I was scolded that the paper was "probable" and that the people at AutoZone are NOT mechanics. But, isn't that where you sent me, you jerk? So I get my car and drive down the street and it's smoking and oil is leaking... his attitude is vile, and he didn't offer to assist me further. So, this has been a HORRIBLE, expensive experience. So now, here I am 1200.00 later, and I ending up trading the car because LUXURY AUTO didn't correct the problem, and I drove it, and I took it elsewhere, to be told I am going to have more issues with the vehicle because it wasn't fixed correctly to start with... so STEER clear of ELI and his band of gay mechanics. Despite all the money I've spent, I'm back to square one with the same unresolved problem. When I returned to your shop again to request accountability, I was turned away and told you would no longer help me. That's not how professional, ethical businesses operate. Customers deserve work that lasts -- or at the very least, honesty and support when problems arise due to substandard service. At this point, I feel taken advantage of. I trusted your expertise and paid in good faith. I am now considering further action, including filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, state consumer protection agencies, and leaving public reviews to warn others. This experience has been extremely disappointing. I hope you reconsider how you handle situations like this in the future and make things right for others going forward.

These pits are built 1 at a time, old school style. Hand made by skilled craftsmen with hand tools, welders and torches. The craftsmanship, fit and finish, and detail is 2nd to none. There are no compromises or cost cutting with these pits. Everything is heavy duty, thick steel, doors shut tight, oil field quality welds. If you take care of these pits your great, great grandchildren will be cooking on it. Just keep the rust away. That's it. Gator Pit got some bad reviews in the past couple weeks from a bandwagon of forum readers that don't own a gator pit, don't know anyone that does, nor have ever even corresponded with Gator Pit. That's a shame, and a shame that some people have so little integrity.

I went in just the other day to get all my major power train components looked at (in preparation for exhaust work). He even looked at the suspension and ran diagnostics on my truck's computer to make absolutely sure everything was working properly. And on top of that he did it all for about $40. He's super personable, won't try to take advantage of you, and he gave me his honest opinion about some of the things that I've done to my motor and explained his opinions and I'm considering acting on them. I figure He's been in the industry for a while so he probably knows what he's talking about‍. And one of the best parts is if he can't do what you need done, he probably has a friend with a reputable business that can. I definitely recommend this place
