I had just driven from work from South Houston, to LaMarque to pick my father up and headed to the Ford Moter dealership in Rosenberg to look at a car I wanted. Apparently they are the king of liars and I ended up waisting time, energy and GAS! I didn't even end up getting out of my car after I found out I was lied to. As we drove off my father remembered the gentleman who sold him his car a few years back and said that Mr. Fiaz was honest and a hard working dealer at Baytown Hyundai. So he called him over the phone and he quickly called back stating he could help. When I got there he set me up with Kimberly Woodburn who was very nice and professional. She explained and answered all of our questions. Mr. Fiaz got me in the exact car I wanted (2020 Hyundai Sonata SEL) and I walked out of there happy. They even stayed late to help a since I ended up getting there at 8p and they closed at 9p. Total experience was the best I've ever had. Baytown Hyundai will definitely get my business again and great references from me!

I opted for the mobile service, since wifey doesn't like driving around the freeways in Houston, and it was scheduled. At the end of the scheduled time, I got a call telling me they were delayed and offering to pick up the car at home, complete the maintenance, wash and vacuum it and return it the same day. So they actually Ubered a driver to my home, he drove the car to the dealership, they did the maintenance and then drove it back cleaner than when he left. I was impressed with everyone at the dealership including Mona who coordinated the process and Robert who did the driving. We know we bought at the right dealership! It's been 5 stars since delivery.

They have avoided communication from us, their customer relations Rachael and BMW customer relations Donna. Aries from BMW Genius reached out to Sonic Automotive Momentum BMW and stated she spoke with Jordan from Sonic Automotive Momentum BMW, he responded to her stating they don't feel comfortable with selling to us. Momentum and BMW West states Sonic Automotive does not want to sell the vehicle to us and it's a management decision. It appears they have discriminatory practices. A letter has been sent to Sonic Automotive customer relations Rachael Z. requesting that she forward and deliver the email and it's complete attachments to David Burton Smith, Heath R Byrd, Marcus G, Jeff Dyke, William Belk, Keri Kaiser and Michael Hodge with the intent to gain their cooperation and empathy to remedy this matter, it's approaching week two and still there's no response. We came to them to purchase a family vehicle, BMW has been a brand that we have grown in, my wife's late father owned a BMW V12 740 LI back in 1991. This was supposed to be a full circle moment. That now my father would own a BMW chariot to carry his legacy around in Sonic Automotive brand has ruined it! My father is a hard-working man, he may look rough and exhausted, but he worked his whole life, paid his debts and duty to society, and he has a right to the pursuit of happiness regardless to someone's personal judgment of his appearance. Before going to this place I went to meineke at belfort and kirkwood and they told me that my flex pipe had some holes and they don't come by themselves and need to replace the whole thing (with catalytic convertor) costs $800. They also charged me $50 diagnostic fee. I stopped at new star and was told that they don't charge for diagnostics and told me that they can put in just the flex pipe by cutting it out and then weld it for $170. They did that in an hour and now my car has no noise. Awesome Job!! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get work done on their mufflers.

Recently, the car battery die and fortunately, it was still covered under the two-year warranty. I made an appointment and met Dillon, my service advisor. Since I had to have the car jumped by AAA the battery passed the initial load test. However, Dillon recommended that I leave the car over the weekend so they could test it again on Monday after it had been sitting. I really appreciated his thoroughness rather than simply assuming the battery was fine. They also provided me with a loaner car, which made the whole process very convenient. One of my favorite things about Sewell is that they're able to deliver the car back to you, which I absolutely love! The service was great and it's nice to know that even after all these years, Sewell still takes good care of its customers. I just hope they bring back the macadamia nut cookies because those are my favorite!

He's done multiple oil changes for me, changed my battery, patched up my tire, and replaced my radiator all for very reasonable prices.
