the counter, helping the staff make drinks... that was pretty cool. 10/10 would recommend!! read more

Having been a Dunkin' lover my whole life, the second I tried Aroma Joes coffee I told myself I would never step foot in any other coffee shop again. From the breakfast sandwiches, cheese stuffed pretzels, egg bites to the delicious coffee, I always leave there satisfied beyond and wanting more!! The staff is so professional, very well educated when it comes to all the different coffee and drink creations available, and extremely welcoming.
